I’m extremely disappointed with the service at 2050 Health Care. What should have been a supportive and healing environment turned out to be quite the opposite. The overall management seems disorganized, and communication with families was poor and inconsistent.
One of the biggest issues was with a staff member named Sunil. His behavior was unprofessional and confrontational on multiple occasions. Instead of offering help and understanding, he was often argumentative and dismissive, making the experience stressful for both patients and their loved ones. It’s very disheartening to encounter this kind of attitude in a place meant for rehabilitation and recovery.
I hope the management seriously evaluates staff conduct and improves the quality of care. Mental and physical recovery requires a supportive environment, and unfortunately, that was not what we experienced here.

My mother had a fall and was operated on 29.04.2025 at MSRIT. I was wondering how i would go about to make her regain her old confident self. Someone suggested 2050 Healthcare for rehabilitation. I visited the centre and was so happy to see treatment, the service being provided to patients, the physiotherapy room and i immediately knew this was the best place for rehabilitation. I admitted my mother at 2050 healthcare on 15th May 2025 and i am very happy seeing her progress, the treatment process, the physiotherapy sessions and everything in total. We had a very disappointing experience with this nursing service provider. We booked and were assured that a nurse would arrive at a specific time. However, we ended up waiting for over four hours with no communication or update. After repeated follow-ups, we were eventually told that no one would be coming — just a simple "sorry" after wasting our time and causing unnecessary stress. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with healthcare needs that require reliability and timely support

Physiotherapy equipments and physio are experienced and really helped my husband in his recovery

I got admitted to 2050 healthcare with GBS infection got significantly better all way with Dr. Ilyas, his treatment improved me completely. Outstanding staffs and care taker. Physio department is really good service oriented.

I am surprised how this organisation is still surviving. Some of their best managers/supervisors have left and their quality of service is abyssmal. They lie about their experience of their staff, have no idea or knowledge about their skills, no knowledge of the patient's requirements and lie to their staff about the patient condition too (they told the last my mum was a dementia patient which she was far from). They tried to allege that my mother hit their staff (my mother with shoulder issues is incapable of raising her hands) and when I finally had enough of them and said I would do a final settlement once I has a reconciliation statement, they sent goons to my mother's house who scaled the wall to demand payment and I finally had to call the police. Please do not deal with this organisation - their license to offer caregivers should be cancelled give the quality of caregivers. And worst of all, they do not pay their staff properly or on time. One of them who was with my mother still has not been paid for November! These are poor people who live on these salaries but 205 clearly does not care.
