I went to Agumbe with Muddie trails and it was a fabulous experience. Honestly I didn’t expect it to be so good initially but I was pleasantly surprised. The stay was in the middle of forest but still vey clean and hygenic. I was happy that they also had warm water throughout and mainly the food breakfast and lunch was so delicious. The first day was fully adventures with a Fort trek, trek to waterfall and swim at the silent lake.The second day we visited the Malgudi days house and Sringeri temple. The temple was so divine and peaceful and we had the very tasty prasadam.It was extremely lovely weather so green and rainyyy. Only feedback if the bus could be better next time. It was a small bus for 25 people and also kept dripping all the time. Rest everything was fabulous. Special Thanks to the trek leads Chetan and Arun both were super chill and friendlyy they made sure everyone has the best experience and have funnn they managed everything so well I am very happy to be a part of this trip ✨

A perfect Hampi getaway: A 2-Day, 1-Night Trip to Remember!

I recently had the most incredible time on a Hampi package trip from September 5th to 7th. We traveled in a comfortable 25-seater mini AC bus, and it was the perfect way to explore this breathtaking destination.

The trip was a fantastic blend of history and adventure. We were in awe of the UNESCO World Heritage sites, from the iconic Virupaksha Temple to the musical pillars of the Vijaya Vittala Temple and the exquisite Lotus Mahal. The sunrise trek up Anjanadri Hill was an unforgettable “rollercoaster ride,” especially having to navigate the descent barefoot in the intense heat—a true testament to the adventure!

What truly made the trip exceptional was the group. I bonded with so many wonderful people, including Koushik, Rohit, Ankur, Vaishnavi and Sanjana. They were always ready to have fun, creating a pop dance vibe by being open-minded and dancing to any music that was played. I was also inspired by Richa, who showed incredible spirit and willpower, pushing through when they weren’t feeling well to enjoy every moment.

A huge thank you to our trip captains, Chethan and Arun. They went above and beyond, keeping us entertained with early morning games of football, volleyball, and even swimming pool handball. Their energy and collaborative spirit made the journey seamless and so much fun.

The trip was capped off by a magical, serene moment: witnessing an elephant with a glowing tilak on its forehead enter the temple at night. This trip was a powerful reminder that the best travel memories are a mix of incredible sights and the unexpected connections you make along the way.

My First Trip with Muddie Trails – Agumbe Rainforest (July 19-20)

This was my first trip with Muddie Trails, and I must say — it was an unforgettable experience that I’ll never regret! From the very beginning — the pickup, the trip leads, the homestay — everything was handled seamlessly. The entire experience felt well-planned and full of good vibes.

Our trip leads, Praveen (aka Paddy) and Bhoomi, were simply amazing. From fun introductions and games to dancing, guiding us through the trek, and sharing stories about historic temples — they truly did it all with such warmth and energy.

The homestay was comfortable and clean, and despite being a group of 25 people, everything was well-organized. The washrooms were hygienic, the rooms were tidy, and the overall stay was pleasant.

And oh, the food! Authentic Malnad-style meals that were absolutely delicious — a highlight in itself.

I’m already looking forward to my next trip with Muddie Trails. If you’re thinking about booking one, don’t hesitate — they’re truly one of the best trek groups out there.

Fulfilled my long time wish to see Lord Jagannath with Sri Sai tours help. Even though it was a short trip of 2 days, our guide Mr Jeneesh covered all the places. He expertly guided us through the temples and arranged everything with ease. Thank you.

The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and centrally located, and the food—was good and all Indian food.

The package for our Thailand trip was budget friendly. All the places were covered on time and we enjoyed a lot, whole journey was accomplished by a AC bus for travelling within the places. The rooms and amenities in the hotels booked were too good and had all the necessary facilities like AC, 24/7 hot water and well furnished beds. We loved trying Italian food in the hotel during the breakfast time. We enjoyed the pool in the hotel and the kids enjoyed a lot . The Indian food which was organised for sake of us with great efforts to get Indian food outside India was good. The places were amazing and had a great time overall. The staff and the organisers were there for us at every moment. We purchased a lot of good stuffs for us and family. It was a memorable trip overall. Bhutan Trip

About the Trip:
The arrangements were excellent, and the care Manu and Satish showed made us feel like we were traveling with family. Visiting places like Thimphu, Paro, and Punakha was an amazing experience. A complete 5-star rating for this.

Travel:
The flight arrangements were well-handled. However, the Tempo Travellers arranged from Bagdogra to Jaigaon and back could be improved—ACs were not working, and we had to carry our own luggage upon reaching India. In contrast, the buses in Bhutan were excellent. Overall: 5 stars for flights, 5 stars for Bhutan buses, and 3 stars for Tempo Travellers.

Food:
The food arrangements were very good, and the taste was enjoyable. The only drawback was the repeated menu, which became a little monotonous. 4 stars for food.

Guides from India:
Manu and Satish treated us like family throughout the trip. We never faced any issues, thanks to their kindness and dedication. I sincerely request GoPravasa and Gagan to give special recognition to both of them for making this feel like a family journey. 100 stars and hearts for Manu and Satish!

Guide from Bhutan:
Ashish was incredibly knowledgeable and made the trip both informative and enjoyable. 5 stars for Ashish.

Places:

• Reduce road travel time to allow more rest in rooms.
• Extend the last day as a resting day, especially after trekking.

This was our very first international journey—and what an unforgettable experience it turned out to be! We chose Go Pravasa because it’s run by Kannada-speaking organizers, and we felt an instant connection since all the guides and fellow travelers belonged to the same cultural background.

On Day 1, introductions hadn’t begun yet, so we only got to know a few people—it felt a bit like traveling with strangers. But right from Day 2, everything changed. A budget-friendly price with Balaji tour package. Bus was on time with sufficient stoppages. We had enough time and space at the hotel to freshen up before the temple visit. The guide was kind, helpful, and gave clear instructions, ensuring everyone stayed on track and reached the bus on time. Breakfast was good. Though we missed dinner due to long darshan hours (entered temple at 9AM, got darshan at 8PM), it wasn’t the operator’s fault. Overall, a memorable trip.

Booked Tirupati trip through Balaji tour package by AC Sleeper bus was very comfortable rooms which were allotted are very hygienic we got 90 minutes sufficient time to get ready and guide took care of visit to Padmavati temple and other places at Tirumala.
Guide instructed about breakfast and lunch which was very nice and got Darshan by 7/8 hrs totally trip was very nice and comfortable tour ll refer to our friends and relatives….

We just completed our 5 days Kashi package with Balaji tour package . Tour was well organized, well managed and executed personally by owner Mr.Suresh Babu & Tour Guide Darshan. Travel, Hotel and food arrangements were very good. Particularly the food which was with own cook saved us from many probable food issues which we all encounter during travelling on Hotel food.
Service by owner and team was very good. His way of handling senior citizens, understanding their physical limitations is excellent.
Again we have booked for Puri Jagannath package in March end.

It’s cool and luxury volvo for Thirupathi darshana with genral darshana , clean and good maintained bus and guide ,.

Here I booked Tirupathi darshan sleeper coach While booking it shows Volvo muti axle bus but while onboarding I got know that is not Volvo sleeper bus normal ac sleeper bus , and I’m surprised no one didn’t ask and you will be can’t sleep properly because for small road disturbance you get body movements and generally they have to give one laddu per passenger but here they didn’t give. They are patience less. I completely shocked about bus.
Hotel rooms were not good and clean and food was extremely not eatable and they can take Ssd tickets but we have to go and take general tickets. They simply send general free darshan .
I got darshan after waiting 16 hours that is only one goood thing happened in my journey rest of the things are very poor.

Pathetic & Worst Experience with Balaji Tour Package (Bus by Shree Sai)

I had one of the WORST travel experiences of my life with this so-called Balaji Tour Package. Right from the beginning, the service was pathetic:
• The bus had no proper tracking system, and the coordinator was completely clueless, giving wrong information.
• No phone charging points worked, and in the middle of the journey, the AC stopped working. I boarded around 10 PM from KR Puram and only reached the hotel at 3 PM the next day – absolutely exhausting!

Hotel & Stay
• They clubbed me with an unknown person in the room – something never mentioned at the time of booking.
• The room and washroom were FILTHY, the door lock was broken, and there wasn’t even a handwash provided.
• Breakfast was horrible – dirty plates, no spoons, and food so bad that you wouldn’t eat it even if free.

Darshan Experience
• Instead of their own buses, they dump you into old, non-AC public government buses for going up to Tirupati temple – extremely inconvenient when you’re paying a high package price for “comfort.”
• The guide disappears during darshan, leaving everyone to fend for themselves. This caused massive delays – I had to wait 1.5+ hours in the hot sun just because of poor coordination.
• After darshan, the same mess continued at Padmavati Temple – no proper coordination, some people in special entry (₹200 line – done in 20 minutes), others stuck in free line for 2+ hours, and the rest of us had to wait on the road. To make things worse, the staff blatantly said the AC will not be switched on until everyone returns, so we had to sit in a hot bus for hours – PATHETIC service.

Food
• No lunch was provided till 5 PM – shocking for a full-day temple trip.
• When we finally reached the hotel, they shamelessly said they had “limited food” and gave only ONE puri per person with horrible quality food (see attached photo).

Despite multiple complaints, the staff showed no interest in solving anything.

Dakshayani from Sky Tours was instrumental in helping us go on a tailored safari experience for a group of 3. At very short notice, Dakshayani was able to organise everything; from return transport (with an amazing driver, Narayan), two safari experiences (boat, jeep), all meals and extras included as well. We were so lucky to see Leopards, Tigers, elephants and much more!

Dakshayani was extremely helpful, always available and contactable, and made sure everything was always as expected. The documentation and clarity throughout the experience was beautifully presented and greatly appreciated.

The experience was truly unforgettable and massive appreciation and gratitude must go to Dakshayani and the team for everything they organised and arranged for us. We have booked Cab Services for three days with Skyway International Travels. We had the most incredible time doing the Bandipur 3 day safari. Firstly, we had excellent contact and support from Sharath before the trip with logistics – it was truly seamless. Then Ravikumar also was very helpful with providing details of the pick up and staying in touch to make sure everything was going well throughout. Our kind driver picked us up from the airport at 3 am as soon as our flight landed which was incredibly good service. On the journey to Bandipur, he took us to temples, rivers and interesting sites along the way and gave us information about the surroundings which we were very grateful for. He paid a lot of attention to making sure we were comfortable and having a nice time.
The safari expereince was even better than we could have imagined. The staff were incredibly friendly, the accomodation clean and comfortable and the food delicious! We did 4 safaris with am extremely knowledgable guide who took me to locations to give the best chace of seeing the birds and mammals I’d expressed interest in. We saw a tiger 4 times in one session and countless elephants, deer, mongoose and the most beautiful birds.

We couldn’t have hoped for anything better and thoroughly recommend this trip.

I traveled with tour arranged by TraWell between 25-29 June 2025, along with my family. We fixed the Hoysala Temple Tour Itinerary for about 15 temples, in these days. The travel plan was executed to perfection, giving us ample time in each temple. These temples included Somnathpura, Belur and Halebidu Temples.
The vehicle along with driver was provided by TraWell. The hotels were booked by them. They were of good quality. We had no difficulty in any way, during the entire trip. Mr Akash was our tour manager who coordinated everything well, on phone. Driving Arjun was also very systematic, drove within speed limits and took care of our belongings whenever we were away, seeing the temple.
It was overall the best experience.

It was very arranged with out any hurdles. I went along with my family members and everyone loved it and thanked me for selecting this travel agent. We recently hade 11 days relaxed customised package in Srilanka managed and guided by Indus Traveller. I used their services bsed on review and really they came upto our expectations as per their rating. It was rightly packaged with nice and strategically located 3/4 star hotel. We opted for MAP plan with
Srilankan food. They ensured the same wherever there was any gap. The Chauffeur was also very courteous and took care of us nicely. Overall we enjoyed our vacation quite well

We travelled to Shimla and Manali from 26 to 31 May 2025. Complete tour was well organised and provided with best hotels and transportation. Really impressed with the coordination of Indus Traveller especially by Arshitha who coordinated the whole show with other counter part departments and was in touch throughout the trip, even helped us with early checkin in one of the hotels. Driver Mr. Baldev Singh who was with us for whole tour was also impressive and drove us as per our convenience and executed as per plan. We booked our Manali package with Indus Traveller from May 28th to June 1st, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Everything was so well-organized—from the comfortable transport and stays to the thoughtfully planned itinerary.

The team comprised of Mr Praveen and the customer care group of SimplyTrip, Bengaluru were absolutely precise in their approach in terms of maintaining a cordial relationship with me over the phone always.
I must make a special mention of Mr Praveen who made our trip a grand success by having coordination with us and the cab driver all along. Because of the remote location of our Coorg resort we couldn’t get to see all the places we desired. Lack of communication with the driver because of language issue might have contributed to the cause as well.

We had hired 35 seater Bharat Benz bus from SimplyTrip for our coaching institute’s first ever student trip. My overall experience had been great. The key positives about SimplyTrip is that they are very responsive, provide enough details on the Vehicle, Vehicle is neat and clean, Driver very polite and cooperative and overall professional. There are few areas of improvement like the pricing is not the least in market and their team internal communication has some gaps so the customer is unnecessarily bothered. Rest all good. Will definitely recommend.

Can you imagine that a simple TT booking could lead to harassment?
I booked a 12 seater prime TT with them for 7 days and instead of sending that they sent a classic variant which was extremly dirty and non maintained pictures of which are attached. Its difficult to assemble your family members from different cities to go on family vacation but they dont care about.
Upon complaining about the variant issue they give me a discount but without agreeing with their TT vendor. Now, I am getting harassing calls from their vendor directly to pay the balance.
TLDR, If you want mental peace and enjoy your vacation go with some other service and avoid them at all cost.

I had reached out to SimplyTrip for a quotation for a trip I was planning. While I did receive the quotation, I had a few genuine questions regarding how the rates were being calculated (whether it was based on km × price or on days × km capping). Instead of clarifying, Praveen – the analyst I spoke with – responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner, questioning me in a way that made me feel judged and disrespected, almost as if I was being treated as illiterate for simply asking for clarity.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when customers are only seeking transparency before making a booking. I have never experienced such treatment with other vendors, who are always polite and willing to explain.

The experience was so unpleasant that I dropped the idea of booking with SimplyTrip altogether. A company dealing with customers should value courtesy and professionalism, but sadly, this was a pathetic and disappointing experience.

We had used Prime bus 20 seater bus from SimplyTrip. The bus was very clean, comfortable seating and in good condition. Driver was also very professional and driving safely. Thank you SimplyTrip for making our travel good experience with you. Definitely recommend it to others.

I would rate my experience 1/5. I feel I got scammed by SimplyTrip. I booked looking at previous reviews but I think they were paid reviews. I booked a 12-seater Prime Executive Traveller but it was a very bad experience. The traveller we got was in very poor condition. Almost every seat had some issue. Some seats had jammed levers so they could not recline, and some had broken levers so the seat would fall back. One seat had jammed windows.

The biggest problem was that the AC was leaking on the last 4 seats, so no one could sit there. Because of this, we had to keep the AC off even though we booked an AC traveller. It was a very bad experience.

The only good thing was the driver. He was polite, kind and never created any issue.

While booking, SimplyTrip made many promises that it would be the best experience, but they gave the worst one. I am never going to book a traveller from SimplyTrip again, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Simplytrip had arranged an excellent trip with a comfortable traveller van and a professional driver. The van was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, ensuring a smooth journey. The driver was polite, punctual, and drove safely throughout. Overall, it was a wonderful travel experience, and I truly appreciate the service.
