The team comprised of Mr Praveen and the customer care group of SimplyTrip, Bengaluru were absolutely precise in their approach in terms of maintaining a cordial relationship with me over the phone always. I must make a special mention of Mr Praveen who made our trip a grand success by having coordination with us and the cab driver all along. Because of the remote location of our Coorg resort we couldn't get to see all the places we desired. Lack of communication with the driver because of language issue might have contributed to the cause as well. I wish all good for further progress of SimplyTrip Bengaluru travels and a big thank to Mr Praveen once again.

We had hired 35 seater Bharat Benz bus from SimplyTrip for our coaching institute's first ever student trip. My overall experience had been great. The key positives about SimplyTrip is that they are very responsive, provide enough details on the Vehicle, Vehicle is neat and clean, Driver very polite and cooperative and overall professional. There are few areas of improvement like the pricing is not the least in market and their team internal communication has some gaps so the customer is unnecessarily bothered. Rest all good. Will definitely recommend.

Can you imagine that a simple TT booking could lead to harassment? I booked a 12 seater prime TT with them for 7 days and instead of sending that they sent a classic variant which was extremly dirty and non maintained pictures of which are attached. Its difficult to assemble your family members from different cities to go on family vacation but they dont care about. Upon complaining about the variant issue they give me a discount but without agreeing with their TT vendor. Now, I am getting harassing calls from their vendor directly to pay the balance. TLDR, If you want mental peace and enjoy your vacation go with some other service and avoid them at all cost.

I had reached out to SimplyTrip for a quotation for a trip I was planning. While I did receive the quotation, I had a few genuine questions regarding how the rates were being calculated (whether it was based on km × price or on days × km capping). Instead of clarifying, Praveen – the analyst I spoke with – responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner, questioning me in a way that made me feel judged and disrespected, almost as if I was being treated as illiterate for simply asking for clarity. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when customers are only seeking transparency before making a booking. I have never experienced such treatment with other vendors, who are always polite and willing to explain. The experience was so unpleasant that I dropped the idea of booking with SimplyTrip altogether. A company dealing with customers should value courtesy and professionalism, but sadly, this was a pathetic and disappointing experience.

We had used Prime bus 20 seater bus from SimplyTrip. The bus was very clean, comfortable seating and in good condition. Driver was also very professional and driving safely. Thank you SimplyTrip for making our travel good experience with you. Definitely recommend it to others.

I would rate my experience 1/5. I feel I got scammed by SimplyTrip. I booked looking at previous reviews but I think they were paid reviews. I booked a 12-seater Prime Executive Traveller but it was a very bad experience. The traveller we got was in very poor condition. Almost every seat had some issue. Some seats had jammed levers so they could not recline, and some had broken levers so the seat would fall back. One seat had jammed windows. The biggest problem was that the AC was leaking on the last 4 seats, so no one could sit there. Because of this, we had to keep the AC off even though we booked an AC traveller. It was a very bad experience. The only good thing was the driver. He was polite, kind and never created any issue. While booking, SimplyTrip made many promises that it would be the best experience, but they gave the worst one. I am never going to book a traveller from SimplyTrip again, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Simplytrip had arranged an excellent trip with a comfortable traveller van and a professional driver. The van was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, ensuring a smooth journey. The driver was polite, punctual, and drove safely throughout. Overall, it was a wonderful travel experience, and I truly appreciate the service.
