Additionally, I greatly appreciated that the pharmacist patiently answered all my questions concerning the correct dosage. This was my first visit to NU Hospital and I was really impressed until now. From registration to consultation with Dr Vinod Kumar everything was smooth. His explanation and examination were very clear and I felt comfortable with him and the staff. Hope the hospital continues the same. All the best to the NU team.

No words to express my gratitude to Doctor Venkatesh Krishnamurthy.Hard to find doctors like him in this Era!He is a real gem!He explained everything with so much patience!You can feel the aura in his face. Every Doctor we met for my dads kidney stone asked for immediate surgery and they started conversation asking about insurance though we told we do not have any symtoms ,But not the great Venkatesh Krishnamurthy.He told wait for symptoms and visit me as soon as your dad gets symptoms.We were refered to him by our cousin who rightly said blindly follow whatever he says. We waited for a month for his appointment as it was not emergency.But it was all worth it. The call centre experience is frustrating—calls are rushed, disconnected, and often sent to wrong departments, forcing us to repeat everything. Rescheduling is done without speaking to the patient or attendant, only through text, without checking convenience or confirmation. Who has time to constantly check texts? Why not use WhatsApp or email for better communication? This shows no empathy. Thanks to the front office team who helped with reports and connected us to doctors for discussion My brother was finally happy with treatment. THANKS

Our overall experience meeting Dr Venkatesh Krishnamoorthy has been very great. Starting from the parking security to the staff and nurses, everyone seem very understanding and with a smiling face. This hospital values time and ensures no unnecessary waiting. Coming to the doctor, his patience in answering all questions with a smiling calm face is just mind blowing. He very patiently explains everything and is so very approachable.
