I had an excellent experience with Ankita, the physiotherapist. I was completely satisfied with the treatment I received—she was very humble and extremely patient in listening to all my concerns. She explained everything clearly and treated me with great care, which really helped me recover from my neck issue. Before coming for physiotherapy,my leg was very weak and had suffering from lot of pain After taking the physiotherapy under the guidance of Dr.Bindu,my leg is 95% better and I'm seeing a lot of improvement. I appreciate Dr Bindu for her patience and explaining every step about the therapy that Iam undergoing and a good mentor. As in date I have completed fifteen days physio and Iam feeling better wherein my muscles are getting strengthen and flexibility is improved.

She is very nice talking n advising the Patients My Shoulder pain was too much earlier but after the therapy of 8 days I felt much more better. I took full 15 days package of Therapy. I came to physiotattva coming to know about it on Google search for my pain in heel and calf strengthening exercises as advised by my ortho doctor. I was alloted Dr ankita by t unit for my treatment. Dr ankita was very profesdional. kind and patient and helped me completely to under go t treatment. She thought me all t necessary exercises. Made sure I repeat them every day and keenly observed me and corrected me when ever I was not following t instructions. She was kind enough to change my timings once to accommodate my schedule. T place is very clean, spacious and easily accessible. We wish Dr ankita and t unit all t best. Thanks to physio tattva I am feeling great and better and my pain is reduced. They advised me to continue my exercises for another 4 months at home to get complete relief.

Highly unprofessional staff - not a sports injury physiotherapy clinic: I have been visiting Cadabams for the last 10 years and have been really satisfied with all the healthcare services they provide. However, visiting this branch today was highly disappointing. Had been following up with their support team on call for the last 2 days enquiring about treatment of sport injuries from playing Pickleball. The call center team was excellent in their briefing and was highly professional in their approach. Finally I booked an appointment today at their Malleshwaram branch. In my appointment confirmation, I was allotted an appointment with Dr BinduKumar at 5 pm. I arrived at their branch at 4:45 pm. Was greeted by a lady & a Gentleman sitting at the reception wearing their Physiotattva uniform. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, the gentleman sitting at the reception invited me to the doctor’s cabin and surprisingly sat on the doctor’s chair and started counseling me. When I insisted that I have an appointment with Dr Bindu and not him, to my horror he blatantly told me "doesn’t matter who gives the treatment, it’s all the same" !! I still insisted that I would like to meet Dr Bindu with whom I had an appointment with. He then left the cabin in a not so pleasant manner and after waiting for 5 mins in the cabin Dr Bindu arrived with a disgruntled look on her face. I felt she was displeased that I called for her and felt she didn’t want to be there. Finally, when I tried to make her understand the nature of my injury due to playing pickleball, to my shock, the doctor who is supposed to know sports physiotherapy isn’t even aware of a sport called as Pickleball. I asked her if she is a sports related physiotherapist and she answered in the most rude manner that it doesn’t matter and there is no such concept as Sports injury physiotherapy !! If that was the case, then why would the call center representatives acknowledge that they provide sport injury physiotherapy, why would the website mention about it and why would it be written on the sign board outside their clinic. The rude manner in which Dr Bindu arrived and communicated with me, made me leave the clinic immediately looking at her unprofessional and rude approach. The hostile environment inside the clinic by Dr Bindu made me leave the clinic without even bothering to ask for a reimbursement for my consultation fees. Also, was surprised to see the man sitting next to the receptionist trying to give diagnosis. Looked like the real doctors were on leave and they handed over the operations to some interns who were highly rude & unprofessional in their approach. All in all, this clinic doesn’t represent the professional approach of Cadabams group and looks more like a clinic run and operated by a bunch of interns and unprofessionals. Would highly suggest the management of Cadabams intervene and not ruin their reputation with such unprofessional staff under their reputed brandname.
