TheraKeyz has been a blessing for us. The therapists and staffs work on every aspect of development — communication, motor, and behavior. My child enjoys coming here…. It would be even better if therapy materials and toys were updated more often.

I visited Therakeyz 8 months ago, and when I recently returned, I was truly amazed by the transformation! The entire environment has changed so much — the rooms are more vibrant, clean, and welcoming. It feels professional yet homely, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into improving the space. We are fully satisfied with the experience. Kudos to the team for the great work!

I went to that centre for my child they responded well and explained about my child.They spoke softly then I sent my daughter to that centre now I am seeing the development of my child...... And happy with the improvements

Briefly, It's day care for developmental delay and special kids. No transparency, no standards, no therapy, no discussions with parents and no proper assessment. All reviews are not genuine, you will realise once you opt for their services. I am not against this centre but pls try to help parents who are already going through a lot. I was taking my son to a different service therapy centre for almost 10 months which was very good but far from my home. So I visited this centre through Google research. At first I regretted not finding it earlier by seeing its rating. After visiting the centre I felt the infrastructure is very poor but I still didn't judge their services by visual impression. The initial discussion itself confused me about the whole therapy process. Still I kept faith in Mr Pooazhagan and team. Their fee is higher than the previous therapy centre and I didn't get individual therapies as I wanted. Still I opted for the Early invention program with no option by hoping it will help my kid. After opting program, for everything I should call and follow up with admin. They didn't share his observation details until I asked repeatedly and didn't share therapist details, didn't discuss progress.They said progess review happens every 45 days which also didn't happen. Parents without prior knowledge on therapies definitely don't understand anything and they are clueless about what's happening. After all, I need to see my son to be better but instead of progress, he regressed and became more adamant. His behaviour got changed and did not sleep properly. This centre didn't allow me to monitor therapies from the office room via CC TV for one day. How any parent understand what is happening every day inside. Simply paying money and taking rest for 2 hrs feels good but when you don't see positive results it's not worth. Though the staff is polite and kids friendly but they don't have proper guidance, process and management.
