Their project execution is beyond pathetic. Before getting the full payment, they put on their best show, sweet talk, dreamy promises, and flawless presentations. We were completely taken in, thinking we were finally giving our parents the beautifully designed home they deserved. They sold us a dream… and delivered a disaster.

We were told the house would be done in 45 days. But they stretched to three months, and what we’ve received is a half-done, sloppy mess with no professional finish. The laborers were completely unskilled, and the so-called operations head was arrogant, careless, and utterly unaccountable.

This has been one of the worst decisions we’ve made, a nightmare disguised as an interior service.

Please, don’t fall for their marketing gimmicks, fake success stories, or tempting budget quotes. None of it is real. What is real is the stress, frustration, and regret we’ve been left with.

Save your money. Go local. Hire skilled carpenters and honest designers who actually care. This company? Not worth a single rupee.

But I am glad this happened, cause I later checked reviews, looks like there are people who are disappointed at these people service and their service is pathetic.

Had a very bad experience with Livspace, recently I engaged them to do interiors for my new 3 BHK in RR nagar, the initial responsiveness is great, the budget and coverage is good, design service and choices are just ok, not very intuitive, they will not think thru the details, you have to pay full upfront before they even start transporting the material to the apartment. The execution was terrible very unresponsive project managers, they will miss many things, won’t respond to calls , delay things lie about stuff loose your apartment keys. You have to severely escalate before you get any decent service. Most of their execution staff is in Yelahanka so no daily presence by project managers at site. I would stay away from Livspace.

I was looking for the best possible option to get the home interiors done of my place, and after exploring the multiple available options, i went ahead with Livspace considering it is the best fit for me. I went through there reviews on Google and made the decision to go ahead with them.
Everybody from Livspace was professional and interacted very well. The work progress was tracked by Livspace team by end of each day. I like the final outcome. Also the timeline was maintained and followed properly.

The whole process was very transparent. The interior designer was very understanding and provided me all the information needed. I requested for some changes at the last minute, and those were included in the final design plan. The interior designer suggested better design than what I thought of based on the room size. They improved our plan with their expertise.

I have visited Livspace Interior Design Studio Marathahalli, and from there I got so many ideas. I have no complaint about the build quality, it is actually very good. The execution team was brilliant. Overall I had excellent experience to get the home interiors done through Livspace.

Update: June 30 ( No response from past 2 weeks, not sure why the staff even get paid here. People who work here so pathetic that they don’t even mind answering you when your project is still ongoing, how are they going to support for next 10 years )

The most pathetic company, they are just behind money and nothing else. We have 4 more apartments for future possession and i will probably go with someone who can be trusted. ( already 4 months and not delivered ) The interior designer and operations team have no sync and they have messed up everything – 1 star is too much

All customers who have paid hefty amount to livspace, barely get their calls answered.

All they are capable of is installing some pre-engineered wood plank, that too if you are lucky enough, else they might commit mistakes in that too!

No finishing in work, delays are obvious in handover. All they do is charge hefty money and provide sub-standard services. Labour are unskilled obviously.

STAY AWAY from LIVSPACE, they created nightmare. Your dream will be disaster site once you livspace will put hands on it!

All positive reviews are paid and fake. The ones which are genuine customers are still waiting for response and timely handovers. One cannot even reach out at twitter for respond neither founder nor livspace have proper existence in twitter.

WORST COMPANY, CHEATING CUSTOMERS WITH LIES

I ordered products that were returnable from their online store, and the day after I received them, I wanted to return 2 of the 4 products I bought, which had a 10 day returns policy. I was unable to create the return order from my online profile, so I called their customer care, and they told me I have ti send an email with the details. So I emailed their customer care mentioning all the details of the order and the product to be returned. This was the day after I received the products, and I received an email within 24 hours telling me that I would hear back from their tram shortly. I waited a week to hear back from the company, and when i didn’t get any correspondence, I replied to the email asking about my return,and I got an automated reply telling me to login to my profile section on the website and looking under returns. When I did that, I see that the products are showing that they are beyond the returns eligibility as the ten days had passed.

This is a deceitful company that seems to be content with cheating their customers. I f they continue like this, I hope they will have no customers left and they will need to shut down.

Please beware of them.

They demand full payment upfront, but once they receive the money, their commitment to quality and timelines disappears.

The work delivered was far below expectations, with constant delays and poor execution. They lack professionalism and attention to detail, making the entire process frustrating. If you’re not willing to spend a fortune, be prepared to be treated as a low priority. Avoid this company if you’re looking for reliable service and fair treatment

– One suggetion is to have end to end products. For Example kitchen counter-top , painting , doors , window blinds etc they don’t have in their portfolio but they have good contacts/suggestions for that.
– Also the derby created during the project was not removed. Which i think if blue interior takes care then that would be an add on.
– One suggestion if you are going with them then you might need to keep checking whatever is designed is being implemented and not missed. In our case we found two such things which we told our project manager (Sravanan). He declined first but then when we checked in design and showed him he agreed and implemented.

Unprofessional interrior work by decorpot hsr layout. Project No 2580

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the interior work provided by your team, specifically regarding the wardrobe mirror installation in my home.
Within just two years of installation, the wardrobe mirror has automatically broken without any external impact or mishandling. Upon inspection, I noticed that the mirror was attached only with double-sided tape, which is highly unprofessional and unsafe for such fixtures. This is not just disappointing but also dangerous, especially if someone had been nearby when it fell.

My project no. is 911.
I am highly disappointed with Decorpot. The quality of their work is substandard, and their post-sales service is one of the worst I’ve experienced. After multiple follow-ups, their team visited my house 2–3 times, dismantled the lower kitchen unit, and left the job incomplete. Since then, there has been no response to my calls.

They make false promises and completely fail to deliver. If negative ratings were possible, I would definitely give one. I strongly advise others not to choose Decorpot for any interior work.

Really great work with decent budget, their production process and commitment unmatchable. Project Supervisor Mr Santosh and Carpenter team Mr Ravi always available for any queries and betterment. I strongly suggest Decorpot for your modular home interior requirements.

Project – Sumukha Silverstone

We wanted our new home to be future-ready meaning smart devices, automation, and seamless tech integration without wires running all over. We had a lot of concerns about how the interiors would accommodate things like Alexa-controlled lighting, security systems, and under-cabinet sensors. Decorpot made this process absolutely smooth. Right from the layout stage, they worked with our automation vendor and customized the design to support concealed wiring, integrated control hubs, and proper device positioning. Every switchboard, spotlight, and motion sensor was exactly where it needed to be. We even got a dedicated media unit setup with built-in cable routing and ventilation for the equipment. What’s even more impressive is that the smart design doesn’t look too “tech-heavy” it’s clean, sleek, and fits into the home beautifully. Thanks to Decorpot, our house not only looks great but functions like a well-oiled machine smart, efficient, and clutter-free.

We reached out to Decorpot for the interiors of our new home because we had heard good things, and they truly lived up to the reputation. What I appreciated most was their service the team was always approachable, patient with our questions, and clear in their communication. We had certain fixed ideas about the kitchen layout, but their designer improved on it with smart suggestions for corner storage and appliance placement. The execution team was thorough, clean, and efficient. They handled a few minor delays from vendors without any stress for us. The quality of materials especially the hardware and finishes speaks for itself. Our home is now exactly as we imagined, and we’re grateful to Decorpot for making the process smooth and enjoyable.

Our interiors needed to be elegant but also practical for my elderly parents who live with us. Decorpot’s designers were extremely thoughtful in this regard.They designed my parents’ bedroom with lower storage units and wide walkways for easy movement. The bathrooms were fitted with anti-skid tiles and grab bars, which makes them safe and accessible. The living room was kept clutter-free, and the furniture was chosen to be sturdy yet stylish. Even the puja corner was designed at a comfortable height for them.

The project manager made sure everything was executed perfectly. He double-checked the bathroom fittings, ensured smooth flooring without raised edges, and patiently explained progress at every step. Knowing someone was paying attention to such details gave us confidence. Now, my parents feel at ease, and our home still looks modern and beautiful. Decorpot combined design with empathy, and that’s what makes their work so special.

I would like to formally express my satisfaction with Decorpot for their exemplary work on my 3BHK apartment interiors. From the initial design phase to the final handover, the team demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of our requirements. The modular kitchen design was particularly impressive. I also appreciated their inclusion of a compact, well-designed foyer unit that serves both practical and aesthetic purposes. The execution was seamless, with timely updates and no unnecessary delays. The quality of workmanship is visible in the precision of the finishes, and the materials used are of superior quality. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the outcome and would recommend Decorpot without hesitation to anyone seeking high-standard interior solutions.

Despite investing significant time and effort in 5+ detailed design meetings with measurements, the final output deviates from the agreed-upon design. We encountered several critical issues, compounded by unprofessional conduct from the manager, Prasanth.

1. Bottle Pull-Out Size Discrepancy:
We specified an 8-inch bottle pull-out during the design phase, which was confirmed. However, a 4-inch unit was installed. The offered 6-inch replacement, at an additional cost, was unacceptable.
The surrounding space was also incorrectly sized, preventing us from installing our own alternative and hence removed it.
Subsequently, the outer laminate plywood, which we had already paid for as part of the kitchen bottom unit, was said to be removed as well. We do not understand the rationale behind this action.

2. Tandem Box and Cutlery Unit Misalignment and material mismatch:
Due to an alleged miscommunication with another client’s order, units were installed with wrong measurement, compromising the bottle pull-out space and disrupting the entire design.
We question why the implementation team failed to recognize this error, given they had access to our detailed specifications. Their initial response was to offer removal and a refund, rather than proposing viable solutions at the very first go. The substitution of WPC with plywood if necessary, it should have been communicated during the design phase.

3. Design Customization Limitations:
We were told that even minor design alterations, such as corner curves, were impossible due to factory or machine cutting. This is contradictory to the fact that the wooden partitions were manually installed by carpenters on-site. Any customization that they would agree to, would be at an extra cost, and the result of the customization that we paid for on the kitchen corner unit was not as per the design.

4. Managerial Conduct:
When we provided constructive feedback regarding these issues and pointed out the lack of coordination between the design, production, and implementation teams, Prasanth became defensive and rude. He even told us to post our feedback on social media and also stated “this is not a life or death situation” when discussing the issues, and that this was his professional attitude. Yet we were then accused of being rude and uncooperative. We found his behavior disrespectful and unaccommodating.

During the installation process of our partition, our door frame and TV unit tiles were damaged. This damage could have been avoided easily from the carpenters. When we raised our concern, emphasizing that they should have sought our consent or approval before proceeding with actions that could potentially cause damage, we were told that “not everything needs to be asked or taken permission from us.” This response demonstrates a severe lack of respect for our property and a disregard for basic courtesy.

While we may be laypersons in the interiors field, we are educated individuals who understand design, measurements, and the execution process. We questioned these discrepancies like any informed customer would yet they are not ready to listen for a constructive feedback and providing satisfactory solution to the client. while we did not expect 100% results as we know thats not quite practical, these are only few straight up faults from interior side which we have questioned genuinely expecting a professional solution and we ignored few problems like alignments, scratches, measurements differences in other areas.

Overall Experience:
Investing hard-earned money and receiving a substandard outcome is understandably frustrating. We sought professional solutions and a collaborative approach looking at the reviews and instagram posts, but our experience was the opposite and not reflective of the same. While this may not be true all of their clients, this is the experience we got. We feel that the lack of accountability, unwillingness to negotiate, and the charging of fees for even the smallest fixes is unacceptable.

Very disappointed with this company, they made big promises at the start but failed to deliver on time. Work was delayed more than 2 months and delivered with poor finishing. Material quality is ok but they provided very poor finishing.
I had a very bad experience with designer “Khusboo”- she showed an unprofessional attitude, lacked space saving ideas, they have very limited design options, if you shared your own ideas they are unable to execute very practical recommendations like pocket doors on temple which is very common now a day’s.
After receiving the payment the designer stopped responding, we tried to connect with Gaurav his behaviour was completely changed
Overall I had a bad experience with this interior designer and would not recommend this company Carafina to anyone.

We searched around 8 to 10 interior companies and finally decided to go with Carafina Interiors. I can confidently say it’s one of the best choices we’ve made.

Our designer, Ayushi, did an exceptional job. Our home turned out even more beautiful than the 3D pictures they provided. She also helped us in selecting wallpapers and designer lights which came out excellent.

The execution manager, Zain, coordinated everything very well and delivered our project within the mentioned timeline.

The only concern we had was that we ended up paying more for electrical works and the civil work. We might have chosen other vendors for these services

As we moved into the execution phase, we were fortunate to have Nithin as our Project Manager — a calm and committed presence throughout. He coordinated seamlessly with the backend teams, ensured every detail was attended to, and navigated all the inevitable last-minute changes with a smile and a solution. Not once did we hear a “no” from him. We are equally thankful to Abrar, whose steady support and technical expertise during execution made a significant difference.

And of course, our heartfelt thanks to Vinayak for his leadership and oversight. His timely interventions and steady governance ensured that everything stayed on track, and thanks to that extra layer of assurance, we received our finished home right on schedule.

A very professionally and creatively run place. The designs were detailed, aesthetic and exceeded expectations. Deepika, Riyanka and Febin did a fabulous job with the design. Execution is top notch led by Akshay and Vinod. Akshay took care of every detail and ensured that the final product exceeded the original design. He went above and beyond his call of duty by helping us settle in and looked into each of the move in tussles. Anjali was of great help with choosing the right decor, be it lighting, furniture selection or the general theme that I wanted for my home. Karighars charge a premium but money well spent if you need a home instead of a house.

I’m also very happy with the after-sales service provided by Karighars. Syed maaz ahmed, their project manager has been very prompt in addressing some minor after sales issues. A few leakage issues and a few minor carpentry adjustments were responded to promptly. Their team came back and fixed everything without any hesitation or extra charges.

Good after-sales support is rare these days, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment. Their life time warranty is guaranteed. Highly recommend them for both quality carpentry work and reliable after-sales service.

Our home interiors were designed by Karighars, and the entire experience—from the initial consultation to the final handover—was truly exceptional.

The Karighars team was very professional and stayed true to their standards. Their designs were really great and equally good in executing those designs. The final output matched the 3D designs we saw during the design phase. The team also helped in coordinating and managing product selection, their deliveries and installation which was a true concierge experience which we were hoping for, taking a lot of load away from us during the interior phase. Special shoutout to Shalini (designer), Abrar (project manager), Siri (shopping evangelist) and Pravin (3D visualiser) who was assigned to us.

The first time we went to the studio, we liked the different concepts that were showcased in their showroom. We liked quality and finish which were showcased as well.

We had moved around multiple interior design studios before homeitup, but the quotations they had provided were above our budget.

We initially thought of going with multiple interior companies one for kitchen and one for the rooms. But later decided to stick with homeitup for the end to end wood work.

They also provided false ceiling installation, electric work for false ceiling and cupboards.

We gave the first payment advance on March 30th. Initially during the discussion harsha had told the work would get completed by May 31st – Jun 1st week. But, the design phase took a lot of time and we had to push things to go through. Design phase completed atlast on 11th May, but we expected more proactive communication during that phase.

They provided a timeline of Jun30 after the design completed. Their initial start date also got extended. But, they completed 90% of the work with a weeks delay and had a few things like handle fitting headboard glass fitting etc which again took time and got extended. (complimentary wallpaper could also have been better 😉 )

We were really overwhelmed by their delays (which is there for any company), but we liked the quality and responsiveness of the individuals working there. Each one of them are pretty responsible and talented individuals . They are a young team of enterpreneurs and hope they deliver many more projects on time and move ahead with the same passion.

Everyone who visited our housewarming liked and praised the interior work they had done. I would highly recommend homeitup to any individual looking for the latest interior designs for their houses, they indeed have made our residence a “home sweet home.”

I am absolutely thrilled with the interior work done by HomeItup! From the initial design phase all the way through to the final execution, I’ve been incredibly satisfied with their professionalism and the quality of their work.
In a world where getting a hold of design companies can be a real struggle, HomeItup truly stood out. They were always incredibly reachable and clearly dedicated to getting things done promptly and efficiently. And when it comes to the actual quality and finish of their work, it’s absolutely top-notch – everything is exactly up to the mark.

But here’s the most important part: their commitment to timely completion. Our project was on a fast track with a pretty tight timeline from my end – they literally had only a week to complete all the fittings. Despite this challenge, the HomeItup team put in their complete strength to finish everything right on schedule, exactly as per our plan.

This level of dedication and timely delivery is something truly rare in the interior industry these days.

I will also be sure to share more about the product quality and their after-sales service once I’ve had a few months to use everything.

I had a good overall experience with HomzInterio. The project was completed mostly on time with a two-week delay, which was acceptable given the scale of work. The quality of materials used is good.

While the workmanship and execution were good, the finishing could’ve been better. There are a few areas where minor imperfections are noticeable. That said, it didn’t take away too much from the final outcome.

Special mention to the project manager, Bhaskar, who ensured everything ran smoothly. He and his team (Naveen and Chandru) were always just a call away and continued to support even after the handover, which really stood out.

We recently hired Homzinterior for our interior work to which they assigned Sreenu for interior design and Srikant for execution. Sreenu’s designs reflected a perfect balance of aesthetics and functionality, tailored thoughtfully to our needs. He is very thoughtful and creative. During execution, we did face some challenges as the first set of carpenters did not meet our expectations. However, what really stood out was how positively Srikant and the Homzinterior team (Especially Megha – Branch Head) handled our feedback. They assigned a different team and ensured the issues were addressed without any friction. While there were a few hiccups along the way, we genuinely appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to making things right, which led to a final outcome we are happy with.

When we started looking for interior companies, we were a bit nervous because it’s a big investment and you don’t want to go wrong. After visiting Homzinterio’s Whitefield Branch, we felt confident to go ahead.

The whole journey wasn’t without challenges, there were a few small delays and adjustments needed but the good thing is, they listened, understood, and made sure everything was corrected. By the end, we got exactly what we had in mind.

Finding interiors that are both high-quality and reasonably priced isn’t easy, but Homzinterio made the process smooth and transparent. From the very first meeting, our designer Bhuwaneshwari, gave a clear breakdown of costs, explained the different material options, and showed how each choice would impact the budget. There were no hidden charges or surprises along the way.

We were able to select finishes, laminates, and hardware that suited our style while staying within our budget. Even after a few minor design tweaks during the process, the final bill stayed very close to the original estimate, which gave us great peace of mind.

They met the promised TAT of 45 days for factory work and completed the installation in just 11 days, which was truly impressive, especially since I needed my home ready for a pooja on a very tight deadline.

Very bad service and poor-quality product. I had got false ceiling painting work done through DS MAX, but within a short time the entire ceiling developed fungus due to cheap paint. Despite multiple follow-ups, no one from the team, not even the grievance team, came to fix the issue. This caused huge inconvenience, time loss, and disturbance at home. Finally, I had to spend extra money and get the work redone through Urban Company. I strongly advise others to be cautious as the service and quality are extremely disappointing.

I have used the service from Krish-V interiors for doing my flat interior work. I dint thought the work of my flat will come so beautiful. The work is very neat and clean. In between the work I have requested for remodification that also they have done without saying any word.
In person I really want to thank to Mr. Salman he is the one who has taken all the incharge and made the interior work look good in our flat, he is such a humble and kind when ever I called he picked the call and addressed all my concerns related to interior work. I Wish him to get more projects and get good success in his carrier.

To anyone considering Krish V for their interiors, especially within Ds Max SkyGrand, please read this cautionary tale.

As a owner of an unit in DsMax SkyGrand, Kalkere, Bengaluru, choosing Krish V is my biggest regret. Ds Max exerts significant indirect pressure on owners to use their in-house design team, which is essentially Krish V. This includes non-refundable deposits for outside vendors and hindering clearances for owner-chosen alternatives before possession.

Once you’re locked in with Krish V, prepare for agonizing delays. I paid my advance in December 2023, yet saw absolutely no progress until May 2024 after relentless follow-ups. The design finally appeared in October 2024, and even at the February 2025 possession day, the work was incomplete. Missing piece of work was communicated during pissession handover checks. Now, in May 2025, I am still chasing them to finish the job, despite them having already collected the full payment.

This company operates without ethics. I previously posted an honest review in 2024 detailing these delays. A Krish V representative pressured me to remove it with promises of timely completion. Over six months later, and after complying, I am in the exact same frustrating situation.

Furthermore, Krish V overcharged me and has yet to refund the amount. They also failed to complete the agreed-upon work despite receiving full payment.

The high ratings on this page are frankly misleading. This service is primarily relevant to Ds Max buyers due to the aforementioned pressure tactics. I personally experienced their attempts to manipulate reviews, as they contacted me to change my initial negative feedback.

Do not be fooled. Avoid Krish V if you value your time, money, and sanity.

I’m updating my review as Krish-V finally completed the pending work on July 12, 2025. While there were significant delays, I appreciate that the work is now done and have increased my star rating from 1 to 3.

The great experience began with John leading the conversation, followed by the design process with Harshitha and execution by Ramesh—a remarkable journey with the KrishV team. A special thanks to Jishan for his outstanding support in completing the project on time . I am satisfied with the design, materials, and the quality of the carpenter’s work.
