Project No 2580 I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the interior work provided by your team, specifically regarding the wardrobe mirror installation in my home. Within just two years of installation, the wardrobe mirror has automatically broken without any external impact or mishandling. Upon inspection, I noticed that the mirror was attached only with double-sided tape, which is highly unprofessional and unsafe for such fixtures. This is not just disappointing but also dangerous, especially if someone had been nearby when it fell.

My project no. is 911. I am highly disappointed with Decorpot. The quality of their work is substandard, and their post-sales service is one of the worst I’ve experienced. After multiple follow-ups, their team visited my house 2–3 times, dismantled the lower kitchen unit, and left the job incomplete. Since then, there has been no response to my calls. They make false promises and completely fail to deliver. If negative ratings were possible, I would definitely give one. I strongly advise others not to choose Decorpot for any interior work.
