Service is top notch. Food is slightly spicy which is a norm in tamil nadu cuisine. No qualms on that absolutely. Portions of chicken, mutton pieces are well roasted and marinated. The hotel captain Mr. Syed is very warm hearted person and explained to us about the special food fare platter on offer. Will revisit as and when time permits. The experience was good even in their hennur outlet too. Really loved the personal touch in the service provided by Mr Syed the oriya captain of the restaurant.

First experience in this hotel, heard it was famous Tamilnadu style and it didn't disappoint. Hotel is pretty clean and neat, staff are well behaved and listen to your orders, a large like 15 pages menu of both veg and non veg, We ordered a Chicken soup as starters, tasted pretty good. Then alfaham chicken BBQ and finally the speciality dish " Dindigul thalapakatty biriyani ". Overall a nice experience and I would recommend to try it once.

This is used to be good. Now, they require an overhaul. Biryani wasn’t that flavourful as their food is prepared from a central kitchen and brought here. Staff does not their specialities in the menu and why it’s special. They require training to be effective and also, make sure someone knows the history of the restaurant too. Overall, experience requires improvement.

So i recently visited Dindigul Thalappakatti on New BEL Road, and it was incredible dining experience! The biryani here is truly exceptional, with each grain perfectly flavored and cooked to perfection. The service was top-notch, esp Mr Along, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring that every need was met promptly. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it perfect for both family gatherings and casual meals. The use of seeraga samba rice in their biryani adds a unique touch, absorbing flavors beautifully and making it easy to digest. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic, delicious biryani with great service. It's definitely a must-visit for biryani lovers in Bangalore!

We had lunch here . This is a family restaurant with good decor , ambience & seating arrangements. We had their signature item - Thalapakatti Biryani , Lolypop , Inzee Soda and Veg thali. Veg Thali was very good with all the items tasty and aromatic. Lolypop was star product with rich in spices well coated with masala . Biryani was very good. Inzee - Ginger Soda was refreshing and appetising. Staff were very good , attentive and helpful. Service was very good. Over all good dining experience. I recommend this hotel for your good Experience.

The people especially the Manager was extremely cooperative and considerate that they gave us two lime sodas but they gave us wrong information about the Biryani that it was almost ready when seven of the ten plates we ordered for takeaway were on the way in the delivery van and the van was stuck in traffic. We asked them so many times as to whether it was ready because we were kind of in a hurry to get somewhere. I'm not here to criticise or complain but I'm here to request you'll to please give correct information whether the food is there or not and if it's on the way to please inform the same. But overall they had a very high sense of hospitality will be looking forward to buying from you'll again.

Food was very tasty. Mutton biryani is must try but piece is less. And even veg meals is very good. Chicken 65 is very tasty. Lamb chops can better as it not much worth for money. Ghee rice can be better as it is very sticky. Main issue is lift is not working, so it's very difficult for elderly people to climb stairs and stairs very narrow and difficult to climb. Customer service and ambiance is very good.
