I recently had a root canal procedure done on two teeth by Dr. Pallavi, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her work. From the very first consultation, she was extremely professional, patient, and reassuring. She explained the entire procedure clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. What really stood out was her precision and gentle approach — I barely felt any discomfort during or after the treatment. The clinic was also very clean and well-equipped, which added to the overall confidence in her care. I got my RCT of upper molar done here. I had severe infection and throbbing pain after the procedure. During the root canal procedure I felt some fluid from the root of tooth flowing into the nasal area. I felt choked and immediately had to blow and clean my nose. Some blood mixed fluid was coming out from the nose. Dr became little concerned and asked if I am alright and offered water to drink. I do not know why this happened. Later Dr Pallavi prescribed Amox 500mg twice a day. She covered the tooth with some medicated cotton and asked me to visit after 2-3 days. After 3 days I was called back and she checked and said that there is an infection. Later she cleaned it/applied medicine and covered the tooth cavity with the cotton again. I had very bad throbbing pain and hence was advised a pain killer. The pain continued for one more day and I became very concerned and went to someother dentist for the treatment. In addition to above problem I faced one more problem here. Just before the root canal procedure, I faced pain near gum - Dr said that the problem might be with an existing cap. Hence I was advised to replace the cap. The Dr tried removing cap but during the process the tooth was partially cut. I realised it only after going to the new dentist. Hence I had to pay few thousands for reconstructing the tooth and again for the cap. So ended up spending 12k+ due to Dr s negligiance. Please do your own assessment before visiting this dentist!!
