I had a very positive experience at this hospital. The staff was extremely professional, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional housekeeping service — the rooms were always spotless, well-sanitized, and maintained with great care.
The housekeeping team was prompt, polite, and ensured a clean and hygienic environment at all times, which brought us a lot of comfort and peace of mind during a stressful period.
Highly recommend this hospital for its high standards in both medical care and cleanliness. Truly deserving of 5 stars!

Dr. Manjula Deepak, a highly regarded obstetrician and gynecologist, is exceptionally warm, approachable, and genuine in her care. She builds a strong rapport with her patients and avoids prescribing unnecessary tests or medications. Her cheerful and friendly nature makes every consultation feel comforting and reassuring. Also Chandana is equally compassionate and supportive, going out of her way to assist with the billing process and ensure a smooth and stress-free!

I was recently at Cloudnine HRBR and I want to thank the entire team for their services.
The doctors and nursing staff are professional, extremely helpful and patient with every doubt, query and worry. At no point during the course of treatment was there a reason for confusion or fear. Every course of treatment is explained and questions are encouraged and clarified in layman terms.
The House Keeping Team was excellent, dedicated and unobtrusive, cleaning patient rooms twice a day everyday. It helped keep us comfortable and kept the rooms fresh. The hospital OPD and common areas are also well maintained and cleaned even at odd hours of night.
Our entire experience was one not led by fear, but by understanding and we respect the staff for helping us patiently with everything.

I have had my second child with the brilliant and absolutely amazing Dr. Saba Fathima. Lucky and blessed to have her as my Gynaecologist. A thank you to the Cloudnine team too for being so kind, prompt and cooperative.
As I'm going home with my child I know that Dr. Saba's love and care extends way beyond her professional obligations. She's one of the most kindest and compassionate person. Grateful beyond words to be under her care.
The hospital and their services were impeccable. Maintainance of all the amenities and cleanliness was ensured. Thank you for all the staff.

Absolute 3rd class hospital.
1. Poor infrastructure
2. Cockroaches in premium rooms
3. Paper pieces strewn around in premium rooms
4. Lab department forgets to perform few prescribed tests on baby
5. Staff forgets to put Insulin multiple times. patient negligence at its peak.
6. Hospital in charge Dr. Lahari V is completely incapable in every way and absolutely no sense in speaking.
7. Had to beg for toiletries for 2 days.
8. On 2 separate escalations from our end, the house keeping comes to the room and begs with folded hands to not report anything as they might loose their jobs.
9. The manager on duty has no idea on how to handle escalations.

We recently welcomed our baby girl at HRBR Cloud nine , and I can’t thank Dr. Manjula Deepak and the entire staff enough for their amazing care and support. From the time we stepped in until discharge, everything was handled with so much warmth and professionalism. Dr. Manjula Deepak is not just an excellent doctor but also a kind and reassuring presence throughout the journey and helped us for a NORMAL DELIVERY . The nurses and support staff were attentive, patient, and always ready to help. Truly grateful for such a smooth and joyful experience. Highly recommend this hospital to all expecting parents!
