I had an excellent experience. I was suffering from lumbar pain and Doctor Shipra had recommended to go for some massages and put me on medication. This massages and her medication helped me heal soon. And it's not only me I take my whole family to her. I personally feel she has the healing touch .

I had been suffering from too much pitta in the body for about 3 years, I constantly had stomach issues and I was so done. I had a super clean diet, exercised, had good sleep. Tried everything but it just didn’t work completely. A huge shoutout to Vaidya Mittal ma’am for advising Virechena. I had gotten it done in February 2025, but waited to give the review because I wanted to ensure it worked. It’s June now and my gut issues are virtually non-existent. I must appreciate Dileep Shibu, the masseur who gave me those amazing body massages during the treatment and Priyanka for continuously monitoring my diet. It’s my sincere request to keep improving your standards in the same way. Not for my personal benefit but Ayurveda as a knowledge system is the way forward for the issues we face at present. Suggestions: Some medicines prescribed are prepared by following the allopathic formula, in the sense they contain preservatives. So my request would be to do away with this and take a completely Ayurvedic path. (IK it’s easier said than done, but please work towards it) Secondly please make sure you charge based on affordable capacity of individuals. I completely understand it’s not a charity work but we must work towards making Ayurveda affordable to everyone. I have been consulting Dr. Shipra since 4 years now and she is truly amazing! She is very dedicated and really takes the time to listen to all your concerns. Its an Ayurvedic massage center but I don’t think it follows all the steps involved as per my past experiences. The washroom is in poor state and it stinks. My massage was average and was hurried up as other client were waiting so you need to be sure that even wiping the oil or changing is included in 45 minutes else they will start knocking. As per my understanding massage is supposed to be relaxing and if there is so much of rush there should be other room to clean and a dirty washroom is certainly not the place to change. I think they have potential to do better but needs more focus on authentic process and customer experience. They charged me 1200 for 45 mins of massage with 10 min steam and 5 min for cleaning and changing clothes.
