This lack of follow-up and communication is disappointing, especially from a reputed healthcare facility. I hope the management looks into this and improves their after-service support

Beware of This Online Consultation Scam! Dear Management keep some professional team. Time is more valuable than money: “Time is a non-renewable resource, unlike money which can be earned back. I made a payment of ₹2000 for an online consultation with Dr., scheduled for 4:30 PM the same day. It’s confirmed by the lady at the reception scheduled time, I was informed that the doctor was busy in OT, and my appointment was rescheduled for 1 PM the next day. The next day, another staff member claimed there was a “technical error” with my previous payment and asked me to pay ₹2000 again, promising that my earlier payment would be refunded. I refused and requested the refund first, as the amount had already been deducted from my account. They did not provide any proof of a payment error. Initially, they promised a refund by the evening, but later changed their statement, saying it would take 24 hours. Even after that time, I received no refund and no proof of it being processed. Instead, they messaged me again, asking if I wanted to book another appointment—likely expecting me to pay another ₹2000! This is highly suspicious and feels like a scam. I strongly advise against paying anything upfront for online consultations with this service. If they use such tactics for consultation, I worry about their approach to treatment as well. Stay away!

I am having truly great experience at Milann JP NAGAR. Dr. Sunitha is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate and takes time to explain my condition in detail, answer all my questions, and listen attentively to my concerns. I never felt rushed and felt completely comfortable. The entire staff, from the moment I checked in, was equally friendly, professional, efficient, and welcoming. The front desk team (Deepa, Veena, Sushma, Roopa) was so helpful with scheduling .The nurses were very gentle and reassuring.

Scams people with scans. That is how they make money. We went here after seeing reviews, every week they just look at the patient for 5 mins and just order a scan. Thats it. We were suspicious and wanted to show the report to another doctor friend and take opinion. They don’t even provide the record to the patient. The report we paid for!!!We were skeptical at first and when we asked them why, they just said it is what they do. They don’t even maintain clean record of patients either. When we pressed them that we need that record, they just said they don’t have for some of the consultations. They dont have any scan pictures saved at all!! We witnessed a disgruntled mother and father who got cheated because of their greed. They missed that patients baby missing one ear!! She sat in-front in the waiting room just after delivery demanding justice and police complaint. We decided we are not coming after seeing this. A friend of ours also seems to have faced similar problems. Both families conceived within few months just after moving to another clinic!! Both families had simple problems which could be found in scan!! All the reviews seem to be paid!

In terms of Doctor consulting it’s been very nice. Dr. Priyanka Bajaj has given an enough explanation and knowledge about our procedures and treatment. I hope personal care also will be taken by her in future. But when it comes to payment related seems like centre is money oriented. Our procedures yet to start juts a medication is going and as per Doctor instruction it will take another 2 months, but they want me to clear 100% payments right now and it feels like without even starting any of our procedures how can a patient pay a entire amount. I had a work with Unit head at your Banashankari, Bangalore centre, but he says it is process of not procedure will not take place. It’s kind of harassing the patient

Oasis fertility is one of the best fertility centre in Banglore. I was consulting Dr Rekha Viswanath . She is very calm, friendly , polite and has lots of patience. She hears your concerns and provides solutions. Being a doctor, top most quality a doctor needs is to be empathetic, Dr. Rekha is really good in that , her treatment plans are very effective. I had positive results after following the treatment plan and medication properly within 3 months. Also, the facilities are really good, clean and maintained. Staffs are welcoming and always approaches with positivity. You dont have much waiting compared to other hospitals and consultation fees and other charges are comparatively low. You will definitely feel comfortable there and it’s the very first time i’m approaching a hospital happily, thanks to the entire team. I am very much satisfied with the treatment and service.

My experience with Aspire has been really good. The people over here are quite welcoming. Dr. Ashwini has always made us feel very comfortable and helped us understand and achieve what we wanted. Even Dr. Sushmitha was there guiding us throughout the treatment. The only thing I felt that needs a little change is the knowledge of the finance team. They were not able to give us an approximate cost to this entire procedure correctly. While I understand the costs differ from patient to patient, but it can’t be 3X then what’s told. There are a lot of hidden costs. Having said that the clinic is very clean and all the staff are very nice and smiling. I would recommend Aspire for those who wish to do an IVF treatment.
