Worst CA Service Experience with TAXAJ in Bengaluru Had a very disappointing experience with TAXAJ, They seem to have only recently set up here in HSR, and the team mostly consists of freshers and articles with very limited technical expertise. There is no senior or qualified CAs to guide the work. Totally unreliable, lacking sincerity, and surprisingly arrogant despite their inexperience.Communication is very poor, execution is extremely slow, and responsiveness is frustrating. On top of that, their fees are also higher than many other well-established and experienced CA firms in HSR and across Bengaluru. Please don’t get misled by their online reviews or the office photos they showcase. These same photos are used for multiple locations. Strongly recommend avoiding them and opting for more experienced CA firms in the city.

Taxaj employees have no education in basic taxation such as GST filing (they write street name in building name column resulting in GST rejection, spelling mistakes in portals and putting blame on department, incorrect TDS filing resulting in incorrect 26AS forms. They have no experience in SOFTEX registration, Shop registration, TAN name change. They dont know what documents are required and where shareholder signatures are needed or not needed. They will ask you to open a new bank account for different city - same business GST registration which is not even needed. They will take money from you and forget about it and then tell you that they are providing complimentary service to you (when you have already paid advance for that service). If you confront them, they will blame you for not following process and doing things different. ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE ARE PURCHASED AND FAKE. ASSOCIATE WITH TAXAJ FOR TAX COMPLIANCE WORK AND CHECK FOR YOURSELF IF MY WORDS ARE FAKE. They have ruined our business by doing all compliances incorrectly. You can check for yourself. This is my attempt to warn all of you out there who are reading this.
