Before I start my review I need appreciate Dr.Akshay bcoz he is the person behind the story who made my life easy, the person who gave me confidence as a doctor.
Recently 3 months back I met with an accident. First thing came to my mind was Dr.Akshay called him informed about my accident, first most approach of him was he calmed me down, informed me to get into hospital. Inspected my situation my right hand wrist and bone was broken and damaged. He preformed the operation a titanium plate had been inserted overall operation went well, me being a corporate employee was worried about my worklife he gave me confidence, 2 weeks once checkups and within 3 weeks of my operation I was able to use my right hand for minimal works. I with all the burden now I'm at physiotherapy stage. Overall now I'm in a good shape he inspects the issue in different aspects thoroughly and gives suggestions accordingly.
He he not just like other doctors, he knows how to approach the patient, inspects in every aspect of the injury and suggests the patient with right diagnosis.
I need to appreciate his dedication towards the patients.

I highly recommend Dr. Akshay Shetty for sports surgeries! I had a Knee ACL and meniscus surgery after a badminton injury, and Dr. Akshay performed the operation exceptionally well. My recovery was much faster than expected, thanks to his expertise and guidance. He not only ensured the surgery went smoothly but also took the time to teach me post-surgery exercises and the importance of physiotherapy, which significantly aided my healing. Grateful for his skill and care!

I had met with an accident and suffered a fracture in my left elbow. Initially, I visited XX Hospital where a surgery was performed, but unfortunately, it was not successful. Later, I consulted Dr. Akshay Shetty, and I’m truly grateful that I did.
Dr. Akshay Shetty performed a corrective surgery on my left hand, and from the very beginning, he showed immense care and professionalism. What really stood out was the attention he gave even after the surgery—he consistently followed up, guided me through the recovery process, and suggested the right exercises for rehabilitation.
He is not only an excellent surgeon but also a good-hearted and compassionate person. I sincerely thank him for helping me heal and regain strength in my arm.

Dr. Akshay is not your regular orthopaedic he is magician. I took my 1 year old who was crying continuously because of pain when she fell while playing. I was very worried and contacted the hospital. They asked me to come immediately.
We just told doctor what happened but we had no clue where exactly the pain was. Dr. Akshay did his magic on her hand. He simply touched her hand and focused on the movement and diagnosed the problem in seconds. He gently twisted her arm and voila a crack sound came and my daughter’s pain was gone just like that.
I have also taken my grandpa to his clinic and he is recovering well.
In my opinion he is one of the best doctors in town or may be in entire country. I highly recommend him. He is a blessing for people suffering with any kind of orthopaedic problem.
The reception staff, physiotherapists and everyone in that hospital are extremely friendly.
I’m glad that I discovered his clinic and would recommend everyone to visit him.

I consulted Dr. Shetty for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Myofascial Pain. He patiently listened to all my symptoms and concerns and clearly explained the possible causes along with his treatment plan. His calm approach, kindness and excellent communication reassured me about my recovery and gave me the confidence to move forward with the treatment.
I started feeling better right from the first week and my condition has improved significantly over time. I'm now looking forward to a complete recovery.
I feel extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Shetty and I'm truly grateful for his support and treatment throughout this process.

I was treated by Dr. Akshay Shetty after a football injury left me with a locked knee. He performed both ACL reconstruction and a bucket handle meniscus repair and my recovery has been excellent. From the first message I sent him late in the night of the injury, till date, Dr.Akshay is incredibly responsive, approachable, and warm—always ready to answer questions, even over text.
The initial consultation itself gave me and my wife full confidence to proceed with the surgery. He clearly explained the procedure, which included ACL reconstruction using an ankle graft and complex meniscus repair, followed by a non-weight-bearing period of six weeks.
Ten weeks later, I am walking independently and recovering well, thanks to a structured rehabilitation plan that began with basic self-care and progressed to strength and mobility exercises. Every step—from hospital admission to post-op care—was well explained, leaving us well prepared and reassured.
From feeling lost after the injury to now fully trusting Dr. Akshay as my go-to orthopedic surgeon in Bangalore, the journey has been smooth and encouraging. His expertise, clarity, and friendly attitude made all the difference.

Excellent doctor we encountered in Bangalore for orthopedic problems. We got my mother's knee orthroscopy procedure done by him and he was exceptional in doing so. He provided proper guidance and support right from consultation till surgery. He is intelligent and calm in his approach and recommends proper treatment without any unnecessary surge.
