I had an issue with my Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3, the hinge support along with the panel was broken. I visited the service center and was genuinely impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism shown.
Rajesh Anna is extremely good at what he does. He was empathetic, gave me full assurance about the repair, and followed through with excellent workmanship. He handled the repair with great care and attention to detail. The hinge and panel now feel solid, and I'm truly satisfied with the outcome.
I highly recommend this place to anyone needing laptop repairs. Great service, trustworthy support, and people who care about doing the job right.

I’m really impressed with the quality of service provided by Mr. Rajesh, fixed my office desktop issue in a timely manner. Service charges were very nominal compared to other providers. and his level of customer centric approach makes him very competitive in the market. I had an issue with my laptop and was looking for a laptop service center near me even though I have given my laptop a couple times in different places in Bangalore but the service was not satisfactory.
One of my friends recommended this place to me. Rajesh was knowledgeable and was transparent about the problem and solution he was constantly providing me update and made sure the issue is resolved at the most reasonable price.

I was looking for a place to get my Laptop repaired which had got stuck in boot loop.
Found "Access Info Solutions" on Google Maps with many positive reviews and thus decided to show my laptop to them.
I was out with my laptop ready within 10 minutes of reaching the place.
Mr Rajesh examined the Laptop and demonstrated to me that the RAM had spoiled and needs to be replaced.
Was happy that unlike most computer repair places where system is repaired behind and closed curtains and also require the computer to be left back for 2-3 days.
Here’s a place where things are done upfront and immediately.
Also was provided with an invoice and 3 year warranty for the RAM replaced

I’m really impressed by the genuinity and the trustworthiness of the service provided by access info solutions on BTM layout,
I travelled from Indiranagar to BTM layout two times for my laptop service and repair.
The service was truly amazing and the clarity and transparency in the service was incredible.
