Worst customer service, they don't take any responsibility of a product delivered to home, they only take responsibility of billing. When asked for Store managers name after 2 mins of silence got to know that Chandra Shekhar is store manager which was told by Soumya . When I was talking to her this guy came took over the phone and shouted on me saying if you don't want the product return it. This is the way the customer service is. The product received has damages on the box and seal is half opened, so Soumya said that is how the product is delivered. Attaching the photos. Worst ever customer service and rude behavior of The staff and store manager Chandra Shekhar. When asked what is the guarantee if the product is refurbished? They said it comes from some store house and they aren't responsible. So better to take it from different store than Croma, Rajajinagar Croma had worst customer service.

Purchase Haier 3 door fridge 580!ltr and got defective one.Now I am chasing them for replacement. Tomorrow grahapravesh function we are facing problems

Worst experience, purchased water purifier, having issue from day 1, it's been a month already still couldn't use, these guys drags things and won't even refund even if you raise refund request within given time. Did multiple followups over mail, Calls, direct visit, nothing worked.

Ordered AC on Sunday and they ensured I pay immediately. Delivery was supposed to be on Monday. Status is updated as delivered but I don't see it being delivered to us.. When called the customer care they are just promising another day.. Monday they said Tuesday and now they are telling Wednesday.. once they said technical problem then they are saying vehicle breakdown.. looks like they have a standard list of issues which can be provided.. to meet targets u can't make customer suffer...

Not welcoming. Better go to Bel road branch. I came here to collect something that I had ordered in Bel road branch and I was treated like I went there for window shopping. Worst attitude. The showroom layout itself is bad. Never ever going back to this branch.

It is summer and I wanted to buy an air cooler, instead of giving me the best product that they had for some extra or little more money, they sold me what they wanted to be sold, I realised that after reaching home that I could have got a different air cooler with remote also the one which is dessert and not for room usage.. dessert edition covers hall or a room with 450 sqfeet... And it costs only 2k extra while the lower edition costs 8.2k plus our own transportation expenses. I feel too bad that Croma - a well known consumer Focused vision of Rathan TATA's business is in the wrong hands... They didn't even care to explain the details or variants even after asking several times, they only want to upsell and cros sell the 2 years extra warranty.. worst manager, pathetic supervisor who can't even spend 15 minutes with customers rather put pressure on executives who has less knowledge due to their horrible training with brainless supervisors... They even lied to me that I cannot use gift voucher online, only not to miss the sale. Also the transport was epic, they explained basic features and doesn't care to explain the transportation details... Meaning u have to transport ur item if they cannot arrange the transport, they don't even let u go to a different CROMA store who can deliver because they don't want to lose the sale but doesn't care for the customer.. so so horrible and Ratan TATA's customer friendly business in Rajajinagar 1st block is completely in wrong hands...
