I discovered Moh Mith Fabrics last year, and since then, it has been my go-to place for fabrics. They have a great collection that suits my taste, making it a preferred choice whenever I need quality materials.
Initially, my experience with their service was excellent. The staff was attentive, and the overall shopping experience felt welcoming. However, on my recent visits, I noticed a decline in their service. The staff didn’t seem as helpful or considerate as before. Despite being a regular customer, I felt that my presence wasn’t valued, and there was little effort to engage or assist.
Another thing I observed is that they don’t offer any discounts, even to regular customers. While I understand that quality comes at a price, a little flexibility or acknowledgment of loyalty would go a long way in building customer relationships. When I first started shopping here, they encouraged me to buy from them regularly, but now that I do, it feels like prices have increased, making it a bit expensive.
That being said, their fabric collection remains impressive, which is why I still visit. If they could work on improving customer service and making customers feel more valued, the overall shopping experience would be much better. A good collection needs a good team to sell it, and I hope they address this aspect soon.

Never go to this tailor if you are looking for a blouse stitching. They lie about their ability to make various designs. Despite taking photos they make an entirely different blouse and you can end up losing expensive cloth pieces just because they aren’t going to admit that they cannot make a proper blouse. The fitting of the wrong blouse will also be poor and the lady at the reception will shamelessly say whatever has happened has happened. Plus they will not give the blouse on time.

Some things to keep in mind : The motif work on the first of my blouses was just okay, could have been better but it isn’t my main saree so I was okay with just letting it be. I wish that a couple of points what we discussed was communicated back to me immediately in a message after the consultation. Also it definitely turned out to be costlier than what I would expect.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The quality of the embroidery is fine, but they DO NOT know how to take proper measurements or stitch to the measurements given. I gave the same measurements to both this tailor and our local tailor, and the blouse by Dharya did not fit but the blouse by my local tailor did. Nothing my family ordered fit, and there is no way that any of us gained 10 lbs within one week for the clothes to not fit. You are better off going to any other tailor, do not waste your time here. Like some others on here commented, they do not know how to say “I am sorry” and the customer service is so bad. If you are providing a service, have the courtesy of accepting fault instead of just saying “well there’s enough room for you to open the seams”. We pay a lot of money and there is an expectation that things fit to the measurements provided.

One of the worst tailors ever I have come across. They messed up every single item that was given to them, Inchira the lady who acts and thinks she’s a great designer didn’t take the measurements accurately. Every blouse was tight and my husband’s blazer and kurta can’t even button up. All these were for our daughter’s upcoming wedding. I am so hurt sad and frustrated with the whole process. If they couldn’t take up a project and deliver quality work they should just say NO. I had been sending the designs on their whatsapp number but her husband can’t speak or read English and he would just reply Ok to every message but wouldn’t share the designs with his wife. To top it all she charged an arm and leg for everything. Bridal blouse with hand embroidery she charged Rs.22,000/-. and messed up the front of the blouse with some weird design. On Etsy I could’ve bought it for Rs.6500/- She charged for just the mens blazer Rs5000/- where as we got the whole suit stitched at Guptaji’s Raymond in 4th block for Rs.4500/-. Blazer is messed up and so was my Mehendi anarkali. It doesn’t even go over my head and there’s no button or zipper for easy drape …She ripped us off, with all the money she charged she didn’t even iron the blouse after stitching, the bridal blouse that she charged Rs.22,000/- didn’t even wrap it in a cover or a bag. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, PLEASE DON’T GET FOOLED BY THEIR INSTA PICTURES, THEY ARE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE AND EVEN AFTER YOU PAY THE GOODS ARE NOT DELIVERED TO OUR SATISFACTION. I WISH THERE’S WAS A BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IN INDIA WHERE WE COULD REPORT THEM.

The blouses given for stitching are not good fit. The front cutting is loose and charged 800 rupees for a blouse. 4 blouses same situation. Also they take 10-15 days extra time to deliver form the promised date , and the owner lady’s attitude is next level, already giving 10-15 days delivery, she doesn’t even show the stitched product before payment. Also they took the good cover given and didn’t give it back.

One of the worst store in Bangalore, one star is just for the collection and that’s where it ends, their alteration and stitch services are the worst, they completely ruined my blouse in the name of alteration and came up with all sorts of excuses after taking more than a month time. They do not deliver fresh pieces, my blouse was stained ,stitches on and in the blouse was rubbish, they had no patience to even check the product before delivering. Worst ever experience, I strongly recommend not to visit the store. Very pathetic service

I would have rated them negative 10 if there was an option. The staff try to overcharge for items. They even called the designer and threatened them to not sell the item directly to me. I would strictly recommend not to go here. Sakshi was the staff who I had met today in the store. I would shop at Pernias or house of Masaba instead of place where they not only cheat customers but also make sure you don’t get to buy the product from the designer. I liked a Niharika Shekhar’s outfit that I was planning to buy, Sakshi first promised to price match because the designer was offering me 15% discount on her website and these guys had the item at full price. Then when i said i will buy from the designer directly to get the 15% discount Sakshi called the designer and asked her not to offer me the discount. I am very disappointed with the staff. They not only lost one customer but I have strictly asked my friends and family to never shop from them

I’m rewriting this review again to say they absolutely didn’t care abt my review as they said in their reply. It’s deeply upsetting to meet people like this who enjoy cheating and lying to customers left n right. It’s shocking to see a designer studio cheat like a small store who cheat their customers for a few hundred bucks. Someone should give their management n staff lessons on ethics. They took my blouse for alteration twice n ruined it and then took zero responsibility. I asked to return tat alteration amount of Rs.3500 n after holding my ground over it for many days, they said ok n later I was blocked n not returned tat amount. That amount doesn’t make any difference for me but I’ve been troubled n treated wrong n I needed something to be done from their side. Seriously it’s sickening to see this kind of people. I could keep trying to get my money back but I don’t want to loose my mental peace over this

She behaves polite while taking the orders n whn delivering the product she ll start behaving rude n shows attitude, she ruined my 2 expensive dress material whn asked she started behaving arrogantly. Later she told she will fix my pant with new material but she brought a material which is so cheep in quality, even after the material is ironed it looked like a crushes n unironed material and its sticked without lining inside, very irresponsible n very arrogant in nature, she literally make us wait too long to take the measurements n the out come is useless. Now my 2 pair of expensive dress is wasted because of her. If she can’t give the asked out come for the customer she should not promise it to the customer, she told don’t worry u ll not face any stitching or fitting issue but she ruined my dress material completely. Whn questioned she treated us as if she is doing some charity work types. She told the full amount for all but didn’t deliver the required out come but ruined it successfully.

Usually people dont tend to change to a new tailor or find a new one especially for stitching their wedding outfits. Likewise, My sister (Manasa) & myself were uncertain too. My sister in law (Soumya) suggested SHRUSARA as she has been a loyal customer from years. Initially, we gave a blouse for stitching which we had planned to wear for a small occasion. After Shruti and her team stitched it, SHRUSARA became our lifetime tailor now. Every part of the process at SHRUSARA is so customer friendly. Starting with selection of designs (Shruti invests her time personally in each blouse and suggest the latest trendy designs as per customer needs). Although we gave more than 15 blouses and outfits together, Shruti paid equal attention to each blouse and its detailing. Not only the designs, the handwork embroidery, the cutting , the fitting , the stitching, basically the overall outfit is made for you just perfect. Not to forget, SHRUSARA not only provides on-time delivery but also early delivery. I was so overwhelmed and relaxed once i recieved all the wedding outfits prior to delivery date. There were outfits that was turned in to SHRUSARA at the last minute but they do such brillant and quick job that the final result of the outfit is just as perfect as others. As part of wedding outfit stitching, SHRUSARA also provided rental gowns for pre-wed shoot – I have tried them and are absolutely unique – not like usual ones. They are a must try. I would like to highly highly highly recommend SHRUSARA in all aspects – for normal/any occasion/wedding. They are the best at what they do.
