More(almost double) price they will charge. Service quality is pathetic.

I have availed their plumbing service for my flat in Kavalbyrasandra, worst service ever, they have charged double than the market price and installed all low quality of product and unsatisfied work, all my bathrooms started leakage in just 10 days and I have kept chasing them to come and rectify it but they are not coming. as the double money is already paid to them so now they don't care. Don't avail their plumbing services guys if you don't want to waste your hard earned money to their poor quality of work and services. Worst decision ever made.

Wonderful service provided by them, I thought problem was big but they resolved it quickly. Usually PPL doesn't explain what they are doing or what they did it, but he explained me thoroughly..

I took CTG plumbing services for new shower installation, faucet installation and grouting work. None of the services were up to the mark. Poor quality installations and in 3 months they stopped working . I have to redo everything . Even grouting work was not efficient. Now I call them they are not picking up the phone after giving false promise that they would visit in a day or two. I would give them 0 stars if there would have been an option. Update - why are you not mentioning the number of times I have contacted you in 7 months and you giving false promise to come to my place. And so you are mentioning that whatever you install fittings are not of good quality which doesn’t sustain 2 months also.
