**Rating: should be in negative** **Disappointing Experience – False Promises & Delayed Work** It has been 2.5 years since I purchased a plot from IconHomz, and the builder has failed to deliver even the basic amenities that were promised. At the time of purchase, they assured us that this would be a gated community with all facilities completed within a year. However, till now, there is no proper compound wall, no security gate, and no fencing, leaving the property open to unauthorized access by outsiders and even stray animals. Every time we ask for an update, we get false promises and no real progress. This delay has caused a lot of inconvenience, and it’s disappointing to see the builder launching new projects while failing to complete ongoing ones. If they cannot fulfill commitments for existing buyers, how can future buyers trust them? I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before investing here. We are still waiting for basic security measures to be completed. Hoping the builder takes immediate action instead of just making excuses.

Despite promotional claims of luxury amenities like a clubhouse and swimming pool, the reality is disappointing—basic infrastructure such as boundary walls, security gates, and water supply remain incomplete. The advertised amenities are nowhere in sight, with no clear timeline for delivery. It appears these promises were mere marketing tactics with no real intent to fulfill them. Potential buyers, be cautious. What is shown on paper may not reflect reality. Think twice before investing in Icon Builder properties.

I had a very bad experience with this builder. We have invested our hard earned money on one of his projects. We have not received any promised amenities even after the RERA timeline ends.
