Today we shifted our belongings from HSR layout to Electronic City. The team led by Nagaraj did an excellent job. They came on time, packing and loading took less than three hours . They were really fast. Unloading was also very smooth although Nagaraj and team had to wait for the service lift which was shut between 1 and 2 for lunch. If you wish your nightmares become true, then Lead Packers and Movers is the right choice. We moved from Bangalore to Udaipur a couple of months ago: despite the final quotation of 70000 INR, we had to pay 71000 INR in advance due to a lack of memory of Mr Javeed (we got a written quotation, unfortunately unavailable at the time of payment as packed with other stuff). Our goods were dumped once the lorry arrived at their logistic center in Udaipur and reloaded on another lorry in reverse order: fragile items below and heavy item above….disaster!
We have got photographic documentation of what we are stating. We have tried to contact Lead Packers and Movers through email and phone but….not surprisingly….no reply.
If you wish to avoid trouble, stay away from Lead Packers and Movers.

They came on time as agreed and have taken care of everything starting from packing through unloading. They neatly packed the items in the cortoon boxes, carried and unloaded safely in the destination. I am here to alert all those who are planning to choose this company for their movement to the other place or house . if you choose them it will be the worst experience of your life for shifting . They lie with sweet buttery tone but they lie constantly and they stand on it .. I booked them for 12 pm they arrived at my place at 8 pm and the whole time for full 8 hours they keep lying that they are reaching in 10 minutes . Packing process is like dumping your things in cardboard boxes . They packed ice with my stored herbs and destroyed my full huge packs of condiments. They threw boxes and said nothing will break it’s clothes or utensils . And their packing material was so stinky as if some eat died . They charged 50 k for what others were charging 35k . I warned you all even after this you want to have an experience then good luck .
Iam planning to go to the consumer court for the mental harrasment and damage they have done with my things but to do that I have to recover from the trauma .

I booked their service for moving from Bangalore to Chennai. In Bangalore, they assured me that unpacking would be done just as they packed everything. Based on this assurance, I paid 90% of the total amount. However, upon arrival in Chennai, they completely denied this commitment, claiming that the Bangalore and Chennai teams are separate entities.
Additionally, my car has still not been delivered, and now they are demanding more money. This is highly unprofessional and unethical.

Multiple Broken Items, Missing Flower Vase and Pottery. This is just the beginning of the tale of the Worst experience that I ever had with any transport.
My 1st review was removed based on the multiple calls from their agency. They broke items worth at least 25K,and refunded less than 1500 rs. That too after putting it in Social media. Forget getting a responce from their website, customer care and agents. I had to out this up again, as finding more broken items is frustrating.
One of The WORST packers and movers. Pretty sure, i will again get a call to remove this review but, i will update this post with what they said on the call instead. Also, ‘Glass items get broken, in transport’ is something that you will get to hear a lot after unpacking. I paid for a 19 ft truck, but while delivering everything was packed in a tata 407, mini truck. No wonder 30% items had some amount of damage.
If you hate your products, want them to get damaged or missing and pay exorbitant prices, the go with them. Else find a better movers. Very unprofessional and inexperienced company.

2. Unlike all other brokers they harassed and demanded full payment before unloading threatening to take the luggage back… I soon realised why they wanted full payment before o saw the goods.
3. All crates marked fragile were SMASHED (SEE pics). My glass items were broken
4. Electronic items that they said would be wrapped in 3 layer protective bubble and other wrap was just wrapped in a tarpaulin sheet. Even the loaders here said no one transport interstate goods like this.
5. I got to know they had crammed three households luggage into one truck hence the state of goods and their hurry
6. My very expensive Bose music system and phtographic stands and tripods were missing. I had to insist and kept on calling and following up and refusing to sign form before they responded – that too the Sainik packersndid not respond their partners here did. They returned it two days later BUT CHARGED ME TRANSPORT CHARGES for goods they missed. Came in an open state. Do not know yet if they are working
7. Even during the packing despite me requesting several times to pack in separate cartons a huge groud of people came and mixed up everything without labelling into many boxes and carried
For me the worst part was the owner Manoj Kumar yelling threatening, knowing a woman was alone at the receiving end. I have read other reviewers where they have stayed fhaf those who gave bad reviews were threatened.

I took the packers and movers service from Bangalore to Rajahmundry almost 850km, I’m very much worried to whom I should give the 2bhk household things. I spoke to multiple people for shifting but I didn’t feel genuine.
I came across this packers and movers online reviewed by 700+ people felt genuine and Mr.Manoj saw the pictures and decided the price and that was final price things got delivery on the very next day though I took sharing.
The staff in the picture were very polite and they will listen to everything we suggest they do how ever we like the things to be packed.
Overall – Mr.Manoj sounds very polite, Staff in bangalore were very professional, delivery earlier then promised.
The packing transport will be nice, may by any chance if the things slips of or drops by mistake its bad luck, thats what I understood. I am lucky no damages.

They packed all my households on 31st of July and delivered on 16th August which was late as by 10 days. Whenever I asked about the delay he kept on shouting and lying. He told the vehicle got break down, car parts are not available in Karnataka so he went to Chennai. Seriously!!! I will share the truth, just hang in there.
He told my wife some BOSH machine is also there and 2 armed men are guarding the vehicle. This story is happening for 4 days straight. I mean back to back lies and they doesn’t hesitate.
After lot of quarrels they delivered the items of which one box was missing where we lost an induction, clothes and other items.
When the driver came to deliver we got to know that my items were lying in some office at Hoskote for 2 weeks under severe rain. This was again not Aarkay’s. They gave to some 3rd party. Everything was filled with water. When opening bubble wrap water was coming out. My white office table they just broke it purposefully. You can see pictures before and after. One table glass completely broken. Boxes were torn, items were falling from inside. In my present apartment everyone was surprised to see how can a movers and packers company provide such a bad service looking at the condition.
Bottomline they don’t care about your items. So if you love your items do not do any business with this fraud company. Their GST was also last updated on Feb. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU CHOOSE !
