This is by no means a premium laundry service. The shop exists on a half constructed building.
Service wise – very bad experience with the order, as after garment pick up the laundry could not be contacted by messgae or phone with no response from their end. Had to physically visit the shop to receive the receipt.
Ironing of the garment is way below standard. The curtains given for dry clean were not ironed properly and had to be redone elsewhere.

Irresponsible and very vague answers by the staff. What laundry service ever. Clothes were not handled and washed well. Instead of washing they get new stains and ask us to give it to dry cleaning or dying after they spill chemicals on cloths. Pathetic and I seriously don’t recommend this. Worst service.
Initially they told 99 per kg then while giving clothes they said 125 per kg. I called to tell i will be in office at the delivery time they didn’t even listen. Apart from everything the main purpose of washing and iron is what. Look at the image. Is this worth of 125rs ? worst service ever.
Update : Again they called and said that chemical rate differs daily so the rate per kg also differs daily. So my request to everyone is please verify the rates completely and clearly before giving the clothes to the services.

I opted for wash and fold service for bedsheet. The wash quality was below bare minimum and all the bedsheets still looking very dirty (it’s cleaned better in a home washing machine). Given we are paying for professional service there was no effort to fold the laundry properly.
The price on the website are not updated and if you are a new customer please ask for the prices as they won’t explicitly tell you.
The dry clean service for the salwar kameez was rejected at pick up stating they can’t do it for dual color as it may bleed into each other. So if you are looking for dry clean for expensive high end cloths may be find places with more technique and experience

Worst dry cleaners. I had given a saree for dry cleaning which was of chiffon material. The saree had no stains whatsoever but I had worn couple of times at parties so just toward the fall side it had some dust. When I went to collect the saree after 2.5 days they returned me the saree as is saying that the dry cleaning is done. When I checked it at their shop itself I saw all the dust marks were there. I would like to give them 0 star if there was an option. PLEASE DONT TRUST THEIR WORK They ruined my husband’s 50k WEDDING SUIT and they ruined it so bad and at so many places that it cant be fixed in any way. They have literally destroyed it. The sequins on the coat are completely missing from one side of the collar , the cloth along the tucks (stiches) is ruined completely. PFA attached for the same. To add their unprofessionalism, they didn’t even bother to inform us a word about it and very quietly packed the suit and delivered it to our address and it came as a surprise for us. They didn’t even bother to return a penny for their awful work, which anyways in nothing in comparison to the loss that has incurred to us.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype
I tried this service twice, and both times I was underwhelmed. Despite the numerous 5-star reviews, my experience didn’t feel premium at all. The first time, I didn’t notice any significant cleanliness improvement, and there was an overpowering, unpleasant detergent smell on the clothes.
I gave them another chance, clearly mentioning my concerns about the smell, and they assured me they’d take care of it. However, the second time wasn’t much better. And the clothes came back with simple mud stains still visible, as if they hadn’t been properly cleaned at all. Plus, there was no noticeable freshness in the fabric.
For a service that boasts premium quality, I honestly didn’t feel any difference and I won’t be returning again.

The delivery person came and quoted a different amount. Took the clothes and then sent an invoice of almost double the amount.
Also, they said it’d take 2 days for delivery, they actually sent it after 4 days after me calling them multiple times and begging for it. In the end, i was not even able to take the clothes for the trip i wanted to.
Do not commit 2 days if you can’t get it done in 2 days.
And please stop scamming people quoting a small number and then increasing it once you have the clothes. I don’t understand how can the weight of my clothes double just from my house to your’s.

It was my mistake to give precious clothes to dry cleaning. For the cup blouse he made plane blouse. The cup become folded and he made that much heat setam press that it broken. The folks at the store are great. The actual work at the processing center though, is shoddy. Posting a few pictures of how they returned my expensive silk dupatta zari work. And now, after I had to send the dupatta to the tailor to salvage before a wedding I need to attend, the Laundrology HQ is telling me they can’t process refunds based on photos and that they need to see the dupatta in this condition to process refunds.
That’s just terrible ethic and worse standard of work. I’ll keep my expensive clothing away from them.
