They did a brilliant job. They had proper process to clean each and every corner with precision. Worth every penny. Rana was the lead on job.

Extremely disappointing experience with Clean Fanatics. This is the first time I thought of booking full house deep cleaning through Clean Fanatics, the appointment time was 10am IST on 30th June 2025 Monday, however, the team did not reach home even by 11:20am inspite of multiple follow-ups. Also, when I checked with the cleaning supervisor, he said that "they do not have bathroom cleaning equipment (small rotating machine for cleaning bathroom tiles)", like the one they show in Clean Fanatics advertisements and they can just do by hand instead. On speaking to customer care, he was rude and was not listening to my concerns initially. Also he mentioned that there are more than 70 teams and he cannot keep track of every team. Also, another supervisor from Clean Fanatics called me and offered to send another team with bathroom cleaning equipment but will take 1 more hour to reach, and then suddenly mentioned on the same call that even another team is not available for the day since their slot has been filled and they can reschedule for another day, this has been an utterly disappointing experience wherein Clean Fanatics staff have displayed unprofessional behavior, lack of timeliness and accountability and do not have basic bathroom tile cleaning rotating equipment like the one they show in advertisements. Very misleading and I just had to cancel the appointment!!!

We used the service for balcony cleaning. The work done is not satisfactory. They manually scrapped less than half the balcony for an hour and said they are done. The second balcony was cleaned for just 30 minutes. They should have at least brought the scrubbing machine and tried.
