I selected Ordient as I thought they were genuine and their services looked effective woh organic materials being used but, my impression about them slammed down with my first service itself. Their staff dint turn up on time, Prajwal who is supposed to be in charge is never reachable…manoevering the schedule challenges, I finally got them to service my house on 17th July and in a weeks time I saw ants come up again on my kitchen platform, I coordinated a reservice on 31jul. A week later, I realize the issue persists not only with ants but cockroaches as well. I lost faith in their service and asked for refund and Prajwal agreed to make the refund by deducting nominal charges for their efforts for which I had no issues. He promised a refund by 2nd week of Aug and till date, I haven’t got my money back. I have attempted to call him and his staff a zillion times who choose not to answer my calls.
Please be aware and do not opt for their service, poor coordination, poor material used and poor service. You may end up running around for your money like me.

AVOID at all costs! They will block your number after the first service and getting the money. The WARRANTY IS A HOAX. Got pest control for wood borers done but within a week it was back and grew even worse than before. Photos show the condition just weeks after their ‘service’. They refused to entertain calls and blocked my number once I informed them that the problem persisted. For the first visit also, they keep giving slots but never turned up, wasting my time after I emptied & prepared the house for the given day. This happened over & over till they finally showed up. Every negative google reviews are correct. I booked their service for lizard control outside my house. While booking, Mr. Prasanna never told that they couldn’t provide a warranty on lizard control outside my house. Mr Avinash confirmed that he can “control” pests that attract lizards but even for that when I asked for some warranty, he said that he can control the pests but cannot guarantee that they won’t come (which didn’t make any sense to me), although Avinash is polite and professional. With no guarantee, warranty and confirmation, i didn’t want to pay the full amount, and when I called Prasanna and told him why I am not paying the full amount, because without any warranty, I might have to call pest control again may be in another week, he was very rude, and asked him never to call them. I’ll definitely Not going to call them again.

Not good. Hired them to do a deep clean of our apartment. They charged me for a deep clean but didnt do a deep clean. Cobwebs, stains nad sirty windows and sills not touched. 3ppl team came in, 1 person was a kaam chor, other 2 worked.

Update: After several emails asking for a refund that didn’t happen I did inform them that I would need to escalate this. Few days later I received a call informing that due to migration to Rentokill there is some data loss issue resulting in these missed services. The service got done pretty quickly after that. One thing to try is to call the Rentokill helpline if you can’t reach Hicare.
Review: AVOID this brand. Disappointing. I’ve booked a visit more than 10 days ago. Yet to happen. No one answers their WhatsApp messages. Their calls are picked up after 5.5 minutes of waiting time and then put on a 10 minute hold. No technician details can be shared. Regret paying for this in advance. I’ve used HiCare in the past and even recommended to my neighbour in the past. Now I realise why he’s been looking for a replacement. What a great way to lose business.

I had a very worst experience I booked them for Coackroach for a year. It’s been close to three months the Coackroach had not reduced. After every session you got to wait 15days after 15days you call they will take 15days to schedule next call. They are unprofessional poorly managed. Today my session was rescheduled twice I am a working person it’s been very late to my work as I waited to these guys. With refund also they are very bad no one takes the responsibility. They are suppose to refund by April month we are in June month now

The worst service that I have seen in my life. I had called Chetan for cockroach pest control, but after doing the pest control and keeping the house locked for hours even then the cockroaches did not go away. And the next time I called them they made me empty my entire kitchen but did not come to do the pest control. Worst service ever.

Very very Worst service. We got the AMC done with Chetan. Once that is done, I have followed up with him multiple times on calls and they are absolutely worst and unreliable. The result is zero. The cockroaches haven’t gone at all. I have made atleast 25 follow ups from last 2 months with him and its been of no use and no one has visited yet for follow up.

Worst service. They had active follow up to get AmC done. Once that is done I have followed up multiple times on calls and they are absolutely worst and unreliable. I would be filling a consumer complaint case as this is cheating and should not be tolerated. I dont usually write reviews but writing this as it is important for people to understand how worse this place is. They have an escalation contact and that is false promises as well. I have made atleast 14 follow ups on one month and its been of no use and no one has visited yet for follow up

Uffff. What kind of service is this ? From the beginning till the end nothing is good. Backend executive, Manager, the labour, the service, the bill etc. nothing is professional. They will respond, come , do the service whenever they likes. They don’t care about the customers difficulties not even 1%. Horrible. They were very fast in asking the money. They asked whole moneyt right after the first service. In the name of invoice they are preparing bills in ms word and adding GSTs. Money looting at its best. Grow up. Atleast respond to the customers. If everything is perfect 1 or 2 negligence can be forget. If nothing is good atleast communicate with the customer the very basic thing you can do. 0.5 stars I am giving. And I am damn sure that they are not going to respond for the second service and my money gone waste.
