Had an issue with the first time we got the pest control done. The area got infected pretty soon and we raised a complain and they sent someone senior to get it done again. He clearly explained the do’s and don’ts and used effective chemical sprays to ensure the nest was completely neutralised without posing risk to surroundings. Not happy with the services. They promise 90 days guarantee, but cockroaches were back in 15 days. Came for a second time to apply gel, no effect whatsoever. When asked they give excuses and blame us for not maintaining cleanliness and make it our fault. Not only the service is bad, the behavior towards customer is equally bad. Not recommended.

Their work is not as before. No more professional. I was old customer but not opting for their service anymore. They commit for 3 months of warranty but if still cocroches are there, will charge money for the second visit.
