The worst service that I have seen in my life. I had called Chetan for cockroach pest control, but after doing the pest control and keeping the house locked for hours even then the cockroaches did not go away. And the next time I called them they made me empty my entire kitchen but did not come to do the pest control. Worst service ever.

Very very Worst service. We got the AMC done with Chetan. Once that is done, I have followed up with him multiple times on calls and they are absolutely worst and unreliable. The result is zero. The cockroaches haven't gone at all. I have made atleast 25 follow ups from last 2 months with him and its been of no use and no one has visited yet for follow up.

One of the worst experience after taking annual contract they don't attend the call and if they attend they will not give any update. I suggest everyone not to go for annual contract. They are cheating the customers. They are irresponsible and.........

Worst service. They had active follow up to get AmC done. Once that is done I have followed up multiple times on calls and they are absolutely worst and unreliable. I would be filling a consumer complaint case as this is cheating and should not be tolerated. I dont usually write reviews but writing this as it is important for people to understand how worse this place is. They have an escalation contact and that is false promises as well. I have made atleast 14 follow ups on one month and its been of no use and no one has visited yet for follow up

Worst pest control services! Rakesh from their company asked to book him for AMC for full year that is right? Now he has vanished with the money and nobody from their office answers calls too! Fraud company! Please be careful.

Uffff. What kind of service is this ? From the beginning till the end nothing is good. Backend executive, Manager, the labour, the service, the bill etc. nothing is professional. They will respond, come , do the service whenever they likes. They don't care about the customers difficulties not even 1%. Horrible. They were very fast in asking the money. They asked whole moneyt right after the first service. In the name of invoice they are preparing bills in ms word and adding GSTs. Money looting at its best. Grow up. Atleast respond to the customers. If everything is perfect 1 or 2 negligence can be forget. If nothing is good atleast communicate with the customer the very basic thing you can do. 0.5 stars I am giving. And I am damn sure that they are not going to respond for the second service and my money gone waste.

Worst service, we ordered pest control, the guy came 2 weeks back and said that if cockroaches re appear they will do it again FoC Since then they have just been making excuses, they were supposed to come at 1030 today, its already 1pm no one has come, the manager is blatantly refusing. Neither giving refund, no one should use them
