For the extra amount other than visa charges which they take without asking the customer, they should give the facilities too. They charge too many miscellaneous charges which is wrong and payment should be done in cash. They are not supportive in communication with customer and doesn't pick calls when customer is in emergency. Also the customer care also doesn't have any knowledge on other teams or not able to do anything extra.

Ashik was good in handling my documents and guiding in the premium lounge. Premium lounge does save time from BLS side but it goes through normal queue for in consultants Only negative is that they accept only cash as payment
