The rating here ofcourse looks great when a team is stationed at the office to garner 5 stars after your first meeting. Iam a repeat customer of livspace and I must say in 5 years this company has lost all its qualities in customer service and quality of work. Many works weren’t completed and was told will be done post moving in and that did not happen. Now the already completed work is also shooing aging in 60 days of moving in. The grievance redressal is a joke.

They did not deliver the project on time.The project timelines over ran by more than 2 weeks.The site supervisor never comes into site.Even after ,getting 50 percent money and project kicking off,many days work did not happen at our site.They use the same set of workers for all the livspace projects in a society.Their only aim is to get the project signed off and getting money.After that,neither the designer or the project manager has zero interested in the projected .
I am attaching the photos .Already we have multiple issues with their work.Its just been two months since completion of the project.

The OL and his team seemed interested only in taking signature for handover with snags and requesting for rating of their service.
Post 3 months of the “Said handover” the snag issues remain unresolved and leaving me following up with the team continuously to get the work done. No point of escalation they close the ticket. Highly disappointed.
False ceiling already has visible cracks and lot of doors having visible bents and alignment issues.
The finishing of interiors were below expectations, and it felt like no one in the project team cared about ensuring a positive customer experience.
I won’t be returning here for any service, and I would not recommend LIVSPACE to anyone looking for quality service. I expected much better, and this experience was a complete letdown.

Kitchen Modulars: 2 out of 5 (issues with tray alignment and sloppy work by onsite staff). Had to follow-up with post sales team to get it fixed and it is yet to be resolved. Even though its covered in Warranty, believe me the hassle of follow ups and additional time you spend to get it fixed and debris cleanup post every visit by carpenter is not worth
Minus 5 for the sloppy and substandard finishing of custom works like false ceiling, TV unit wall panel, kitchen architrave work, UPVC window in utility etc
For the premium charges and the hefty handling fee you pay hoping to get the best quality work from a brand like Livspace and the sloppy/below par finishing, scratchs on floor tiles, damages it leave on your walls and sloppy touchup done to cover it, frustrates you
Even more frustrating was the unasked art work their onsite staff left in bathroom and on balcony wall by spitting Kesar pan masala. I recently hired Livspace for my bedroom interior. And opted for faster delivery. It’s been 2 Months and the work is still going with a lot of blunders. An experienced carpenter would’ve completed the work perfectly within 2 to 3 weeks.
They fool the customer by showing the interior in their experience centre. You will not even get 50% of that.
They collect a premium price saying they have all advanced equipments for perfect fit and finish. But, their actual quality of work is very pathetic. And there’s ZERO accountability from Livspace. They don’t even bother checking the status of the project. The moment you make full payment, it’s up to you and the carpenter. They don’t even bother even after multiple complaints from the customer.

Most of the glowing reviews you see here? Likely paid for or written by their own team. Don’t be fooled.
Their project execution is beyond pathetic. Before getting the full payment, they put on their best show, sweet talk, dreamy promises, and flawless presentations. We were completely taken in, thinking we were finally giving our parents the beautifully designed home they deserved. They sold us a dream… and delivered a disaster.
We were told the house would be done in 45 days. But they stretched to three months, and what we’ve received is a half-done, sloppy mess with no professional finish. The laborers were completely unskilled, and the so-called operations head was arrogant, careless, and utterly unaccountable.
This has been one of the worst decisions we’ve made, a nightmare disguised as an interior service.
Please, don’t fall for their marketing gimmicks, fake success stories, or tempting budget quotes. None of it is real. What is real is the stress, frustration, and regret we’ve been left with.
Save your money. Go local. Hire skilled carpenters and honest designers who actually care. This company? Not worth a single rupee.

Had a very bad experience with Livspace, recently I engaged them to do interiors for my new 3 BHK in RR nagar, the initial responsiveness is great, the budget and coverage is good, design service and choices are just ok, not very intuitive, they will not think thru the details, you have to pay full upfront before they even start transporting the material to the apartment. The execution was terrible very unresponsive project managers, they will miss many things, won’t respond to calls , delay things lie about stuff loose your apartment keys. You have to severely escalate before you get any decent service. Most of their execution staff is in Yelahanka so no daily presence by project managers at site. I would stay away from Livspace.

All they are capable of is installing some pre-engineered wood plank, that too if you are lucky enough, else they might commit mistakes in that too!
No finishing in work, delays are obvious in handover. All they do is charge hefty money and provide sub-standard services. Labour are unskilled obviously.
STAY AWAY from LIVSPACE, they created nightmare. Your dream will be disaster site once you livspace will put hands on it!
All positive reviews are paid and fake. The ones which are genuine customers are still waiting for response and timely handovers. One cannot even reach out at twitter for respond neither founder nor livspace have proper existence in twitter.

The pricing was also unexpectedly high. We were offered a discount if we booked on the spot, which added a sense of urgency that didn’t sit right with us. Honestly, we’re okay with paying a bit more for quality work but not at the cost of feeling rushed or pressured into making such an important decision. This is the home we’ve dreamt of, and we want the journey to feel just as thoughtful as the result.
While it wasn’t the right fit for us, we hope others have a smoother experience.

Our designer left in between the project, but the company never told us. So, whatever designer told us was not implemented.
they keep pushing to reply to some emails that is considered as approval without explaining us. They appointed a new designer who never responded.
The would say “This is email is only valid for 1 hour, please reply” How would we know that by replying to that, it is considered as approval for design.
Then, when they delivered items were missing leading to further delay.
If you ask anything, they would say, it is not possible because of company policy. Purely rigid and stubborn.

After multiple follow-ups, their team visited my house 2–3 times, dismantled the lower kitchen unit, and left the job incomplete. Since then, there has been no response to my calls.

Terrible Experience with Decorpot Interiors – Not Worth Your Time or Money

My experience with Decorpot Interiors – HSR Layout has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I chose them hoping for professional quality work, but all I got was poor execution, false promises, and zero accountability.
The team, especially Yashaswini and Priyanka, were active only till the payments were made. After that, no proper communication, and you’ll never get a chance to speak to the people who actually worked on your project. All responsibility is passed around with no resolution
Here are just some of the major issues:
Wardrobe doors are bent, and they don’t close properly – there’s a visible gap. They didn’t even provide a locking system for wardrobes.
The measurements shown in the quotation were completely different from what was actually installed – totally misleading.
The master bedroom sliding doors have large gaps on the top and bottom. The wood used is bent and cheap quality.
I specifically requested no sharp edges as I have a small child at home. Still, they used sharp-edged materials and ignored this basic safety concern.
I asked for a fluted glass partition, but they installed frosted glass instead, without my consent. The glass cutting is so bad, they had to use excessive silicon to cover up the poor fit. I still don’t understand how machine cutting can go so wrong — even a local carpenter would have done a neater job.
To top it all off, they claim to offer a 10-year warranty, but now there’s no response from their side. Follow-ups go nowhere. It feels like they vanish once the project is handed over, no matter how many issues you raise.
Please think twice before trusting Decorpot with your home interiors. It’s not just about money — it’s the stress and regret that stays with you. Totally unworthy and unprofessional..

We all were happy with the final look of our new house. One of the best things about Blue interiors is the quality of materials used and the exquisite designs.

Took the services of Blue interiors for interior work for my 3 BHK flat after seeing good reviews. Fully disappointed with the services starting from design phase till handover and post handover. Writing this review after I got fed up with following up with them for each issue.
1) Design itself took more than 45 days. Designer doesn’t have much knowledge or probably new. Even after proividing the drawings with measurements for all cabinets, it went back and forth for more than 10 iterations to get the final design
2)The lamination which they provided had scratches and breakages. They are denying to fix them or replace them saying 2% defective product is expected.
3) I had asked for handle less kitchen cabinet doors. They had provided very hard and sharp G-profile. After handover when I had complained about it they mentioned that there is another option which is slightly costlier but will be smooth. But they dont have answer for why it was not suggested during design. After complaining, they filed the sharp edges but caused multiple scratches even in the cabinet door. We are dealing with this risk every day especially for the kids
4)Door handles are defective. Waiting for 7 months to get it replaced. Every time when I check they say it is not in stock and waiting for replacement from vendor
5)They provide 5 years free service post project handover. The issues which I had reported immediately after handover are yet be resolved even after more than 6 months
6)The fittings were not done as per design. Later they had removed the fittings and did patching work in most of the cabinets
7) They don’t provide any curve cut or cross cut. They decline to perform such things saying it is carpenter work and cannot be cut by machines. This was not informed before initial payment
8) Even basic cleaning of glasses and wood is not done. Stickers, dust, glues etc were not cleaned from the surface.
9) Within 6 months wardrobe doors became bent.
10) Two adjacent tandem drawers cannot be opened simultaneously. One draw is hitting another. Oil pull tray is shaking. They dont have a solution for it
Overall: poor design, shoddy workmanship and very poor customer service. Not worth the time and money we spent

We searched around 8 to 10 interior companies and finally decided to go with Carafina Interiors. I can confidently say it’s one of the best choices we’ve made.
Our designer, Ayushi, did an exceptional job. Our home turned out even more beautiful than the 3D pictures they provided. She also helped us in selecting wallpapers and designer lights which came out excellent.
The execution manager, Zain, coordinated everything very well and delivered our project within the mentioned timeline.
The only concern we had was that we ended up paying more for electrical works and the civil work. We might have chosen other vendors for these services

I would like to share our wonderful experience working with Ms. Khusbhoo and her team, especially Mr. Albert, on the design of our apartment. From the very beginning, Khusbhoo was incredibly clear with her designs and truly understood our tastes and needs. We approached Carafina about 15 months ago way before our apartment was ready and engaged in multiple design discussions to finalized designs about 7 months ago. We had a good experience with the number of design iterations done to arrive at the final design and started the work about 5 months ago. Along the way, the designers switched hands because they moved out of Carafina but the process continued – something that you’d expect from an established firm. There were multiple site visits by the designers to ensure our queries and their designs were being implemented as per record. A dedicated site manager (Suhail) would visit almost everyday to ensure all dependencies amongst the various working groups (electricians, carpenter, civil work, painting etc.) was proceeding without bothering us which is a relief. The need to visit the site from time to time was a personal choice in most cases and otherwise not expected.
The house came out exactly as described in the 3D renders and I found the quality of the delivered house at the price point was better than what most other design firms executed – no doubt about that. Overall, pleased with how the house has become home for my family after the design execution. Only suggestion to the Carafina team (and to prospective customers) would be tighten the delivery timeline a bit and help with design selections (laminates, colors, intuitive designs) because it would go a long way in reducing the rework and randomization.

Beautiful designs by Carafina have made an otherwise normal apartment into our fine home. Each room was designed with a lot of attention to detail and our needs by our designer, Kashmiya. All through the design phase she was available and accommodating. Our meetings slots were fixed around our availability and where possible, we did it online to avoid the commute. The details were explicit in the 3D and 2D given to us and they sought approval at each stage. The handover to the onsite team was seamless and the execution efficient, timely and impeccable. We were notified of the progress regularly through photos which again helped us in minimising oversight. Albert Raja, our project manager, was thorough in all the work happening in the apartment and was our go-to man.

It was a great experience working with Bonito Designs — everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our Sales Manager, Bisal, did an excellent job explaining the entire process right from the beginning. The journey from design to execution was seamless.
A special thanks to Priyanka, our Senior Interior Designer, who truly put in a lot of effort to understand and bring our vision to life. She explained every detail thoroughly and ensured all areas were well thought out. Her experience working on multiple villa projects was clearly reflected in the quality of our design. She guided us with suggestions at every step, making the process hassle-free.
Project Head Abhinandan coordinated everything well, and Project Manager Sachin ensured flawless execution on-site. The coordination was excellent — we received weekly updates and site images regularly, which kept us informed throughout the project.

I had a hassle free experience with bonito, the project came out as expected with the final implementation matching the initial design. Bonito is very much process oriented and at every phase of measurement or validation proper feedback is taken back to the design. Every installation is done only if there is no adverse impact on plumbing or structure. They have good designs and materials. Overall satisfied with bonito
Post installation, after 3 months, service person avinash called me and came for checkup. All minor glitches which came during usage were fixed. Every wardrobe was thoroughly checked and fixed. Happy with the service so far

I would give Bonito 0 stars if I could. Most unethical company ever. We had partnered with them with a promise of on time execution and delivery and got multiple clients involved as well. Firstly, they run after you to get the document signed and get the client database however post this, there is absolutely zero accountability! Not to mention the high attrition within their own team! We have had to chase our payments for the last 6 months which is still overdue and no response from them! I am fed up of asking them for dues that they owe us as per law. As for clients – please steer clear of this so called design company as they will only cheat you’ll like they cheated us.

We are deeply disappointed with the design provided by Bonito. We spent so much and now when we are living here we are realizing so many basic problems like : Blocked drainage outlet in balcony(Design flaw) ; No space in Master bedroom after placing the bed just because of Aristo Wardrobe. (Forced to make a custom bed where length of bed should be only 6 feet) ; Kitchen corner solutions ; Height of wall units for easy access.
In summary – Expected Bonito designers to have pretty good knowledge and would have made us aware about these problems while in design phase. The design sessions were horrible as most of the time they were double booked didn’t had time and when we had the slot – designer had no ideas and whenever we came up with ideas – all they will say is “This is not possible!”. For instance – we got stuck with blind corner units in Kitchen.
Now I am stuck with a balcony with no outlet/drainage as they have constructed a base unit over the original outlet. Despite multiple complaints over email/call no response from bonito. All they will say is “This is approved design”. My simple question is if we are supposed to predict all these challenges then why hire a interior designer? No accountability at all.
Hope that’s the last problem I will encounter. Won’t recommend anyone to go for Bonito ever.

Designer Ms Sonia was good with 2D & 3D drawings at the Design stage and really assisted us in clearing all our queries patiently.
Initially we experienced a bit of glitch in Production timeline but the DC team managed the situation very well to ensure overall deadline doesn’t get affected.
Project Manager Mr Hemanth Achar has expertise in executing & implementing installation work with zero mistakes, concerns or hassles & is very flexible and supportive.

Worst experience so far and would advice not to opt Design cafe for your interior needs. in my case, all i would say local carpenter would have done a great job. poor designing, poor execution.
1. My designer was not at all professional and we were shocked after materials got delivered as the colors were not matching which we discussed during design phase.
2. Wicker basket area should not expose inner laminate which is like green looking cream jute color which is really a bad looking design and I did not sign up for that. and they are not even ready to rectify that.
3. in MBR, they used different colors for shutters, edge banding and fillers. It is different than what was discussed.
Worst part is team is not at all supporting. you raise concern, they response with “they are taking a look and will get back to us” but we only have to keep on following up with them and still the issue remains unresolved. My suggestion would be do not go for design cafe. its better to hire local carpenter and it will save some money + you will get what you want else go for some other reputed brands.

It has been a mixed experience with Design Cafe.
Project Manager Syed and his team of carpenters lead by Sakthivel did an excellent job. He has been very prompt and quick in responding. The quality of work and material used is good. The 4 ⭐ is for the execution team.
We faced delays prior to the execution phase. Initial pre sales and sign up was fine, but as we entered the design phase, things started getting very slow. There was no proactive update or work progress, had to do numerous follow ups and escalations to get things moving. There were hardly any timely responses in the WhatsApp group created by the designer to our queries. Almost all the timelines were missed in spite of follow ups.
There were many communication gaps between the designer and execution team. We had to get involved and sort them out since our project was getting delayed.
The software they use to show the 3D designs is useless, the images shared were of low quality which did not give all the details of design.
It was a stressful phase, you make the payment in advance and wait helplessly for these people to start the work.
Customer care is almost non-existent, you raise a ticket and they will contact you after weeks at their own leisure.
While we are satisfied with the quality of work and material, the delay and lack of response to our queries left us disappointed.
Design Cafe should consider making overall customer experience better, looks like their current process and tools are outdated.
Getting a refund for any of your cancellations is a challenge.
Again, thanks to Syed and his team for quick execution.
You can sign up these people if you do not have any time constraints, ready to postpone your house warming date and have the patience to follow up.

As we prepared to take possession of our new apartment, there was no second-guessing who we wanted to work with on the interiors. Having earlier entrusted The Karighars with designing one of our previous homes, we knew exactly where to go — and it turned out to be the right decision once again.
From the very beginning, Archana, our designer, intuitively understood our vision. We had several cherished possessions collected over decades, each holding deep sentimental value, and we wanted a home that could beautifully blend the old with the new — something rooted in tradition, yet minimalistic and grand in its feel. Archana captured this essence perfectly. Her designs reflected both elegance and empathy, and she was always open to refining them, patiently offering thoughtful alternatives whenever we requested a change.
The 3D visualizations created by Naeif and Ameen truly brought our dream home to life. Their work was not just technically sound, but emotionally resonant, helping us visualize the final space in vivid detail.
As we moved into the execution phase, we were fortunate to have Nithin as our Project Manager — a calm and committed presence throughout. He coordinated seamlessly with the backend teams, ensured every detail was attended to, and navigated all the inevitable last-minute changes with a smile and a solution. Not once did we hear a “no” from him. We are equally thankful to Abrar, whose steady support and technical expertise during execution made a significant difference.

A special callout as well to Sumanth, the project manager, for his excellent coordination, regular updates, and for going the extra mile to ensure timely execution on-site. The combined effort and dedication from both Haritha and Sumanth made the whole process smoother and stress-free for us.
There was a slight delay in delivery from Aristo team, which impacted the final handover timeline a bit. That said, once their products were installed, the finish and quality were absolutely premium and blended perfectly with the rest of the interiors.

A very professionally and creatively run place. The designs were detailed, aesthetic and exceeded expectations. Deepika, Riyanka and Febin did a fabulous job with the design. Execution is top notch led by Akshay and Vinod. Akshay took care of every detail and ensured that the final product exceeded the original design. He went above and beyond his call of duty by helping us settle in and looked into each of the move in tussles. Anjali was of great help with choosing the right decor, be it lighting, furniture selection or the general theme that I wanted for my home. Karighars charge a premium but money well spent if you need a home instead of a house.
I’m also very happy with the after-sales service provided by Karighars. Syed maaz ahmed, their project manager has been very prompt in addressing some minor after sales issues. A few leakage issues and a few minor carpentry adjustments were responded to promptly. Their team came back and fixed everything without any hesitation or extra charges.
Good after-sales support is rare these days, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment. Their life time warranty is guaranteed. Highly recommend them for both quality carpentry work and reliable after-sales service.

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE – AVOID KRISH V INTERIORS AT ALL COSTS
To anyone considering Krish V for their interiors, especially within Ds Max SkyGrand, please read this cautionary tale.
As a owner of an unit in DsMax SkyGrand, Kalkere, Bengaluru, choosing Krish V is my biggest regret. Ds Max exerts significant indirect pressure on owners to use their in-house design team, which is essentially Krish V. This includes non-refundable deposits for outside vendors and hindering clearances for owner-chosen alternatives before possession.
Once you’re locked in with Krish V, prepare for agonizing delays. I paid my advance in December 2023, yet saw absolutely no progress until May 2024 after relentless follow-ups. The design finally appeared in October 2024, and even at the February 2025 possession day, the work was incomplete. Missing piece of work was communicated during pissession handover checks. Now, in May 2025, I am still chasing them to finish the job, despite them having already collected the full payment.
This company operates without ethics. I previously posted an honest review in 2024 detailing these delays. A Krish V representative pressured me to remove it with promises of timely completion. Over six months later, and after complying, I am in the exact same frustrating situation.
Furthermore, Krish V overcharged me and has yet to refund the amount. They also failed to complete the agreed-upon work despite receiving full payment.
The high ratings on this page are frankly misleading. This service is primarily relevant to Ds Max buyers due to the aforementioned pressure tactics. I personally experienced their attempts to manipulate reviews, as they contacted me to change my initial negative feedback.
Do not be fooled. Avoid Krish V if you value your time, money, and sanity.

After providing the above review, KrishV tried to complete the work to make me remove this review. But, look at their execution of spice rack, actual design vs execution.

I have used the service from Krish-V interiors for doing my flat interior work. I dint thought the work of my flat will come so beautiful. The work is very neat and clean. In between the work I have requested for remodification that also they have done without saying any word.
In person I really want to thank to Mr. Salman he is the one who has taken all the incharge and made the interior work look good in our flat, he is such a humble and kind when ever I called he picked the call and addressed all my concerns related to interior work. I Wish him to get more projects and get good success in his carrier.
Coming to interior designs Ms. Devika she is one who has done the designs to our flat. What ever the designs we have given she has listen it only one time and excuted the designs in one go without even single mistake. Thank you to her as well.
At site as we are unable to visit the site every day but Mr. Saravana is the one who has taken all the initiates of our flat and been in our flat and made the work complete in smooth way without any miss in work. Thank you for your support.

Had a good experience with Krish-V on the DSMAX SYNERGY Project. Right from the design phase, we received good support from Mr.Midhun who was the designer and gave us the excellent designs and suggestions as per our needs. During execution phase as well Mr. Sadath was very cooperative and helped us with the follow-ups with the factory on his part so that the work gets completed on time.
