It was a great experience working with Bonito Designs — everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our Sales Manager, Bisal, did an excellent job explaining the entire process right from the beginning. The journey from design to execution was seamless. A special thanks to Priyanka, our Senior Interior Designer, who truly put in a lot of effort to understand and bring our vision to life. She explained every detail thoroughly and ensured all areas were well thought out. Her experience working on multiple villa projects was clearly reflected in the quality of our design. She guided us with suggestions at every step, making the process hassle-free. Project Head Abhinandan coordinated everything well, and Project Manager Sachin ensured flawless execution on-site. The coordination was excellent — we received weekly updates and site images regularly, which kept us informed throughout the project. The final outcome exceeded our expectations — the quality and finish were perfect. We really loved the overall experience and would definitely recommend Bonito Designs for anyone looking to design their dream home. Good work by Mr.Sachin (Project Manager)…. He has put lot of efforts to complete the project without a single complaint…. All thanks to him, worked even during weekends to hand over on time….

I had a hassle free experience with bonito, the project came out as expected with the final implementation matching the initial design. Bonito is very much process oriented and at every phase of measurement or validation proper feedback is taken back to the design. Every installation is done only if there is no adverse impact on plumbing or structure. They have good designs and materials. Overall satisfied with bonito Post installation, after 3 months, service person avinash called me and came for checkup. All minor glitches which came during usage were fixed. Every wardrobe was thoroughly checked and fixed. Happy with the service so far

I would give Bonito 0 stars if I could. Most unethical company ever. We had partnered with them with a promise of on time execution and delivery and got multiple clients involved as well. Firstly, they run after you to get the document signed and get the client database however post this, there is absolutely zero accountability! Not to mention the high attrition within their own team! We have had to chase our payments for the last 6 months which is still overdue and no response from them! I am fed up of asking them for dues that they owe us as per law. As for clients - please steer clear of this so called design company as they will only cheat you'll like they cheated us.

Good job done by designer Ms Janush in terms of her suggestions and support during our different phases of discussion. The team in totality assigned to deliver a project in terms of interior designs need to be more client centric , interphase with client at regular intervals and take update on any issues/ challenges being faced. Minimise client getting connected to the Bonito assigned team in the midst of client busy schedule. Team needs to be more customer friendly to achieve customer delight from customer satisfaction. If client is delighted will references be shared.

My wardrobe color tone seemed dull at first, but after discussing, we chose a brighter option. The final look is clean and elegant. The installation team was polite and completed fittings on time. It needed some patience, but it was worth it.

We are deeply disappointed with the design provided by Bonito. We spent so much and now when we are living here we are realizing so many basic problems like : Blocked drainage outlet in balcony(Design flaw) ; No space in Master bedroom after placing the bed just because of Aristo Wardrobe. (Forced to make a custom bed where length of bed should be only 6 feet) ; Kitchen corner solutions ; Height of wall units for easy access. In summary - Expected Bonito designers to have pretty good knowledge and would have made us aware about these problems while in design phase. The design sessions were horrible as most of the time they were double booked didn't had time and when we had the slot - designer had no ideas and whenever we came up with ideas - all they will say is "This is not possible!". For instance - we got stuck with blind corner units in Kitchen. Now I am stuck with a balcony with no outlet/drainage as they have constructed a base unit over the original outlet. Despite multiple complaints over email/call no response from bonito. All they will say is "This is approved design". My simple question is if we are supposed to predict all these challenges then why hire a interior designer? No accountability at all. Hope that's the last problem I will encounter. Won't recommend anyone to go for Bonito ever.

Got my project done by bonito designs in prestige Waterford it came out very beautifully Definitely recommended Project Manager Harshit Chaudhary has done great work and completed the project within time and good execution done
