One may be surprised to see so many Google reviews for a tailoring shop. Even I was. But let me tell you these are genuine reviews from the customers of Mr BS Raja. I think his son takes care of the follow ups and feedbacks.
This man takes orders for only alterations and he’s been doing it for close to two decades. And he’s extremely good at what he does.
It’s very difficult to find somebody good who alters your ill-fitting cloths. This tailor explains what he can do, how much time it’s going to take and if he can’t do the alteration, he simply says no.
I had given around 7 of my expensive shorts and jeans, he has done a wonderful job. The cloths have no external stitches and they don’t even look like they are altered.
Overall wonderful job.
It’s a little difficult to look for the shop. The stairs to the first floor are on the side of the building in case you miss it.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clothes alteration tailor.

I selected Ordient as I thought they were genuine and their services looked effective woh organic materials being used but, my impression about them slammed down with my first service itself. Their staff dint turn up on time, Prajwal who is supposed to be in charge is never reachable…manoevering the schedule challenges, I finally got them to service my house on 17th July and in a weeks time I saw ants come up again on my kitchen platform, I coordinated a reservice on 31jul. A week later, I realize the issue persists not only with ants but cockroaches as well. I lost faith in their service and asked for refund and Prajwal agreed to make the refund by deducting nominal charges for their efforts for which I had no issues. He promised a refund by 2nd week of Aug and till date, I haven’t got my money back. I have attempted to call him and his staff a zillion times who choose not to answer my calls.
Please be aware and do not opt for their service, poor coordination, poor material used and poor service. You may end up running around for your money like me.

Extremely Disappointed with Shape My Garden – Unfair Charges and Poor Service
I had booked a gardening service with Shape My Garden by paying an advance of ₹1800 out of the total ₹3000. They sent two gardeners who inspected the site and told us that it’s pointless to do the work during the rainy season. So, we mutually agreed to cancel the service.
Shockingly, the gardeners were at the location for barely 10 minutes and left immediately after the inspection. Despite absolutely no work being done, the company deducted ₹1200 and refunded only ₹800, citing ₹200 as transportation (which is understandable) but ₹1000 as “gardener service charges.”
This is completely unacceptable – how can you charge ₹1000 for a service that was never provided? The gardeners didn’t even stay long enough to start anything! It’s clear this company is more focused on extracting money than delivering fair and transparent service.
I am demanding a refund of the ₹1000 unjustly charged. Charging ₹200 for transport is reasonable, but ₹1000 for 10 minutes of doing nothing is plain unethical.
Would NOT recommend Shape My Garden to anyone. Be cautious before booking – very unprofessional and money-minded approach.

The rating here ofcourse looks great when a team is stationed at the office to garner 5 stars after your first meeting. Iam a repeat customer of livspace and I must say in 5 years this company has lost all its qualities in customer service and quality of work. Many works weren’t completed and was told will be done post moving in and that did not happen. Now the already completed work is also shooing aging in 60 days of moving in. The grievance redressal is a joke.

They did not deliver the project on time.The project timelines over ran by more than 2 weeks.The site supervisor never comes into site.Even after ,getting 50 percent money and project kicking off,many days work did not happen at our site.They use the same set of workers for all the livspace projects in a society.Their only aim is to get the project signed off and getting money.After that,neither the designer or the project manager has zero interested in the projected .

False ceiling already has visible cracks and lot of doors having visible bents and alignment issues.
The finishing of interiors were below expectations, and it felt like no one in the project team cared about ensuring a positive customer experience.
I won’t be returning here for any service, and I would not recommend LIVSPACE to anyone looking for quality service. I expected much better, and this experience was a complete letdown.

Kitchen Modulars: 2 out of 5 (issues with tray alignment and sloppy work by onsite staff). Had to follow-up with post sales team to get it fixed and it is yet to be resolved. Even though its covered in Warranty, believe me the hassle of follow ups and additional time you spend to get it fixed and debris cleanup post every visit by carpenter is not worth
Minus 5 for the sloppy and substandard finishing of custom works like false ceiling, TV unit wall panel, kitchen architrave work, UPVC window in utility etc
For the premium charges and the hefty handling fee you pay hoping to get the best quality work from a brand like Livspace and the sloppy/below par finishing, scratchs on floor tiles, damages it leave on your walls and sloppy touchup done to cover it, frustrates you
Even more frustrating was the unasked art work their onsite staff left in bathroom and on balcony wall by spitting Kesar pan masala. After i complained, they got bathroom cleaned using acid and left scared taps. Also left the souvenir of balcony painting for me to cherish, even after multiple follow ups

I recently hired Livspace for my bedroom interior. And opted for faster delivery. It’s been 2 Months and the work is still going with a lot of blunders. An experienced carpenter would’ve completed the work perfectly within 2 to 3 weeks.
They fool the customer by showing the interior in their experience centre. You will not even get 50% of that.
They collect a premium price saying they have all advanced equipments for perfect fit and finish. But, their actual quality of work is very pathetic. And there’s ZERO accountability from Livspace. They don’t even bother checking the status of the project. The moment you make full payment, it’s up to you and the carpenter. They don’t even bother even after multiple complaints from the customer.
GO WITH LIVSPACE ONLY IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY, TIME & MENTAL PEACE.

This is by no means a premium laundry service. The shop exists on a half constructed building.
Service wise – very bad experience with the order, as after garment pick up the laundry could not be contacted by messgae or phone with no response from their end. Had to physically visit the shop to receive the receipt.
Ironing of the garment is way below standard. The curtains given for dry clean were not ironed properly and had to be redone elsewhere.
Overall below average experience.
