My stay at The Oberoi, Bangalore was truly exceptional. The hospitality was warm, intuitive, and unmatched — every staff member I interacted with was courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The ambience was serene, the surroundings lush and beautifully maintained, and the room was immaculate and thoughtfully appointed.||||What stood out the most was the attention to detail in service — from the prompt housekeeping to the personalized care at every touchpoint. The food was of international standards — delicious, beautifully presented, and served with grace.||||The Oberoi offers a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and world-class service. I felt valued and deeply cared for throughout my stay. Thank you for making my experience memorable.||||My dining experience at Wabi Sabi was truly exceptional and added a special touch to my stay. The atmosphere was calming, and the service was impeccable. The chef’s thoughtful gesture of offering us a complimentary mousse was both generous and delightful — it was beautifully crafted and tantalising in flavour.||||One particular gesture that deeply touched me was when a team member brought me a refreshing lassi after my swim — it was thoughtful, timely, and reflected the intuitive hospitality that defines The Oberoi experience. Their smiles and genuine care created a welcoming environment that made the meal even more enjoyable.||||I look forward to visiting again and will happily recommend the property to others.

We recently stayed at The Oberoi, Bangalore and had a truly lovely experience. The hotel feels like a peaceful green oasis right in the heart of the city. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality.||||A big thank you to Prateek Gulati, the F&B Manager, for making our dining experiences extra special. We’re also very grateful to Mr. Amit Khare (General Manager), Chef Anirban and Chef Kushagra for the delicious, comforting meals. Neeraj, the restaurant manager, ensured everything ran smoothly, and Jonaki at the front desk was always cheerful and helpful. Vipul, who heads housekeeping, kept our rooms perfectly clean and cozy.||||What stood out most was the warmth of the entire team — everyone made us feel truly welcome. Our visit may have been short, but the memories will stay with us for a long time.

Overall, we had a great stay. We loved the property. Rooms had balcony with a nice view. Good breakfast spread. We had visited on the Independence day and they had a nice celebration on that day. Kids did plantation as well. Staff were courteous.

One of my best stays ever. The dedication to the guest is unlike no other hotel I have stayed in. I had better service here than top resorts in the Maldives that cost ten times the price. No request for was too much, and I really asked a lot. The lovely people here were both kind and personal yet gave just the perfect amount of personal space in a very professional way. A minor issue was resolved masterfully, leaving me very happy. As for the room, the bed was fantastic; not too hard, while not being overly soft. Both breakfast and room service was magnificent and the menu very thoughtfully planned. This will be my go-to hotel in Bangalore. Absolutely would recommend. A true 5 star.

Until I was in the hotel, I never got a feeling that I was in a city or in Bangalore. It felt like I am somewhere far away from city amidst those trees with rain throughout the day. Room service was extraordinary. Food was very good. Breakfast buffet had limited options but we could always order if anything is needed. We couldn't have breakfast early in the morning so got it packed to room at no extra cost. They say pool water is temperature controlled but in actual it was not. Spa, gym and pool facilities are available. Spa is way too costly. Gym was well maintained. Pool was well maintained too. It was really pleasant to stay there. But they could have had indoor games, as we can't step out during rains and when pool is too chill. 24hrs hot water facility is available. Evenings and mornings in balcony were just awesome.

Had a lovely stay — as always, Oberoi’s hospitality stands out. The staff is incredibly caring and always goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. There was a small issue with the bed setup in the room, but the team responded to the suggestion with genuine intent and made adjustments to ensure a better experience.
