I had a great experience staying at Zostel. It was my first time stay at any hostel. The rooms were exactly like the photos on the site—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathroom was spotless, which was a big plus. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. The location was excellent, with plenty of good restaurants and breakfast places just a short walk away. Overall, it was a really good stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

I had initially booked the female dorm, but the conditions were quite poor. The bathrooms were unclean, and I had to shift once because I was told the dorm was under maintenance. Even after moving to the new dorm, the washroom became clogged the very next day. Though I had planned a 5-day stay, I checked out early due to a change in plans. While the morning manager assured me of a refund, I haven't received any. I understand that Zostel typically has a no-refund policy, but it was disappointing to have the manager promise a refund only for the backend team to deny it later.

My stay here was great and the management was top notch. And security, haven't felt so safe anywhere. Basically I had liberty to leave my stuff lying around and no fear of it getting stolen and the best part was the game room. You have to try the Foosball and jenga blocks.

Business vibe, because Bangalore, so I cannot complain.
Because of the location of the Zostel beside the sewage filled stormwater drain - there are a lot of mosquitos even after the Zostel people provided mosquito repellant.
But the biggest issue I have is with mold (possibly very injurious to health) in the bathroom! This picture is from the bathroom in room First Crush on first floor.

The staff is nice and friendly but also a bit unprofessional. I kept some expensive chocolates in the hostel fridge and they were not there the next day. I asked the staff multiple times to check the camera video footage to let me know wh took it but they never checked. Seems very unprofessional to me

Filthy washrooms, uncleaned rooms, smelly blankets, sticky floors, foul smell after mopping the floor, No pantry, No ironing board, no water in the toilet these are the main attraction of this property. This zostel is can be never compared with Indra Nagar Zostal. Zostel Indira Nagar is extremely well maintained one.
