Services provided was good. It was very professional. From day one we enquired, things were explained to us transparently. The driver - Manjunath" was assigned, the driver took us safely and his ride was extremely safe. Will highly recommend their services.

The service was nice and we got a good driver. We had initially booked for 3 nights and 4 days and agreed on a price. But due to change in plans we had to cut our trip one day short. Since the price was agreed upon 1 week before the trip we decided to pay the full amount once we returned. Shortly, we received a call and the amount for 1 day was refunded without questions. This was a great gesture. I would definitely recommend this car rental service to people.

Venkatesh is a Highly professional driver, well informed and polite. Safe driving. The car was clean and well maintained. Very good condition. We booked Innova (6+1) in March'24 For Bangalore to Mysore to Coorg to Ooty to Bangalore

They send drivers who have no sense of navigation and end up making u travel extra kms for which they demand excess fee at the end of the day.. I've had horrible experience and plus they speak so rude and abuse their customers making a horrible experience after all!!! Never travelling with them again!!! Edit: Just for the record the owner firstly asked me to delete my review. Secondly everything he has elaborated is a cover up.. concern about locations being closed due to rains was not an issue at all...also the driver agreed he got on a wrong highway which was a stretch of 30km one way EVEN when we had guided him he took a you turn claiming he is sure about the location!!! the driver threw 100 rupees at our door... the concerned staff who was on call with us asked us if we are beggers and y did we choose to travel if we cannot afford it...for the record I am not a new customer to them I had taken a trip just last month with them... for 20 rs which we actually did not realise coz the driver did not have the exact amount of KMS he had taken wrongly so we gave a round figure of 6500 for which the management called back n told us to pay.. imagine the plight of the customer when we have paid 6500 why would 20rs be a big amount to pay but he insisted in such a rude tone and the abuses where directed from him initially..after the review they have been pestering me to take it down..DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR GET ON GOOGLE AND LOOK FOR MANY OTHER TRAVEL AGENTS but NOT THEM!!! And all the review u see is the one he gets by forcing customers and sending the link on whatsapp with repeated reminders

I have hired car for 2 days trip to Mysuru. Experience is with this tour operator is excellent. It is 2 days package and they offered right price. Compare to this price ola is 30% higher price with poor flexibility. Driver is very good. The support given at time of car booking was very good. All simply went through watsapp. Best wishes to this tour operator to offer competitive solutions to the people.

The services provided by the Travel agency was excellent and beyond our expectations. Driver Velu was a noble human being and his driving was excellent. He guided us throughout the tour. We enjoyed our trip hassle-free and did not encounter any hardships throughout our trip.
