Hi Trawel Mart. Thankyou for arranging a wonderful Europe trip from 15th May to 1st June 2025. We were recommended by a friend to travel with you. Thanks to him too. We were thrilled to note that our tour Manager would be Mrs.Vandana Rao who is the pride of our Nation, one of them who made our Country’s flag fly high by winning the Gold medal for the Nation. Such a warm person she is who looked after our minutest needs very meticulously. We never missed an attraction and our food which she took pains to make us earn evey pie we spent. We called her Mother India.Trawel Mart had arranged for good and comfortable hotels. I could say our group was the best as we all were in the same wavelength,be it old timers like us or a few youngsters. We were all one family. We had a wonderful trip to Ladakh. Travelmart did a great job organizing our trip. They checked on us everyday to make sure everything was going well. After my wife and I reached back home on the 2nd of June 2025 from our 16 days Golden Europe tour, we were exhilarated. Several factors went into making this possible : The well planned itinerary, the comfortable stay; the friendly, caring and patient Vandana Rao who was our Tour Manager and our decent, gentle and well-behaved travel mates. Here’s a suggestion : Except breakfast which was European, lunch and supper were Indian —- and nothing great. I am of the opinion that indulging in the local cuisine is integral to a tour experience. Trawelmart could think of this alternative. Contemplating more tours with you.

Well Organised Trip. Hotels, Buses & Restaurants were all good. Best part is TRAWEL MART arranging snacks to all the Group Members when the Flight was delayed & all were feeling hungry. That snack at the right time at the airport made all very happy. Tour Manager managed to arrange snacks in the airport for all. Yet another Positive Stroke was all of us had unlimited water bottles on all the days, that too chilled water. No restrictions for water bottles. Many times there will be a restriction of one or two bottles per day, but not in this trip. Overall all the members, 37 in number, all 60+ Senior Citizens enjoyed the trip.

Me and my family do not recommend Sandesh Tours and Travels. The Force Tempo Traveller KA-54-5071 given by them was in very pathetic condition. The seat covers were torn off. The window panels wear broken. The floor and windows were very dirty. The curtains were filthy. I have uploaded photos of the same vehicle. Also, there was lot of rattling sound inside the vehicle which was very disturbing to everyone. The vehicle was not at all like the photos shared by them during booking and photos posted on their website. We had booked a Tempo Traveller for 3 day family trip on 11-Aug-2019 from Bangalore to Chikmangaluru. The booking was done about 2 weeks in advance. During booking we had specifically told him to give a comfortable vehicle in very good condition because we had 4 senior citizen guest traveling with us. He assured that all his vehicles are of luxury quality and he also shared some good photos of the vehicle on WhatsApp. So, we were impressed by the photo and we confirmed the booking by paying token amount. On the day of trip, early morning at 5:30 AM, when the tempo traveller arrived for pickup, we were shocked to see that the condition of the vehicle was very poor and pathetic. We called the owner to tell about the vehicle condition. He was very insensitive to our concerns. We tried to reason with him and reminded him about what we spoke at the time of booking. He had said that all his vehicle are in good condition, neat and clean. If he had assured to send a comfortable vehicle, then it is so unprofessional to send such a pathetic vehicle. He replied to us by saying, “Don’t teach me how to run travel business. This is the only vehicle available now because of rains. There is no where written that you will get same vehicle as shown in photos” We told him that we are not expecting same vehicle but at least the quality of vechile must good, which you are promising to customer because we are paying for the good quality of service. He was not ready listen any further. So, me and my family will not recommend Sandesh Tours and Travels for following reasons. 1. The vehicle given by them was in very pathetic condition because of which we had an unpleasant journey from Bangalore to Chikmangaluru. 2. We paid high amount and in return the quality of actual vehicle given to us was not even close to what they talked on phone, what photos they showed to us during booking and what they have put on their website. 3. They did not even care about customers feelings while talking to them and do not consider that the basic condition of the vehicle must be good, so that, customers can have comfortable trip.

Hi , I booked a 4days and 3nights tour package (Mysore – ooty – coonoor) from Sandesh Tours and Travels. This package included everything car with a with a driver who knows these places very well , hotels and lodging in those places and other taxes and fares. This trip was a very nice trip our driver is polite and humble and he showed all well known places of Mysore,ooty and coonoor and we visited all those places and we enjoyed a lot. So, I suggest if someone planning for any trip please contact once Sandesh Tours and Travels once because this people is doing a great a job, affordable price for tour packages, no payment problems are at all. People are very nice if you have any problem during trip you can contact them , definitely they will solve. Memorable Family Adventure in Bali with GT Holidays… I recently had the pleasure of coordinating a family trip to Bali through GT Holidays, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. First of all, we really appreciate the support of Anto, Srilankan Guide and bus operators. We are the first time international tourists and we had feared a lot about everything starting from security check, immigration, boarding, Visa, entering into another country, visiting spots, dealing with local people… But in contrast, we have enjoyed the trip starting from day 1, even before boarding the plane, till last day, reached back in Chennai airport. Our tour manager, Mr. Anto, handled all our worries very smoothly and supported us in each and every point of time in our tour. A Dreamy Sri Lanka Getaway with GT Holidays. We just returned from the most incredible Sri Lanka trip, all thanks to GT Holidays! From the moment we landed to the very last day, everything was perfectly organized and seamless. A special shoutout to our amazing guide, Saran Gandhi, whose knowledge, friendliness, and attention to detail made the journey truly unforgettable. Here are some highlights that made this trip so special: Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage was such a heartwarming experience. Watching the elephants bathe and play in the river was magical. The iconic Nine Arch Bridge in Ella took our breath away! Saran made sure we arrived just in time to see the train cross over the stunning arches, surrounded by lush greenery. He guided us to the best viewpoint for unforgettable photos. We also visited a peaceful Buddha Temple where we felt completely serene. The spiritual ambiance, intricate carvings, and the tour guide’s insightful explanations helped us appreciate the cultural depth of the site. In Nuwara Eliya, the Gregory Lake boat ride was pure bliss. The Drizzly breeze, calm waters, and mountain views made it a perfect moment of relaxation. The adventurous Madhu River boat ride was another highlight. Cruising through mangroves, spotting wildlife, and visiting tiny islands was like stepping into a nature documentary. Wir hatten zwei fantastische Tage mit Anto in Kanyakumari: Am ersten Tag Sonnenaufgang am Meer, Besichtigung von zwei Hindu-Tempeln, Rock Memorial & Thiruvalluvar-Statue, und der zweite Tag in der Natur mit Baden im Fluss und Bootsfahrt auf einem Stausee. Anto hat alles sehr gut organisiert, war äußerst freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit, und hat uns sowohl kulinarisch als auch kulturell bestens versorgt – besonders hilfreich, da wir aus Deutschland zum ersten Mal in Südindien waren. Die Fahrten im Kleinbus mit AC waren ebenfalls sehr komfortabel. Insgesamt ein großartiges Erlebnis – sehr zu empfehlen!

Unforgettable Thailand Adventure – 10/10! I recently went on a Thailand trip package and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—airport transfers, hotel check-ins, and daily excursions were all perfectly arranged. The package for our Thailand trip was budget friendly. All the places were covered on time and we enjoyed a lot, whole journey was accomplished by a AC bus for travelling within the places. The rooms and amenities in the hotels booked were too good and had all the necessary facilities like AC, 24/7 hot water and well furnished beds. We loved trying Italian food in the hotel during the breakfast time. We enjoyed the pool in the hotel and the kids enjoyed a lot . The Indian food which was organised for sake of us with great efforts to get Indian food outside India was good. The places were amazing and had a great time overall. It was duly oraganised within a short period of time……… Really appreciate ur patience diligent work and ur co-ordination with ur team at both bangkok and pattaya. The way u were with us for whole trip of 4 nights and 5 days and helped us cover so many places was commendable. We stayed at two different hotels and both of them were located near Indian restaurants and shopping markets which were convenient. The rooms were clean and had an amazing view of bangkok. The assigned drivers were kind and punctual. They helped us in buying tickets for all the shows that were organised. I travelled with my mother who is 65yrs old and Gayathri made sure that the whole trip was planned as per the age restrictions and made sure that it wasn’t tiring. I would highly recommend her for planning all the future trips

Visited the beautiful station on November . Definitely recommend as a cheaper alternative to hotels outside the station. Food is available in shops and restaurants in and around the station. As a tourist, I recommend a great place to visit. Make sure you get a platform pass from the ticket office. You want to see real India, then you will find it at a railway station and this place is a nice one to see. Clean and too much well maintained but too much crowd for tickets and no one guided their. Language problem also occur here

Its the major railway station or Bangalore right in the commercial hub Majestic, hence very well connected by all forms of transportation – metro, bus. The food options are limited here, 2-3 right at the main entrance with Vada paav, pizza type options and inside the station one can get food – biryani, meals at railway operated joints. These options are good and reasonably priced. There is a Tourism Office at the entrance and Aadhar Card office as well. The staff everywhere whether metro, railways, security is very helpful. Experienced a chair car journey, enjoyed it.

We got a really great service from our driver Ramu. He was always punctual, ready to take us to different places and himself suggested a couple of photogenic places as well. The car – Innova Crysta KA04AK5496 was really well kept, clean and maintained in top condition which made our journey pleasurable. Ramu himself was always ready on time for any trip, that we told him; in the last 10 days. His driving skills are excellent, he never over speeded and always drove very safely on all days. Thanks to driver Ramu from Bangalore and Arjun travels for providing a hassle free experience in the last 10 days. Do ask for Ramu’s services if you are booking a cab through Arjun travels.

We had a great trip from Bengaluru to Ooty recently. Our driver Gajendra Kumar was very polite and cooperative. Driving for 12 hours is not easy but he did without any issues or complaints. He was also multilingual with sufficient vocabulary in English, Kannada, Tamil and Hindi. The entire cost of the trip was reasonable and the agency has done a great job in ensuring that we had all the passes/documents to go to Ooty.
