Would not recommend this shop if you are looking to purchase big priced items. We bought a 44k Lord Krishna Idol for gifting. They took the responsibility of delivering it to Delhi on time. But the statue reached 5 days late and in broken condition. Upon informing the shop owners, they asked us to bear 50% of the total cost, through no fault of our own. It should have been the responsibility of the shop and the courier company but they extorted money from us. Absolutely pathetic customer experience. As full payment was already paid, we could do nothing but agree to their demand.

Yesterday went to buy a wireless mic, as i needed it bit urgently.
In Amazon it was priced at ₹590+ delivery. Since i can’t wait for 2-3 days i went to Dream world to check if they have the product.
They had the same product and when i asked about the price i was shocked. They are selling for a whopping ₹2999 ( ₹1 less from ₹3000).
I was expecting price to be around ₹800 – ₹900 since it’s available at ₹590 online.
And it is not a branded one like Phillips or Sony.
It’s just a chinese brand made on china.
I won’t be convinced if they say that it’s a good quality and good brand.
Went to brigade road and bought the same piece for ₹700.
Then i realized how much margin they keep for such toys and gifts.
I used to buy gift from Dream World before, but never in my life I’m going to Dream World again.
This is just a day light loot.

Dreamworld is taking extra money from us for their staff’s salary and maintenance…
Please check Amazon and Flipkart with the model name of the toy before you buy anything from these guys. Don’t matter how the staff is behaving, because they behave as per their training and mentors.

Mr. Sachin handled the billing and payment smoothly. He was polite and patient throughout the process. The order was shipped from Chennai, and although a few items were missing initially, I immediately reached out to them. They were very cooperative, quickly verified the issue with delivery photos, and arranged the remaining quantity promptly. The second delivery was also on time.
The bags were exactly as shown in the photos shared by Ms. Sapna. The quality exceeded my expectations—the material, zippers, inner lining, stitching, and finishing were all top-notch.

we needed 20+ gifts for an event and made that very clear to the staff. we found some in the store itself and the others items, we were assured, the store would order from chennai and deliver in 2-3 days time. next day we received a call that ALL the stock in chennai was damaged and so we would not be able to get anything. they did not even offer any alternatives. so now we are left with few gifts and no clue how else to fill the gift bags. they dont seem interested in making a sale.
