The scooter was in average condition, and I didn’t face any major issues, except that the brakes were a bit tight. A crucial tip is to take 360-degree photos or videos of the vehicle for your safety. They do check for any damages, and if found, you’ll be charged. The helmet provided was of good quality. Overall, it was a positive experience. If you’re planning a city tour, Royal Brothers is a great option ,auto rickshaws are expensive, and renting a car can be time-consuming due to heavy traffic. Big garage, a lot of vehicles available.
We got a rayZR scooty. The price was cheaper than a activa. Later we found out it was broken in a lot of places, still didnt face any issues. Gave good service on the road.
1 less star due to huge taxes. On app it showed 500, but final payment was 715 ! 200+ rs on taxes, thats insane.
Other than that no issues faced. App and service staffs was pretty helpful.

Good experience. We booked 3 aprilla and 1 ntorq from there. There was some delay to get the scooters. Like we booked from 9:30 we got the scooter by 10. That’s ok, anyway they provided the scooter.
The condition of the scooter was somewhat disappointing. The bright lights in the aprilla were not working. Need to improve the vehicle service.

Would definitely not be my first choice of bike rental provider the next time. Booking process was super smooth, but the bike retrieval was hell. 1. Booked bike not available. 2. Exchanged bike was of lower tier. 3. The bike key broke while inside the fuel cap. 4. Customer service asking us to pay the repair charges for changing the lock and key. 5. Second replacement given quickly. 6. Bikes were of good quality. 7. Absolute worst helmets, no visor and all large sizes, defeating the purpose. 8. The koramangala fleet management team were rather incompetent and lazy. 9. Mobile phone holder could be provided or at least sold on site.

Rented a Yamaha MT15 V2 (BS6) and had a smooth, hassle-free experience, I paid an initial amount of ₹1,227.58 for a 24-hour rental with 192 km included. Extra kilometers are charged at ₹6/km, I rode 316 km total, so paid ₹950 + ₹210 (GST), bringing the total to ₹2,187.58. You can extend the rental if you do it at least 30 minutes before the end time. Late returns incur a ₹500 penalty. Pickup and drop-off are self-managed, and you’ll need either an Aadhaar or driving licence for ID to be uploaded in the app or in person.
The bike was in excellent condition — I did a quick check of the clutch, brakes, battery, and tire pressure, chains were clean and properly lubed, and the staff told the bikes are regularly serviced and it shows
The app works well, booking is simple, and prices are transparent with no hidden charges. Just check the tariff on the app or website beforehand.

Booked a vehicle for 9:30 PM (26-Apr-2025) — and what followed was sheer negligence, mismanagement, and a shameless attempt to exploit a stranded customer. If you value your time, money, and basic respect — never trust Royal Brothers.
• No Communication About Vehicle Unavailability:
Despite a confirmed booking, they didn’t even bother informing me that the vehicle wasn’t available. I wasted my time traveling, only to find out their complete lack of responsibility.
• Totally Clueless and Disorganized Service Point Staff:
The pickup staff were absolutely clueless and helpless. There was no backup plan, no professionalism — just chaos.
• Pathetic Excuses About ‘Not Checking’:
Rather than owning their failure, they hid behind the excuse that they “didn’t check” if the vehicle was returned. How does a rental company even operate without tracking its own fleet?
• Rude, Unapologetic Call Center Agents:
When I called for support, I was met with cold, unapologetic executives who couldn’t care less. No urgency, no ownership — just scripted responses.
• Opportunistic Looting Attempt:
After making me wait for 45 minutes, their only “solution” was a so-called upgrade — but at my own cost. Royal Brothers saw an opportunity not to fix the issue, but to extract more money from a customer stuck because of their failure.
Royal Brothers is not just unreliable — they are opportunistic, disorganized, and have zero regard for customer trust.
If you don’t want your plans ruined, your time wasted, and your wallet targeted, stay away from Royal Brothers.

Rented the hayabusa and was overall a pleasant experience. Bikes are of good condition. I understand the safety concern but the big bikes atleast deserves a higher speed limt option or a complete speed waiver. Make sure you go through the terms and conditions in detail. Professional service but the staff could have been bit more friendly and pleasing. Will definitely go back for another bike if they do some relaxations and give options for speed limiters .

Unsettling & unsafe experience overall.
Very poor customer service & just pathetic experience.
We paid fully for the vehicle rental and they gave us a faulty vehicle and the battery got ruined and the bike didn’t self start or kick start how much ever we tried and they won’t even send road side assistance and we’re just stranded on road with no help in a new city. They won’t provide assistance for changing a new battery instead asking us to get a new battery on our own money without any guarantee and still for more than three hours they’re making us wait without any proper resolution.
Spoiled the day as our important plans got cancelled due to sheer negligence of these agency people handling things.
Extremely disappointed and don’t recommend them.

They wont check the vehicle properly. Booked & taken activa 6g vehicle from 3/8/24 to 10/8/24. Experience was so pathetic.
Totally disappointed and suffered with that vehicle. Self start was not working for that vehicle. They told to use with kick start. They didnot replace another vehicle.For ladies its very difficult to put center stand of 100kg vehicle and kick start. My leg got injured because of that kick start.
Whenever i raise complaint they ask us to come to store location. If vehicle not starting how it is possible to come. Hardly vehicle worked only for 70 km..Poor customer support. With continues complaint,on 9/8/24 one person came and replaced the battery which is of no use since next day is the return date.
Spent nearly 3k for one week. But no use of that vehicle since it was not starting. They refused to refund the money. So pathetic service. Better avoid the service.

Most of the time it’s not reachable or else switched off. While picking and dropping off I called atlest 20 times and every time it’s a long ring and then disconnect. When I asked the guy at the centre he said they don’t know whose number is that. I know it’s a working number as I spoke one time with that person as luckily he picked the phone once. I called customer care as I thought I would be late as I was stuck in traffic they said call the service centre guy and let them know but it’s the way I expected no response over phone. You guys need to improve your customer service for sure.

After the trip: I booked an Avenger 220 cruise, hardly 20 min from the RB showroom, the bike started getting off on the regular basis. So I went back and asked for a fix, I didn’t even ask for refund, and agreed for an exchange. The reason I booked avenger was it had a KM limit of 720KM which is needed for me personally since I planned to travel around 690KMs
Since Santosh was not there, another guy in rb suggested to exchange it with Suzuki v storm 250. Since I didn’t wanna quarrel around asking for refund, I agreed since the vehicle was also running good in test drive. The person from rb asked when I’ll be surrendering the vehicle and I said 31st which is basically 3 days and he replied 720 KM is the limit sir. I said okay and today when I submitted there was a different guy, he said you have travelled 123 KMs extra and I said no my limit as 720 KMs. Then looks like for v storm the limit was 550 KMs. The guy who exchanged the vehicle just to get away with exchange instead of refund, didn’t tell the detail of reduction in number of KMs. I had to pay 1100 extra which is other than 2200 extra which I had to pay since I was forced to upgrade from avenger to v storm. They didn’t have any other good choices vehicles to choose form either.

Went on a trip with my friends and royal brothers came in and saved the day, had a lot of fun riding their bike.
My only complaint would be that the fuel gauge sensor seemed to be showing faulty readings even though I added in 7ltrs of fuel.
The number plate would fall off randomly as it was hanging by a zip tie and the bike had a lot of scratches before the ride which was a minus for me.
But overall it was an amazing and smooth process.

Totally recommend this place if you are looking for rentals.
I took RE HIMALAYAN 450 for a day and got 240kms.
By far the smoothest and the best experience for rentals, Quick response to calls and queries, amazing service for customers, easy pickup and easy drop real smooth experience.
The cost however is on the high end but the experience is hassle free so it worked out best for me end of the day.
