I had booked a royal Enfield Himalayan 450, it was initially dirty with mud, but they asked me to get it washed and they compensated the amount as well, amazing service and quality of ride, the vehicle was well serviced and maintained.

Very affordable prices and a lot of choices on bikes It's a great experience renting a bike for a long bike ride to Ooty. I have rented a Avenger 220 cruise a better choice for my ride in mileage as well as a comfortable ride. After the test drive I have booked the vehicle on the spot and mentioned a technician about my ride and told to do the quality check

Before the trip: Santosh was very helpful & polite. It was very smooth After the trip: I booked an Avenger 220 cruise, hardly 20 min from the RB showroom, the bike started getting off on the regular basis. So I went back and asked for a fix, I didn't even ask for refund, and agreed for an exchange. The reason I booked avenger was it had a KM limit of 720KM which is needed for me personally since I planned to travel around 690KMs Since Santosh was not there, another guy in rb suggested to exchange it with Suzuki v storm 250. Since I didn't wanna quarrel around asking for refund, I agreed since the vehicle was also running good in test drive. The person from rb asked when I'll be surrendering the vehicle and I said 31st which is basically 3 days and he replied 720 KM is the limit sir. I said okay and today when I submitted there was a different guy, he said you have travelled 123 KMs extra and I said no my limit as 720 KMs. Then looks like for v storm the limit was 550 KMs. The guy who exchanged the vehicle just to get away with exchange instead of refund, didn't tell the detail of reduction in number of KMs. I had to pay 1100 extra which is other than 2200 extra which I had to pay since I was forced to upgrade from avenger to v storm. They didn't have any other good choices vehicles to choose form either.
