Extremely inflexible about schedule.i have missed every important occasion when i wanted their service. They are highly expensive but you don’t get the treatment which justifies the cost. They send you back even if you are 10 mins late and no empathy for what customer wants. I have spent so much money with them but not anymore. Extremely disappointed. You have to work your schedule as per doctor’s schedule and not the other way around and the doctor is always on leave. I don’t recommend anyone.

I had a horrible experience with Olivia Hair and Skin Care, Bangalore. I initially booked an appointment for a hair treatment with Dr. Shraddha after reading some good reviews about her on Google. However, after booking, I received a call informing me that she wouldn’t be available, and they suggested I meet Dr. Veena Rao instead. I agreed and still went ahead with the appointment.
I travelled 13 km and reached well before my appointment time. Upon arrival, I was asked to wait for 30 minutes. After that, someone finally took me to another room — not for treatment, but to tell me that Dr. Veena Rao was too busy and I should come on another day!
This was truly shocking and unprofessional. I’ve never had such an experience at any clinic before. Absolutely no respect for the patient’s time or commitment.
Please do not trust them.
They completely wasted 3.5 hours of my day and 26 km of travel — all for nothing

When I visited your clinic last, I had informed the doctor in advance that my sister’s wedding is scheduled for June 23rd and that I was only looking for a basic skin cleansing treatment. With several responsibilities on my shoulders for the wedding, I had no intention of spending a large amount of money on skincare treatments.
However, I was later contacted by your team and informed about a Buy One, Get One offer, which encouraged me to go ahead with the treatment. Based on that offer, I agreed. But eventually, I was asked to pay a higher amount than what was initially discussed, which was both unexpected and unfair.
Additionally, the staff’s attitude during my visit was quite disheartening. One of your team members even commented on the amount I paid in a very unprofessional manner, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I travelled nearly 80 km from my hometown just to avail this service, based on a recommendation and with certain expectations – and I left deeply disappointed.
I have been a loyal customer and even came on the recommendation of others who trust your services. Unfortunately, this experience was the worst I’ve had so far, and I feel that your focus has shifted more towards revenue than genuine customer care.

The first session started with chemical peels by Varsha she did a great job making me know the procedure pros and cons of it before starting and was patiently handling the treatment without hurry burry and every now and then was ensuring if I am comfortable which not all do .
