I got a good puppy in the end but their communication has to improve and the way they deal with customers is very discreet. Initially it was a cocker spaniel with Covid diagnosed the next day and then they did offer to change the puppy and I ended up in getting a Beagle and had to pay another 4K which was not communicated till I myself did the Covid test. It was attributed that I am worried about the increase in the cost.
I would say still the cost was lesser than other puppy farms and they did offer to keep the beagle for 2 days as my home needed sanitisation. I thank them for that. but the way they communicate is not very clear.
The kernel farm is not at all in Indiaranagar and they deal in a way that we don’t even know who is the actual owner.
My experience was not great but I cannot entirely say they are not good as they did offer to change the puppy and took some care to get me another puppy.
Thanks to the owner of this establishment to finally get a good puppy after spending too much time and checking the quality on my own.

They take their job very seriously and are very open to answering all questions that pet parents may have about adopting new pets. I received two beautiful female Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies from them- Julia and . Both are happy, healthy, and thriving puppies. I am extremely grateful to for all of their hard work and dedication. They have given us two beautiful and exotic puppies and are very open to meeting our budget needs. Very worse management. We recently bought a puppy from this shop, which they told was completely healthy and assured us that they would help if we had any difficulty with the puppy’s health…. But soon after we bought it, the puppy started falling sick n when we got it checked, the doctors said that it was already infected with PARVO virus….
When we tried to call them again about this issue, they clearly neglected our words and said that it wasn’t their problem. Unfortunately, we lost our puppy within 2 weeks of buying…. These guys lie about puppy’s health condition in the first place ….. And brag about honesty, is this what you expect from someone selling the dogs?? N they hadn’t even provided any vaccination card regarding the puppy. These people are just waiting to steal as much as money as possible…. Please don’t buy from this store

From so long we wanted to bring a black lab to our home. Initially we have bought one black Labrador puppy from New Delhi where the seller cheated on us without mentioning the health condition of the puppy. Unfortunately we lost him due to Parvo Virus.
Later we were so sceptical to bring home one again. But after 2 years we moved to Bangalore and contacted here for male black lab. Since I had bared a loss earlier, I kept on asking the seller about the health and well being of the puppy.
He assured us to give a healthy puppy and asked us to take only after examining the puppy. Finally we bought our furry friend home and I still don’t realize how our days went by. Every day, there are collection of memories with our pet ‘Bagheera’
I am really satisfied and happy to be a pet owner. Attached his growth phases photos for reference. He’s is 6 months old now and very active and energetic pup. He follows to commands well and gives so much attention to us. Lovely experience overall.

We used to visit Just Dogs Indiranagar branch. Now we reach them in Koramangala (even if it is a bit far for us). The service was amazing. Our Cookie (Shit Zu) gets his regular grooming once a month at this place along with lots of treats. They have a great collection of pet items. Prices are reasonable and don’t forget to ask for discounts. Some discounts are based on your cards. Also ask for bulk payment, you will get some sessions free. Parking is an issue as it is next to the traffic signal so plan accordingly. There is ample space but the “no parking” sign is the spoiler. You need to give at least 1.5 to 2 hours so check out the mall and food places near by.

The store has good stock of most things you would need for your dogs and cats. The best part is the courteous staff. We first visited this store with a request to put up a poster for the adoption of a kitten we were fostering. The executive (Santhosh) remembered and shared the contact details with someone who was interested. Will be forever grateful to them for that.
The best part is that they offer you a good discount on certain brands of food. I will recommend the store a fellow pet parent.

I’m a regular customer at Heads Up For Tails and usually happy with your products. However, I bought this tug toy from your store on Saturday, and within just 3 days, it has already come apart. I’ve attached a photo for reference.
My dog is quite docile and played with it gently, so I was surprised to see it fall apart so quickly. Tug toys are generally designed for rougher use, so I expected better durability.

We stepped into the very friendly and welcoming spa of HUFT (at Vittal Mallya Rd) to be greeted by – THE BEST set of folks Vir & I have ever come across.
Lead instructor, Sam took charge of everything as soon as we entered and made us feel very much at ease (this is stating alot because it was our first appointment). As a pet parent I was naturally concerned for the experience but never worried after meeting Sam.
While the total duration of Vir’s grooming took about 30 minutes, I could window shop on the ground floor and look at potential things we would need as the little one continues to grow. Elizabeth helped us tremendously with these details / products that could benefit my little vegetarian four-legged family member (Yes, there are vegetarian /vegan options , right from meals, treats and icecreams!!)
We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary massage today and all-in-all, are grateful for such a heart warming and canine calming experience!

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but what happened to my dog at this so-called “spa” was unacceptable and heartbreaking. I trusted them to take care of my dog, but instead, he came back injured — all because of their careless use of equipment.
He had visible cuts and was clearly in pain, and when I confronted the staff about it, they completely denied any wrongdoing. No apology. No accountability. Just a defensive attitude and excuses.
If you’re thinking of bringing your pet here, please don’t. A place that can’t even own up to hurting an animal has no business calling itself a spa. Pets aren’t just animals — they’re family. And this place clearly doesn’t understand or respect that.

Visited HUFT Indiranagar branch for maintenance grooming. The store itself is well maintained and has a good range of products. However, I was disappointed with the grooming service this time. My pet’s teeth didn’t appear to be cleaned properly, the sanitary trim was only half done and the paw trim was limited to just the bottom, the middle was left untouched.
Unlike the previous visit, which was decent, this experience was not satisfactory. What bothered me most was how the groomer handled my pet. I even heard him rebuking my dog, which is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning here for grooming services.

I’ve been a loyal HUFT customer for 3.5 years and a regular at this outlet for 2.5 years. In February, due to an emergency, we were delayed in picking up our dog post-grooming. We informed the staff about the delay
and apologized sincerely upon arrival — both to them and our pet.
Unfortunately, we were met with rude taunts from a couple of staff members. Later, I discovered my number had been blocked — calls to the outlet went unanswered for months. Even attempts to reach out via another HUFT location led nowhere, despite promises of a callback. Out of curiosity, I tried calling from my dad’s number — they picked up immediately.
Today, we returned to the outlet after several months and were again met with a snide remark for being just 10 minutes late. While I can’t definitively prove my number was blocked, I have multiple call records over the last two months.
It breaks my heart that my dog can no longer visit his favourite groomer, and I’m now forced to look for an alternative. This experience felt needlessly rude and deeply personal.
Never stepping foot into 6th main outlet. Their staff is happy to lose loyal customers over one incident of being late due to a very serious personal emergency!

I was truly impressed by their top-notch grooming for our pug. Beyond just a shampoo, they did a perfect job with combing, ear cleaning and nail trimming. I’m chuffed that her nails weren’t bleeding – something amateur groomers often mess up. Even better, they gave our pug a quick visual health check and provided an exam report. Took my Cocker Spaniel- Trixie for a grooming appointment and her nails were over trimmed and bleeding. They used some powder to stop the bleeding for the time being and didn’t even inform about the injury when we picked her up!
It was only later that she started began bleeding non stop again and we had to rush her to the vet
It’s extremely irresponsible of the staff to not inform us about the injury. Very disappointed with the service and the fact that our pets are not in responsible hands

We were here for a grooming session. The staff was friendly and well-experienced with handling pets. Their handling of our grooming-averse Beagle was impressive. We sat outside and watched the grooming on a CCTV. The store also has many varieties and options for pet accessories.

An excellent shop for all needs for pets, from comprehensive food and nutrition, pet grooming, pet toys, leash, collars, feeding bowls, chewy treats, shampoos, grooming combs, brushes. Supplements for pet health are also available. The variety is really huge, so whether you have a dog or cat you are sure to find whatever you might think of. The quality of the toys are bad, this rope toy is just a day old and with just one pull this thing breaks in half.. when I got it to the store the only response I get is ‘Sorry cannot replace this’. I have spent over 10k in this store buying different things and the least they can do it atleast replace it. I also was in a mindset that I will pay extra and buy a different toy, still I get the same response. Not happening.. I am not coming back here or never will refer anyone here.

I visit this place whenever Im near kamanhalli. So far it’s been the best experience. They also have competitive lower price and still maintain the quality. U get everything that u need for ur cats , dogs and bird food as well. There’s a seperate session for grooming accessories, toys, beds for u don’t have to look for another place for buying them. I recently acquired my first pet from this store. Unfortunately, after bringing him home, he exhibited signs of separation anxiety and refused to eat. I promptly returned to the shop, where the staff assured me that this behavior was normal for new pets adjusting to their environment. They even offered to exchange him for another bird if I desired. Thanks to the owner and Ahmed ji’s assistance, my concerns were fully addressed, and I couldn’t be happier. Despite initial skepticism due to negative reviews regarding after-sales service, my firsthand experience convinced me that other businesses could learn a great deal from this establishment about providing exceptional customer service post-purchase. I wholeheartedly give them a 5 out of 5 rating.

You will get response after you ask the same question several times. Below average rating for the way staff respond to the customers. Place is moderately clean but it stinks when you get inside.
