I’m a regular customer at Heads Up For Tails and usually happy with your products. However, I bought this tug toy from your store on Saturday, and within just 3 days, it has already come apart. I’ve attached a photo for reference.
My dog is quite docile and played with it gently, so I was surprised to see it fall apart so quickly. Tug toys are generally designed for rougher use, so I expected better durability.

We stepped into the very friendly and welcoming spa of HUFT (at Vittal Mallya Rd) to be greeted by – THE BEST set of folks Vir & I have ever come across.
Lead instructor, Sam took charge of everything as soon as we entered and made us feel very much at ease (this is stating alot because it was our first appointment). As a pet parent I was naturally concerned for the experience but never worried after meeting Sam.
While the total duration of Vir’s grooming took about 30 minutes, I could window shop on the ground floor and look at potential things we would need as the little one continues to grow. Elizabeth helped us tremendously with these details / products that could benefit my little vegetarian four-legged family member (Yes, there are vegetarian /vegan options , right from meals, treats and icecreams!!)
We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary massage today and all-in-all, are grateful for such a heart warming and canine calming experience!

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but what happened to my dog at this so-called “spa” was unacceptable and heartbreaking. I trusted them to take care of my dog, but instead, he came back injured — all because of their careless use of equipment.
He had visible cuts and was clearly in pain, and when I confronted the staff about it, they completely denied any wrongdoing. No apology. No accountability. Just a defensive attitude and excuses.
If you’re thinking of bringing your pet here, please don’t. A place that can’t even own up to hurting an animal has no business calling itself a spa. Pets aren’t just animals — they’re family. And this place clearly doesn’t understand or respect that.

Visited HUFT Indiranagar branch for maintenance grooming. The store itself is well maintained and has a good range of products. However, I was disappointed with the grooming service this time. My pet’s teeth didn’t appear to be cleaned properly, the sanitary trim was only half done and the paw trim was limited to just the bottom, the middle was left untouched.
Unlike the previous visit, which was decent, this experience was not satisfactory. What bothered me most was how the groomer handled my pet. I even heard him rebuking my dog, which is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning here for grooming services.

I’ve been a loyal HUFT customer for 3.5 years and a regular at this outlet for 2.5 years. In February, due to an emergency, we were delayed in picking up our dog post-grooming. We informed the staff about the delay
and apologized sincerely upon arrival — both to them and our pet.
Unfortunately, we were met with rude taunts from a couple of staff members. Later, I discovered my number had been blocked — calls to the outlet went unanswered for months. Even attempts to reach out via another HUFT location led nowhere, despite promises of a callback. Out of curiosity, I tried calling from my dad’s number — they picked up immediately.
Today, we returned to the outlet after several months and were again met with a snide remark for being just 10 minutes late. While I can’t definitively prove my number was blocked, I have multiple call records over the last two months.
It breaks my heart that my dog can no longer visit his favourite groomer, and I’m now forced to look for an alternative. This experience felt needlessly rude and deeply personal.
Never stepping foot into 6th main outlet. Their staff is happy to lose loyal customers over one incident of being late due to a very serious personal emergency!

It was our first visit to this place with our 10 months old shih tzu. It was really a nice place with high ratings. It’s basically a pet grooming place and not a clinic, if you are looking for a grooming place, i recommend this place. Even though it’s our first visit, I liked their service.
My dog had little knots here and there so had to get him a full body trim but I wanted his head part and tail part to be retained so, they eventually handled with care.
My furry baby was bit worried at first as it was his first time getting a hair cut, but the people out there were so nice to my dog and made him sit calmly and got the his hair cut done.
It basically takes hours like 2 to 3hrs depending on the dogs hair and type of dog and also the behaviour of our dogs.
They also do makeover for your cats as well.
When I went there, I literally saw like 10 to 12 shih tzu’s coming there for a makeover.
And the good part is the glass is clear and not opaque so you can even see our furry baby’s from outside. Not like other shops where it’s closed or somewhere inside and you are not allowed to see your pets.
So, I highly recommend this place !!

I haven’t consulted my pets here, but I have purchased a lot of dog treats, toys, and brushes from this store. They offer a wide range of major and rare brands, making it a great place for pet supplies.
They have a good selection of both dog and cat food and treats, and the service is pretty good. Payment is convenient as they accept UPI, cash, and card transactions.
The only downside is parking, which is difficult to find, so plan accordingly. Overall, a great pet store with quality products and good service!

However, when we returned and went to their store to pick up our dog, we were shocked to see his poor condition. He had been attacked, with blood in his eye, and it seemed like they had not fed him properly.

Took my Cocker Spaniel- Trixie for a grooming appointment and her nails were over trimmed and bleeding. They used some powder to stop the bleeding for the time being and didn’t even inform about the injury when we picked her up!
It was only later that she started began bleeding non stop again and we had to rush her to the vet
It’s extremely irresponsible of the staff to not inform us about the injury. Very disappointed with the service and the fact that our pets are not in responsible hands

My pet Golden retrieve was infected with ticks.
Consulted doctor they suggested to get my pet trimmed completely so that medications can be applied properly.
That’s when I searched on Google and met this person.
I just explained him this what has happened to my pet so I need to get my pet trimmed and need ticks medication.. So he responded and came on time.
1. Trimmed my pet completely.
2. Applied tricks related shampoo and washed my pet.
3. Cleaned ears with pet ear cleanser liquid.

Disappointed by Lack of Care and Professionalism
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pawfect. Despite repeatedly trying to schedule an appointment for my pet, I was either ignored or told that no slots were available as told by Ranjith(the owner). It felt like they were more interested in maximizing profits than genuinely caring for the well-being of the animals. Though I told him that my pet is scheduled for surgery, I need to get him cleaned before that.
When I finally managed to get an appointment for next day, the service was rushed, and the Ranjith seemed indifferent to my concerns. Instead of prioritizing the health of my pet, he seemed very careless and told me that I needed to wait for the later part of the second half in the day.
As a responsible pet owner, I expect a clinic to show compassion and dedication to animals, not treat them as a business opportunity. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a profession that’s supposed to be about caring for pets.
I have also seen my neighbour pet went through hell on his eyes (latest review) which is ridiculous. When you charge so heavily for the pets enchasing their emotion & care for their kids, you also need to own the responsibility of care for pets that you charge.
Pet owners trust grooming clinics with their beloved animals, and that trust should never be taken lightly.
I will not be returning to Pawfect ever again and would not recommend it to anyone who values the well-being of their furry companions.
