We left our golden retriever Leo with them for almost 2 weeks and it was the first time we were leaving him for so long. They regularly sent updates, listen to any special needs your dog might have and took care of any issues that came up during the boarding. Also, they make sure your dog doesn’t miss you too much. Negligent Vet Visit from Kuddle Led to the Death of My Puppy
I am heartbroken and devastated to share that my 47-day-old Doberman puppy, Zoro, passed away after receiving a negligent vet visit arranged through the Kuddle app.
Zoro was showing clear signs of illness, which is why I booked an at-home vet appointment hoping for professional help. The vet who arrived did not examine, touch, or assess my puppy’s health condition in any way. Without any check-up, he administered both a vaccine and deworming medication on the spot.
Later that day, Zoro’s condition worsened dramatically. I rushed him to a nearby animal hospital, where a senior vet diagnosed him with parvovirus. I was told, in no uncertain terms, that vaccinating and deworming a visibly sick puppy is irresponsible and dangerous, and likely weakened his immune system, reducing his chances of fighting the virus. This careless action ultimately cost Zoro his life.
I have spoken with three different Kuddle customer support representatives since then, each promising a callback after consulting with the vet and their internal team. It has now been over four days, and I have received no response, no explanation, no apology, no accountability.
This entire experience has been a nightmare. I trusted Kuddle to provide qualified care for my puppy, but what I got was rushed, unprofessional, and negligent service, followed by silence. The emotional trauma, guilt, and helplessness of losing Zoro in this way is something I wouldn’t wish on any pet parent.
I urge Kuddle to take responsibility, thoroughly review this case, and ensure no one else has to suffer this kind of heartbreak because of careless decisions and lack of proper medical judgment.
Zoro deserved better. All our pets do.

Fantastic grooming and spa done by the Furever team. The groomer was very skilled and know about his craft well. He handled our corgi, Theo gently and made him comfortable throughout the grooming session. All the procedure was followed in a hygienic way with premium products being used and cleaned up the mess properly after the session.
Theo had a thorough deshedding followed by a scented spa, nail grinding, ear cleaning, plaque removal, sanitary cleanup, and a good layered haircut. Oh, they also made sure his bum has a little heart-cut.
I look forward to have all the future grooming stuff done from Furever ✨

It was really the best service I got, my Indie kids are kind of not a dog friendly and was quite worried to leave as this was their first boarding experience. But Dhruv made is lot more easier by giving them a dog friendly environment, i never thought they would make some friends without fighting but it really did happen without my presence.

I recently left my pets at Ms. Sona’s boarding, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. My pets are very attached and are used to a lot of attention, especially at mealtime and bedtime. Ms. Sona went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and felt right at home.
When my pets were reluctant to eat, she took the time to feed them by hand, showing such patience and care. My dog is extremely anti-social but I’m amazed how naturally he took a liking to Rajkumar and went for a walk with him. That shows how genuine he is with pets.

I got 3 huskies in April 2021. I wanted help to walk all these three doggos. When I called Raj, he was prompt in his response and started to walk my dogs. He is very disciplined and always on time. More than that, he is kind and acts responsibly. I have also seen him move things from the pathway which can be dangerous (like a big branch or a banana peel) and make the pathway safe. He has reached out and helped me when my dogs were all sick. He is a great human being. I trust him with my dogs. Highly recommend him.

I had left my 8 months old rescued Indi at Neha’s place. She and her husband had taken great care of my little one. They kept her engaged with toys and also taught few commands. It’s very safe to board your pet at their place. If you have any special needs you can inform them and they are quite accomodative. I had asked then to provide burnt corn (“butta”) as an evening snack. The very next day they have obliged as well. Pics and videos are shared accross at regular intervals. I intend to board my pet again with them.

Manushree and her husband were very good hosts and took care of my senior fur baby – Trippy for 3 days. He was very anxious at the start as It was his first time in Bangalore and first time away from family since a long time, but they were very patient with him throughout and thanks to their love and care he got comfortable with them. We took the services of Snouters this time and were highly pleased with the results .Pooja of Snouters was a gem ,she understood our needs and recommended Vanshika .Our Jag and Jumbo are 2 black cats and in India people have prejudices with this color ,so we beforehand told them .Lucky for us the family had no prejudices .We were going out for 2 weeks .Our children got open arms welcome in the house .It was cat friendly as it had mesh on all doors and windows .Our ones look after them their favourite pass time .They are fresh food same as they eat in their own home because we avoid giving artificial food as fresh we think is better .It was just an extension of our home the family let them roam around everywhere ,gave timely food ,let them do zoomies …..they petted them which our ones love .When we went to take them they came first and then ran away and then in car and at home cried for the family bring them too .So we highly recommend Snouters and Vanshika for your pets .The health of our children was maintained and so was their happiness .We hope to have long association with Snouters and Vanshika and family .God bless them . ❤️ I will add photos later but do follow our children on Instagram @chroniclesofJagJumbo ❤️

Hi, we got one cute Siberian husky from Happy Kennel. Actually, we visited Kennel to buy Golden retriever. We almost finalized one cute Retriever. I just shared with Rahul that my son wanted to take Siberian husky but considering the cost + need to maintain in AC we are not opting for Husky. Then he showed us cute Husky, explained in detail and convinced us to go for Husky. You can see it in the Happy Kennel photo gallery. He also proposed very reasonable price. We closed the deal in just 5 minutes. Now we are very happy with the Husky and thanks to Rahul. He also suggested us 1. As much as possible, don’t tie it with belt 2. Practice to mingle with other people and puppies 3. Don’t feed milk, bread, sweets, 4. Practice to feed home food gradually 5. Don’t take it outside for next one month 6. Since these are born and grew up in India, AC is not must. But keep it in cool place during summer as much as possible. For Bangalore climate, we can manage without AC.
We recently travelled to our native in Andhra Pradesh which is very hot and humid climate. It travelled with us in car for 11 hours! Of course, with AC from 11 am to 4 pm. We are enjoying the life with Husky. Once again thanks to Rahul and Happy Kennel.

Sujitha takes care of fur babies like they are her own and this is what every pet parent needs. She also shares regular updates on how the pets are doing through pictures and videos which is very reassuring.
Another very important aspect is Sujitha keeps limited pets at her boarding so everyone gets enough attention, it’s never too crowded and they bond with each other very well. Theo made a few good friends there, once there was Peanut and recently there was Coco with whom he played A LOT!!
Theo has enjoyed his stay there every time and infact once he came back healthier and fluffier which was such a pleasant surprise considering he doesn’t over-eat. Clearly he loved the food at Tale of Paws

My dog had a great time!
To be very honest I was a little worried before sending him as it was Leo’s first time away from home for so long. But to my surprise, he did pretty well there, all thanks to everyone at Tale of Paws.
Leo is sometimes a fussy eater at home, but he loved the home cooked food they provided. He was able to gel well with other dogs, without much prior experience.
In the pics / videos he looked as comfortable as he would be at home. There were absolutely no restrictions on his movement. He even peed on the furniture initially, for which I was really embarrassed but the owner was pretty chill about it.

Sujitha is a very nice girl I met who took care care of my pet so nicely and lovingly. My pet boxer loved to be there and enjoyed a lot. Earlier, where I use to leave him. He always use to show anger on us by other means but this time he loved to be there and there are no behavioral changes observed in him. I had to leave my senior dog with Sujitha for 1 night. Unfortunately, my dog was unwell on the day we were supposed to drop her and I had no way of cancelling our plans.
