Ezi Drive

This is a review after few months of taking their service. The first time I booked, a driver called Tippu Sultan Khan was assigned for a round trip. The driver had to wait in the car for about 3 hours. On the way back he took the car to the service station saying the car is punctured and needs to be fixed. The second time I booked, they cancelled at the last minute. The previous day when I had called for confirmation they had assured and reassured that a driver would be sent. Subsequently I have cancelled all the trips that I had booked with them and never taken their service.

Totally unprofessional in the market, I was loyal customer per Covid and post Covid i tried to revive our engagement. Unfortunately one of the driver met with an accident due to his negligency. When I escalated Ezi drive ensured me that they will compensate differential amount post insurance claim but no support or communication post that incident. Post one month i received a call from their executive and I gave them second chance. Unfortunately harsh experience of my life driver was rude and refused to handover keys post drop, he wanted to rest in car. He created an ugly scene in a fivestar hotel. Evening booking was by 6:00 pm and another driver turned up by 7:00pm ant they charged me for 3 hours. So totally unsatisfied customer. In my opinion it's zero star rating. They are not fit for business.

I had booked their servuce for a driver for a one way trip, the driver was cordial and drove without any issues, and in time as well. Service was good. Price was comparatively less.

One of the worst services possible. Driver looks stoned and has all kinds of bad habits and went a banged a cop vehicle . The company has the audacity to not even apologise for the health safety and the damage of the car. They don’t understand the importance of people’s life and they are carefree about it with zero response and the worst drivers possible. Wish I had an option to even give zero stars. They are even least bothered about woman safety as well

I had a great experience traveling from Bangalore to Ranchi with driver Pramoda B.M. The journey was smooth and comfortable. He was very professional, polite, and reliable throughout the trip. Truly satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it.

I had a very pathetic experience with EziDrive. - Its mentioned that the driver knows Hindi, English, Kannada & Tamil but the driver don't know English at all and very less Hindi so there was a communication gap. - He was driving rash and overtaking too much. When we asked him to drive safe, he was not listening to us. - Without our permission he took the car somewhere else and damaged the car. EziDrive should provide the option to see all the reviews of the driver. We don't have the option to see the review of the driver and can not decide how the driver is before the booking.

VERY UNPREDICTABLE service! They cancel last minute after confirmation- quoting"Driver not available " I have been using the EZ driver agency since last 8 years.Initially had no such complaints.But for the past 2-3 years the service is very erractic, irresponsible, very unpredictable, with last minute cancellation.Please avoid this agency as u may miss an important appointment or ur flight! There are other apps as well.
