I am a regular customer for you , when I came it was about be lunch hour, ur ppl requested me if they finish lunch, i said ok, they took more than 1.5 hr ,in middle I did requested them that I need to go out sation plz make it quick,they are bk on the job and so lethargic ,even after so many request they were least bothered, now I open the dicky ,the mat and dust was left uncleaned ,I asked them that do I have to tell you every time this,after some talk, response was so worst and he said u need to wait u can’t do any thing ,and he says u bring ur car making it so dirty ,I do not understand why have opened the car washing service,this is the last time I am ever going to come.

One of the worst services I’ve experienced.
They clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction or attention to detail. Attaching sample photos for reference — this is after I specifically pointed out areas they missed, including:

The bottle holders in all doors

The space behind the tank cover

Vacuuming below the seat. All these was cleaned after me pointing out.

The photos I have attached are areas which are still left unclean.

No proper quality check to see if everything is taken care. 2.9k Rs spent for a deep cleaning service which is worthless. Please avoid this place if you don’t want to be scammed.

Worst experience at Express Car Care, HSR Layout. Absolutely careless and unprofessional staff. Windshield glass not cleaned from inside, interiors dirty, seats untouched – they don’t bother to do a proper job. Waste of both money and time.

Individual car owners, don’t even dare to visit this place. If you really care about your car, stay away. Totally disappointing and not worth it.

Better you shut the shop, when your car wash machine is in not working condition. As your manual cleaning is not up to the mark. Also bloody because of that lady’s ignorance (one who runs the shop) even after telling that her workers are using same cloth for tyres and body, she did not bother to go and instruct them. Because of this there were lot of scratches done on the front left door and near the petrol cap caused by your manual washing.

Nice place to get your car wash in reasonable price

Avoid this place if you care about your car.
They charge premium prices but deliver substandard service. Even after the wash, a lot of mud was still left on the car. Only after repeated follow-ups did they start doing their job properly, but most of the time they just ignored the issues. On top of that, they applied some cheap, handmade liquid on the interiors, which can actually damage the surfaces. Definitely not worth the money or the risk — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their car.

I revisited this place again after years & guess what, the place still continues to rob money (₹700/-) & does a complete useless cleaning work. Please check my photos as proof to check my claim. Regular cleaning is done by us and since we need a real deep clean to remove grease & clean those areas we cannot is why we opt for pressure water wash. But their logic is completely different. Once the car goes through the process, that’s it!! No matter if it’s dirty or not cleaned, they’ll take the full money. Honestly, in allmyt years of owning multiple cars n have given to many places to clean, NEVER have come across a pathetic place like this. In spite of escalating the issues to their supervisor/ owner, they preferred to ignore completely and remained defiant & arrogant. Take your car if you just want your car to remain dirty. Else go to other places who have pneumatic ramp where they completely clean the underchassis, use ample amount of liquid soap, clean properly using right brushes/ clothes and spray pressurized water to clean till it glitters & charge only ₹400 or ₹500/-. Hope the management sees this review & corrects itself else, no one can help them!!!

Surprisingly unlike many previous not so good experiences with bike washes, these guys are meticulous and good and what they do.
They want your bike to look good and clean.
Pricing is a bit high but you won’t regret getting your bike washed here.

Pathetic Service! In spite of repeated reminders no action being taken!

Superficial cleaning is done in 5 minutes. I have been following up since last six months but no concrete actions are being taken. The cleaners are being changed on each visit. Whenever you ask the cleaner about the cleaning quality, he says he is not permanently assigned to the car. The supervisor has never come and checked even once how the cleaners are doing the service.
It’s probably the last month I am checking their service as have lost the patience.

The service was good a year back, but they have lost the customer focus it seems.

I have shared pics showing how my car looks after carselona champs cleaning. I had to redo the cleaning myself because the work was substandard, windshield and glasses are full of mud prints, and there are mud marks on the body. looks like he has used unclean cloth…This is the scene daily, and second complaint in a span of one week…it’s really disappointing. Stopping service immediately to secure my car exterior and windshield from more mud scratches.. poor quality & waste of money….

Car is not being cleaned properly and even after repeated complaints, nothing happened, they are least bothered.
One morning when I called, some call centre executive spoke as if she was sleeping, she just spoke nonsense. When complained that the car is not cleaned properly, she mentioned what should I do!!!! Like seriously??? This is the seriousness they have and their training levels.

What impressed me the most was the convenience. I can be at home or even out for work, and my car gets cleaned without any disturbance. They always share photos after the cleaning.

Even after repeatedly calling the customer care they don’t bother to send the person who hasn’t cleaned properly. What we mean by properly is that they miss left side widow panels and left side front and back panel bcoz it is parked closed to the wall. How on earth am I supposed to know what time does your person come? Initially the concerned people used to call before commencing their cleaning work for that particular day. But now they come at their convenience.

No 1 worst quality service in Bengaluru..I have done subscription because of their force of action..Instead of their service you give 600rupee to your society cleaning persons.They do faaaar better…

I was looking for a bike wash late at night, but after 9 PM, most places were closed. Since I had my bike pooja scheduled for the next morning, it was urgent.

I found Robo Car Care and called them to check if they were still open. Despite being close to closing time, the staff was very welcoming and put in great effort to clean my bike with detailed attention and care—which I really appreciated.

Price: ₹300 per bike – quite reasonable compared to older wash centers in the market.

Overall, a great experience, especially for a late-night bike wash option!

Gave my ignis Car for underbody coating last week, i must say that the entire experience from beginning till the end was bad. It felt like as if the they hardly had any interest in the customer satisfaction whatsoever, only good thing was their sales manager pitch. But once i hand over the car – right from washing the car to entire coating process, everything was done in hurry burry, they took my car at 5pm and had asked me to pick up the same evening by 9.15pm, then only i was sceptical and wondered as to how will they finish multilayer coating ( was told atleast 3 layers would be done ) is possible within that time frame (add time for one layer application and then let it dry and repeat ). Any ways i trusted them, when i showed up at 9.15, i noticed that the coating was not done properly across and the length and breadth of the car. I had to open mobile phone torch light to showed them the patches. Super furious, i left the car in their garage overnight, went again in the morning to meet the guy who did it and asked him to spray to the areas where it wasnt done properly. The point is, as a customer if you dont get the feeling that the work will be done nicely if not perfectly in the first attempt then would you leave your car for any work, well i will certainly not do that in future, clearly a case of over promise and under deliver….

Do not take your car here! They have destroyed our car tyre’s rim paint. Check the videos and photos attached to the review. They didn’t own up to it and kept repeating that this isn’t their fault. Horrible experience, and now we need to spend more money getting this fixed! They did this to the front two tyres. Shame on you people!

Visited there for a car wash after a long trip. The place was not crowded. They charge 600INR for SUV’s n 500INR for hatchbacks. They do both body and under body wash along with interior vaccuum and air pressure cleaning. For the rate they offered the quality was ok. Due to the automated wash, there were still dirt at some of the corners which are not reachable by the automated wash. The entire process took around 35 minutes of time. The foam was also not thick to give a perfect finish after the wash. Those are the areas that they need to improve. I have been to other automated places where they clean the corners manually. Recommend this place for a simple quick wash. They do offer 3M deep cleaning which would take 2 to 2.5 hrs

I did my car inside deep cleaning.it was amazing. They take around 1hours for deep cleaning, they are used 3M ANTI-MICROBIAL UPHOLSTERY CLEANER Foam that’s removed 99.9% germs,
Smell is truly good. Overall, it was a really good service in affordable price and fast team work.

I had one of the worst car wash experiences at this service centre. I opted for a full wash expecting basic quality and attention to detail, but the outcome was very disappointing.
The interior of my car was left with visible water droplets on the seats, and worse, the area under the floor mats was completely wet. I pointed this out to the staff immediately, but they didn’t take the concern seriously or fix it properly, even after being informed.
Such negligence can lead to foul smells, interior damage, and mold formation, especially in a closed car environment. It shows a clear lack of professionalism and customer care.
For the price they charge, I expected a much better level of service. Instead, I had to come home and dry everything myself just to prevent further damage. This kind of experience is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their service standards.
I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their vehicle. Please consider more responsible and professional car wash providers instead.

I’ve used their service a few times before when I had my Eritga.

I brought my Tucson a second time and I’m happy with what they’ve done. Paid ₹750 if I’m not wrong for interior and exterior cleaning. They do individual as well, the rates are different.

Please remember that there’s dust and dirt everywhere. They do a 99% cleanup.

The professionals will listen to you if you want them to wash/clean your car/bike a certain way.
While they vacuum the vehicle, do them a favour and point out all the nooks and crannies.

I paid ₹1800 and I’m totally disappointed.

Vacuum cleaning was fine,

but the car wash was horrible – they just splashed water and soap with very less quantity for 5–7 minutes and my car was still dirty.

Polishing was a joke, they just rubbed for namesake. Paid 1050

Then they tried to fool me saying I need to pay ₹8000 for rubbing and polishing. My car is only 2 years old!
Last time they did it properly, spent time, and the shine was clearly visible. This time it was a complete waste of money.

And as a add-on, few rude behaviour staffs

I had bad experience- went to remove the adhesive of L sticker ! Simply asked 200 ! It was easily done by max 100 Rupees. Did car cleaning one time – it was good ! But few representatives behaved bad while I said no to remove the L sticker because I felt just to remove sticker 100 is fine

I was quite disappointed with the service at this car wash. The employees seemed lethargic and not at all interested in doing a thorough job. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. On top of that, the waiting time was unnecessarily long. Definitely not worth the money or time.

Huge car wash area around Malleshpalya I have been a regular customer from their start but they are extremely on a higher end for washing. Get your wash done when the showroom is vacant as u can get works accordingly. Wait and get your car wash done as it also has a waiting lounge.

Pretty good service at Dirt 2 clean. Got my bike fully cleaned and detailed. The pics should paint a picture to you folks.

Visited the Karspa for a routine post-beach-trip car wash and was just amazed at the level of service. There were some ghastly dents on the car which I have wanted fixed for a while and they also have a full fledged garage facility as well. They removed all the dents (back right panel, back bumper, front left panel and front bumper) and did a fantastic repair job.
They went above and beyond and also removed a minor dent on the front right panel free of cost! The paint job was very very good!

Best place to wash your car as well as bike. Prices are good comparing other wash garages. And the workers are good too.The reason I give 4 star is that, they get customers for car wash continously, and there is no proper space to park car and wait as you have to only park on the main road and wait. Other than that everything is good.

Went there as my mechanic referred me there. It was a normal wash as i observed they didn’t do the foam spray and just cleaned it with the normal pressure wash and later on cleaning with shampoo manually. Might have missed the activity due to no. Of bikes lined up but still they need to follow the process on every bike. no point in going so far just for normal cleaning.

Bike washing is done with detailing… But there is only one guy washing the bikes so it is slow. Got my number after 2 bikes and i waited for around 1.5 hrs to get my bike washed. On Sundays this place is fully crowded.

Very pathetic treatment for Vehicles. They don’t even wash properly. They use the same cloth for under body and Upper body which makes a lot of scratches on the body. Not gonna suggest to anyone.

Very thorough cleaning. I make it a point to always bring my car here to wash. Even when I service any of my cars, I refuse car wash at the authorized service center. Because the folks here do a very thorough job.
