We had an amazing experience with Meragi planning my wedding at Yelagiri, Tamilnadu. Thanks to Pooja, Anjana and Vinay for making it a dream wedding. They tirelessly helped plan and organize each and everything from decor, photography and logistics. They were instrumental in making sure everything went right and it indeed did. Pooja meticulously planned and followed-up on all the to-do items and made sure we didn't miss anything. I highly recommend Meragi for event planning.

I had my wedding planned and executed completely by Meragi. Starting with venue, decor, makeup, food, and photography, they did everything. They made the whole process quite easy to go through. All the guests fell in love with the decor. A special shout-out to the photography team, headed by Anjana, who went above and beyond to make my day comfortable and memorable.

Team Meragi did a fabulous job with my daughter's wedding and reception (Bangalore, Sept 2025). At the initial meeting, Ayushi explained the various ways in which Team Meragi could potentially help us. All through the process, she was our ever reliable and responsive single point of contact. We finally used Meragi's services primarily for decor at the reception venue, photography and videography and livestreaming the wedding ceremonies. Ruhi the decor designer, Anjana the photography expert and Akshaya the stylist patiently explained options and proactively suggested what they felt would be best given our needs. The decor walk-through using a 3D model that captured the venue was very helpful. The team was also accommodating of last-minute changes and requests. The final output of the decor at the venue was just as the couple imagined it to be. Many guests complimented us on the elegant design; the kudos truly belongs to Team Meragi. The videos of both the wedding and reception have come out very well. We still await the final photographs- but the sneak peek shows that the photography team has captured some really nice "candids" and pictures of key ceremonies/people. We recently had our wedding at Four Seasons Bangalore from June 3rd to 5th, and it was nothing short of magical, thanks to the incredible team at Meragi Celebrations. Our events spanned a beautiful and emotional journey from the Thread Ceremony and Mata ki Chowki to Haldi, Sangeet, Pheras, and Reception. Each was uniquely special and executed with such heart, detail, and care. Rewinding to a little more than a year ago, Chirag & I were introduced to our core team: Bhumiti Parmar, Shravani Boggaram, Vinay Ravindra, Anjana Suresh, and Varsha Ranganath, from day one, they felt like home. Their commitment went above and beyond, working across time zones (India, San Francisco CA, and Savannah GA), even waking up early on weekends just to accommodate our direct family’s schedules, purely out of their goodwill. What truly sets Meragi apart is how they prioritized understanding us first, who we are as people, before diving into design or execution. Every element reflected not just our taste, but our story. Their can-do attitude, dedication, and heart were visible in every moment. Bhumiti, you are one of the kindest souls we've met. From tirelessly working through Excel sheets to coordinating every vendor behind the scenes, your dedication was unmatched. You always showed up organized, positive, and ready to tackle any curveball. You genuinely love planning and executing, and it shows in every smooth transition, every happy tear, and every moment that just worked. Shravani, your eye for detail is something rare. You noticed things before we did, refining the tiniest elements until they felt just right. You brought structure to every function, ensured timelines were realistic, and had the sharpest instincts for problem-solving. Your fierce spirit and deep technical expertise anchored the process. You kept things calm, sharp, and on track, and we couldn’t have done it without you. Anjana, your eye for decor and aesthetics is a true gift. Our Pinterest mood board didn’t just come to life, it was elevated far beyond our imagination. The floral palettes, combinations, stage design, and little touches throughout each event were unforgettable. You understood our vision and turned it into something that felt both personal and cinematic. Vinay, you’re the glue of the team. A true people’s person, you made everyone feel seen and heard. Your presence brought lightness and energy into the process, and you had a way of making both guests and vendors feel at ease. That kind of warmth makes a huge difference during events. Varsha, of all the conversations we had about all things business, your solutions always came with clarity and confidence. You brought a strong sense of leadership, and your instincts were clearly reflected in the smooth collaboration we experienced with Bhumiti, Shravani, Anjana, and Vinay. The Meragi team gave up sleep, ran around the city for procurements, gave their all, and gave us memories for a lifetime. That, in itself, says everything. If you’re a future couple considering working with them, know this: you’re in the best hands possible. We feel incredibly lucky to have had them by our side.

We worked with Ritika from Meragi for our wedding in Goa, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. We only had two months to plan and execute everything, and the team truly came through. Ritika took the lead and ran with it—she understood our vision, stayed calm under pressure, and made sure everything came together beautifully. The décor team at Meragi did a fantastic job bringing our ideas to life. Every space felt thoughtful and vibrant, just the way we had imagined. The overall budget did end up being higher than we had initially planned, but the final outcome reflected the effort and attention that went into every detail. The transportation and guest services piece was a bit more challenging to coordinate, but with some back and forth, we were able to iron things out. Big thanks to the Meragi team—and especially to Ritika—for pulling off such a special celebration. We’re really grateful.
