Sunflower hospital
Sunflower Hospital appears to have inconsistent performance based on patient feedback. Several reports highlight concerns regarding nursing care and the availability of doctors during crucial times. There's mention of a lack of thorough examination and communication between medical staff, which is a serious issue requiring attention. Overall, the patient experience seems to vary considerably.
However, not all accounts are negative. Some patients commend the kindness and humility of certain doctors, particularly Dr. Bhavana and night duty physicians. Improving the hospital's communication protocolsand ensuring consistent quality of care across all shifts should be a priority for management to restore patient trust and deliver a more reliable healthcare service.

Sunflower hospital has a rating of 3.4 out of 5 based on over 115 reviews on Google
I had a very bad experience with this hospital. Admitted my father since this hospital was very near by. Management strict action is needed if reading these reviews. 1. Negligent Nursing Care – The sisters were more interested in being on their personal phone calls even at midnight rather than attending to patients. Basic patient care was neglected. 2. Unprofessional Doctor – Dr. Vidya, who was on duty, did not even physically examine or touch the patient during rounds. Even when my father was uncomfortable, she never visited again or showed concern. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. His problems were present untill the next doctor in the morning addressed it. 3. Poor Hygiene & Cleanliness – The hospital premises are not well maintained. Cleanliness is a big issue and pests can be seen around, which is unacceptable in a healthcare facility. 4. Unjustified Charges – They billed ₹600 for something called a "dozzy bed," which I have never heard of. It felt like an unnecessary and arbitrary charge added to inflate the bill. 5. Arrogant Reception Staff – When I raised queries regarding the bill, the receptionist lady was very rude and arrogant in her responses. Instead of helping families who are already stressed, she made the experience worse. Overall, this was one of the worst hospital experiences we’ve had. Lack of proper care, poor hygiene, unnecessary charges, and arrogant behavior make this hospital highly untrustworthy. Only positive thing experienced was Dr Giridhar's humbleness and modesty.
Visited for a emergency consultation for my sister mid-night and Dr Varshitha consulted her and totally it was a horrible experience. She did not call Dr Bhavana to take advice, rather she only decided what to do and did nothing causing so much of inconvenience to us, later visited Gayathri hospital and took necessary treatment. Management and Dr Bhavana should take a note of this and take action. Night doctors should know their limits and don't act like senior surgeon..
I visited this hospital 2months ago I admitted they are treated very well and dr bhavana gynaecologist very kind and humble and night duty doctors are very kind and very caring dr vidya and dr Varshitha humble and down to earth and dr MLG and kind hearted person totally I had a good experience nice hospital
Great surgical care by Dr M L Giridhar . Most humble doctor explains everything about the patient and the disease condition in detail to us . Good service, well maintained, hygienic. Best hospital for affordable surgical treatment.
Cleanness is the big issue. They billed 600 rupees for something called dozzy bed which I have never heard of. Unnecessary charges added
Worst place every people here are greedy for money they inform different things over calls and charge you for doing nothing and the charges are very very high even expensive than cloudnine Honestly I regret my decision of getting consultation here specially gynecologist bhavna is the money minded doctor who has no patience to even listen to you or see reports all they want is money . I am writting this money after getting into loss with worst experience I really don't wish anyone to go through what I can if you value your money please do not visit it it's not safe for health or wealth
It's a hospital of worst doctors & nurses, they want just the MONEY, MONEY & MONEY,they don't care for Patients at all,Pls don't go to this hospital for any reasons
