I visited this nail art shop with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed. While the nail art itself was decent, the overall service and behavior were far from professional. I specifically asked for minimal trimming, but they chopped my nails much shorter than I requested. The nail art didn’t turn out as expected—it felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. What truly shocked me was the staff’s reaction after I gave feedback upon leaving. Instead of acknowledging it, they laughed behind my back, which felt incredibly disrespectful and immature. Customer service matters just as much as the final result. I’d consider rating their technical work, but their attitude and disregard for client comfort make it hard to recommend this place. I hope they take this as an opportunity to improve how they treat their customers.

Nice place. Staff is great. Anjali did a great job at suggesting and did the art work exactly as expected. I am very happy with the outcome. However, the place is overpriced.

I recently got my nails done here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The nail art was beautifully done by Varun with so much attention to detail – exactly what I had in mind. My nails look stunning .I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail art and a relaxing pampering session. Definitely coming back for my next appointment!

I always come here to get my nails and they never fail. I had a super complex design and they executed perfectly and gave a discount. Love them!!

I personally had the worst experience. Nail chipping on acrylic extension is something I had never heard of or experienced before. In all these years of getting my extension and out of all the places, I had never experienced this low level of service and craftsmanship. There are much better places like nailbox and fingertips. My thumb nail started chipping 2 days after getting it. I went and got them fixed, and 3 days later it chipped again. I went again. In a span of 6 days, i went there thrice to get them done properly. Not only was it tiring, it was annoying to go after work. I thought my problems were resolved but then a week later my right thumb nail chipped as well. So in a span of 14 days, my NAILS CHIPPED THRICE. Not to mention, the shape is improper and there are literal dents in my nails — which I obviously didn’t notice at first as I was in a hurry. There are much better places which offer actually good services. Honestly, I am very disappointed. Not sure about other reviews but if you’re someone who is used to a particular level of service, you would easily spot the difference between here and the actual good places. The fact that the artist’s nails had a better structure than what they did on me is crazy. I paid 2.8k for this set — worst money I have ever spent. Wouldn’t recommend this place. At first, i was gunna let this go and not write anything but I decided to do it today because a coworker pointed it out and it was so embarrassing. They did not even LAST TWO WEEEKS, at best it lasted 1 day.
