Worst experience, they don't know how to talk, they don't know how to behave properly. They don't know the basics before taking the payment. They have 0 soft skills. People don't go for free here. Only the branch manager lady is effective and treats people nice. Avoid this branch if you don't have immediate requirements.

Worst experience in Aarthi scans & labs Indra nagar. No response for staff and they are not maintain the token wise. Maintain is worst. We have booked 8am to 9am and We are waiting 3hrs. We are waiting almost 1hr 40mins for USG scan.

All Staffs are very courteous, friendly, and smart. Appears to be some maintainance or renovation work was in progress. Hope cleanliness will be in updated at reports collection area. Staffs can greet customers and have fixed smile on their face. Good luck.

Unbeatable price and service. They use a 1.5 Tesla MRI and a lot of places use 3Ts so I’m deducting 1 star - BUT getting 3T at ₹3000 is simply not possible. Best value for money 100%. I recommend it.

Never come here if you value time. These people, management, system and staff : all of them care least about your schedule. The token system is designed in a lucky draw pattern if you see going for multiple tests. Also word of caution : never book online appointment. There is no respect for a pre planned approach.

Felt little less in space in terms of number of patients there. I had to travel from Kormangla to IndiraNagar branch since doctor was unavailable there. There was only one drinking water spot in first floor, can be added more. Need little more cleanliness, since it’s a scan and lab. Had to wait almost 45 mins to get my USG done and also 30 mins for the report. Procedure was very quick though. Liked there was a male doctor for me. Unsure about if there was a female doctor or not for the same. Rest looked good to me.

I took my mom for CECT full abdominal scan today. The senior technician (forgot the name) was very professional and dedicated. The procedure required my mom to hold the breathe for few seconds which she couldn't do and scan was not done today. But the technician tried his best and comforted my mom. A big thanks for his support. Hopefully next time, she will be able to go through this. I really appreciate his efforts. Pricing and facilities are always good here. Reports are accurate.
