Visited Add-On almost 4 times for scanning. It was really good experience. The staffs, cleanliness and facilities are really good and well maintained. A special mention of Dr.Ashwini and her staff are the best. The doctor makes you feel very welcoming and very polite. The doctor seems very well experienced and explains very neatly and calmly.
I highly recommend this place if your looking for the best service.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Add On Scans Kaikondrahalli for my ultrasound. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The radiologist Dr Chitthuluri Geethika, took the time to explain each step clearly and was very gentle during the scan.
The clinic was extremely clean and well-organized, and I appreciated how efficiently everything was handled. I received my report on time, and the overall process was smooth and stress-free.
As an expecting mom, this kind of supportive and respectful care means a lot. I’m really thankful to the entire team and would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for quality and compassionate ultrasound services!

We visited Add-On Scans twice. It was a great experience. The facility is well maintained and has enough waiting area. The small snacks & coffee store is an add-on. The staff is very polite and helpful. Dr. Ashwini & her staff are welcoming and kind. The doctor seems to be very experienced and She takes her time to explain the results in detail. There could be a manageable waiting for the scan — highly recommended!

I visited add on scans today for my ultrasound, its very neat and clean place compare to other labs. Staffs are very nice and handling the patients very smoothly. Special thanks to doctor sunil kumar and assistant Jyothi. The reports is very accurate and we got the reports with 10 minutes. Highly recommend this place for others also

We have taken appointment at 4:15 PM for NT scaning. We reached at 4:00 PM. But we were waiting till 6 pm. There is no meaning of priority appointment.waiting time is totally frustrating it is clear showing management failure. They have booked so many patient to make more earning and left patient to suffer more.first of all people are spending time in traffic after that more waiting at labs because of management failure.it is totally frustrating.
If you have so much time then only come here to test or consultation.

I have visited first time here scan was done very smoothly I asked before getting the scan done Later they called and assured it would be sent on email but nothing was done.
Update: Team reached out and supported for the consultation. Changing the rating basis follow-up and closure of the issue.

I recently visited this scan center and was so impressed by the hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable and at ease during what can sometimes be a stressful experience. I highly recommend them for their wonderful patient care! Jayasheela was helpful during the process.
