I am writing to formally inform you regarding the bike I purchased from your showroom, Crader, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, on 17th March 2023. Despite multiple reminders through emails and other communications, I have not yet received the Registration Certificate (RC) book for the bike. This is essential for legal ownership and use of the vehicle. This message serves as my final attempt to resolve this issue amicably. I hereby request you to provide the RC book or respond with a satisfactory solution within 7 days from the date of this notice. Please note that if I do not receive the RC book or a valid response within this period, I will proceed to file a First Information Report (FIR) and initiate appropriate legal action. I urge you to treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.
Still insurance is not updated. PT Sarita is not answering the call and not responding. Its months together she is sitting on this and no action is taken. Don't buy any Vehicle from this place. You won't get your RC till 6months. Worst Service in my lifetime. Don't buy any Vehicles from them. My vehicle is not starting, its having petrol leakage, handle lock is not working. Waited for 5 days no technician came. They will mention with in 24 hours you will get the insurance, but after 8 days also insurance was not provided. Since there is a petrol leakage mechanic couldn't drive to the warehouse and he is waiting for porter approval from last 2 day from the management. Literally they are selling scrap vehicles, they will mention that 100 of tests are passed before delivery but nothing is been checked. Buy vehicles from here with your own risk. They have taken the vehicle for service and returned back in damaged condition. Tail lamps are broken and side covers are damaged. They are not ready to repair these. Avoid CredR.
I have also not received the RC. Now, I am planning to sell the scooty, but not sure about the process. If any one has sold one, can you please tell, what is the procedure?
Worst experience, bought bike in Aug2024, still RC not transferred. Mailed on cs@credR as well. No response from anyone. Even tried to call sales person through I bought he said I left job and share his escalation manager and same reply from him as well. Dont know what to do Visited there corporate office, its locked
I bought Activa 1 yr back but rc not transferred yet and the showroom in permanently closed..they are not reachable.. How to transfer the rc
Worst customer support. I bought Yamaha Ray nearly a year back. But I am yet to receive my RC transferred. Their Domlur head office is also closed always.
Update: Folks, Request everyone who haven't got their RC transfer to immediately file a police FIR and consumer court complaint online against the company. We shouldn't let this fraudsters slip away easily. Even if the showrooms are closed, they cannot legally close the company soon. Please don't delay. I am yet to get my RC since 5-6 months of purchase now. Previous review below: Worst people. It's 5 months since the bike is bought. The paper transfer hasn't taken place yet despite multiple queries and support tickets. All that they are doing is coming up with the standard reply "We have notified the concerned department" and then frequent calls from them to sell their paid service and maintenance plan at additional cost. Anyone planning to buy from them, please avoid. Will update more later if I take any legal route. Note to CredR Support: Don't keep pasting the same idiotic cut paste reply. I have provided enough information including the invoice/delivery slip to you more than two months back.
