I recently visited White Horse Consultancy hoping to explore some job opportunities. While I was waiting, another girl who had also come for a job asked me if there were any other consultancies nearby. I simply suggested her to check on Google. To my surprise, someone from the consultancy overheard us and came to scold us very rudely. I was shocked and disappointed by this kind of unprofessional behavior.
We were just having a normal conversation — can’t we even talk to other people who are also there for jobs?

Apart from that, the place itself did not leave a good impression. The staircase leading to the office was extremely dirty, full of paan stains, and gave an unhygienic feel.

Disappointing Experience with Recruitment Consultancy.
I had a rather unprofessional and disappointing experience with this recruitment consultancy. Initially, my call to inquire about job drives went unanswered. However, they did return my call the following day, claiming to have promising openings with large multinational corporations (MNCs) and urging me to visit their office immediately.
Upon arrival, I was made to wait for an hour only to be informed that the MNC positions were exclusively for experienced candidates. The only opportunities available for freshers offered significantly lower compensation than expected.
Furthermore, the consultancy required me to provide referrals of other individuals. It’s important to note that the positive ratings I had seen online appear to be misleading, as they seem to have a limited number of actual companies hiring through them. I also observed that experienced candidates were being offered packages much lower than their previous salaries.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this consultancy. There are other agencies that offer better compensation and treat candidates with more respect. The staff at this consultancy displayed a lack of professionalism and exhibited a poor attitude.
If you are a fresher, I strongly advise you to explore other options before considering this consultancy as a last resort.

It’s a company where they tell that they have a openings and they’ll tell to come to F2F. And then they will take two rounds of interview after then the feedback we will get from them is there is no openings for this position, who said to come to interview. The HR behavior is the worst thing. It’s such a worst experience.

My experience with Randstad has been extremely disappointing. The recruiters lack professionalism and treat candidates poorly. Instead of fostering a respectful hiring process, they come across as rude and dismissive. Communication is inconsistent, and follow-ups are almost non-existent. Candidates deserve to be treated with dignity, but Randstad fails in this regard. I would not recommend them to job seekers who expect fairness and respect in their job search.

Not A good Company i must say, they had scheduled my interview with one of the company in Bangalore and even i cleared all rounds of interviews and later when i asked them about the further process and updates , the randstad team said the position is on hold for 3 months, and after three months when i contacted them , then no reply from the agencies i wasted my 3 months just by believing them. bad services by them.

Ranstad is a stuffing company, that means they recruit and place into other companies as their employees. The payroll is from ranstad side.
Regarding MBA marketing they mostly get sales, field jobs. They get IT developer role too.

Worst company to work for. No accountability. No response to emails and calls. Once you are hired and deputed, you are on your own. There is hardly any support. They promise a lot but don’t keep any promises. Their policy says that F&F after leaving will be settled in 60 days but it’s been 80 days now and there is no sight of my F&F. They have even stopped responding to mails. Absolute disgrace of a company!

The consultancy is no good at all and uses all abusive language, extremely rude and insulting. Joshua or may be he is Josheph he did not introduced correctly was alleged to have used abusive language. Says he is the manager and disconnected the call and informed us to what ever you want to do, later he has called numerous times and used the same language in Hindi. Very much upset about the staff here. People call out for a job and this is what happens.

Don’t ever work for this company. You’ll regret after working for this company. Once you left the company, there’s no one to address your grievances. They will not response your email or call. This is actually a fraud company. Trying to fool the employees and earn from them. I don’t mind even if this company have fool me but I will be happy atleast if they resolve my issue but since I already left the company there’s no one in this company to help me to resolve my problem. I warn you guys not to work for this company
